Claims (6)
- Vakuum-Trockenschrank (1) mit als Auflageflächen für Trockengutträger vorgesehenen, thermisch einstellbaren, von einem Wärmeübertragungsmedium durchflossenen Heiz- und/oder Kühlplatten (4), welche zu vakuumdichten, in einen eine Verschlußtür (3, 30) haltenden Rahmen (15, 150) eingelassene, einen mit diesern einen gemeinsamen Vakuumraum bildende Mulden (2) ausgebildete Ober- und Unterbleche (5, 6) aufweisen, die sich über den Durchsatz des Wärmeübertragungsmediums bestimmende und ihren Innenraum abschließende Zwischenleisten (7) und Seitenleisten (8) abstützen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberbleche (5) und Unterbleche (6) an drei ihrer Seiten vom Blech weg ausgebogene Seitenstreifen (11 bis 14) aufweisen, dass die Stirnflächen der Seitenstreifen (11, 13) eines Oberblechs (5) sowie die Stirnflächen der Seitenstreifen (12, 14) des Unterblechs (6) der benachbarten Heiz- und/oder Kühlplatte (4) aneinanderstoßen und vakuumdicht zu nur vorne offenen Mulden (2 bis 2""') miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das äußere Oberblech (5') und das äußere Unterblech (6') ohne wesentliche Seitenstreifen ausgebildet sind. - Vakuum-Trockenschrank nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckfläche (16) der Tür (3) zur Bildung eines Beruhigungsraums (17) zurückgesetzt ist. - Vakuum-Trockenschrank nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (150) vor der Front der Mulden (2) einen Beruhigungsraum (170) bildet. - Vakuum-Trockenschrank nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Evakuierungsleitung an den Beruhigungsraum (17, 170) angeschlossen ist. - Vakuum-Trockenschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Evakuierungsleitung an eine der Mulden (2, 20) angeschlossen ist. - Vakuum-Trockenschrank nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckflächen der Türe (3, 30) und/oder des Rahmens (150) und/oder die Seitenstreifen (11-14) mit Heiz- und/oder Kühlvorrichtungen ausgestattet sind.
