Claims (5)
- Stopfaggregat für Gleisstopfmaschinen zum Unterstopfen einer Gruppe (29) von benachbarten Schwellen eines Gleises (3), mit in Gleislängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten, unabhängig voneinander höhenverstellbaren Werkzeugträgern (15,16,17) und auf diesen gelagerten, Stopfpickel (26) zum Eintauchen in den Schotter aufweisenden Stopfwerkzeugen (22-25), die zum Unterstopfen einer Schwelle mit Hilfe eines Beistellantriebes (28) zueinander in Gleislängsrichtung beistellbar sind, gekennzeichnet durcha) einen ersten, drei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Stopfwerkzeuge (23-25) aufweisenden Werkzeugträger (15),b) einen zweiten, zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Stopfwerkzeuge (22) aufweisenden Werkzeugträger (16), wobei wenigstens der Beistellantrieb (28) des dem ersten Werkzeugträger (15) benachbarten, am zweiten Werkzeugträger (16) gelagerten Stopfwerkzeuges (22) für eine erste Beistellbewegung der beiden Stopfwerkzeuge (22) zueinander und für eine zweite Beistellbewegung voneinander ausgebildet ist,c) einen dritten Werkzeugträger (17), der ebenfalls drei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Stopfwerkzeuge (23-25) aufweist, wobei der zweite Werkzeugträger (16) in Maschinenlängsrichtung zwischen dem ersten und dem dritten Werkzeugträger (15,17) angeordnet ist.
- Stopfaggregat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfwerkzeuge (22-25) bezüglich einer senkrecht zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Symmetrieebene (42) symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
- Stopfaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Beistellantriebe (28) des zweiten Werkzeugträgers (16) für eine erste Beistellbewegung der beiden Stopfwerkzeuge (22) zueinander und für eine zweite Beistellbewegung voneinander ausgebildet sind.
- Stopfaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stopfpickeln (26) der Stopfwerkzeuge (22) des zweiten Werkzeugträgers (16) Stopfplatten (38) vorgesehen sind, die zwei voneinander abgewandte Arbeitsflächen (39) aufweisen.
- Stopfaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Aggregatrahmen (14) im Bereich des zweiten Werkzeugträgers (16) ein Zusatzhebeaggregat (31) mit einem Hebeorgan (32) zum formschlüssigen Erfassen und Anheben des Gleises (3) vorgesehen ist.
