Claims (12)
- Dreischneider, bestehend aus einer Zuführstation (10), einer Übergabestation (12), einer Schneidstation (14) mit einem Preßstempel, einem Vordermesser (36), zwei Seitenmessern (32, 34) und einem Ausleger, deren Bewegungabläufe untereinander gekoppelt sind, sowie einer Absaugvorrichtung für Schneidabfälle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens die zwei Seitenmesser (32, 34) einerseits und das Vordermesser (36) andererseits gesonderte Antriebe mit digital gesteuerten Servo- oder Schrittmotoren (38, 40) umfassen, deren Bewegungsabläufe durch einen gemeinsamen Steuerrechner synchronisiert sind.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch der Preßstempel einen gesonderten Antrieb mit einem digital gesteuerten Servo- oder Schrittmotor umfaßt, dessen Bewegungsablauf ebenfalls durch den gemeinsamen Steuerrechner synchronisiert ist.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die Zuführstation (10), die Übergabestation (12) und die Ausleger gesonderte Antriebe mit digital gesteuerten Servo- oder Schrittmotoren (46, 48) umfassen, deren Bewegungsabläufe ebenfalls durch den gemeinsamen Steuerrechner synchronisiert sind.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebe rotorische Servo- oder Schrittmotoren (38, 40, 46, 48) mit nachgeschalteten gleichförmig oder ungleichförmig übersetzenden Getrieben (42, 44, 50, 52) umfassen.
- Dreischneider nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rotorischen Servo- oder Schrittmotoren (42, 44) bidirektional steuerbar sind.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebe lineare Servo- oder Schrittmotoren umfassen.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Totpunkt des Vordermesser (36), der zwei Seitenmesser (32, 34) und des Preßstempels durch den Steuerrechner in Abhängigkeit der Einsatzhöhe des Schneidgutes so steuerbar ist, daß der Leerhub reduziert wird.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Startzeit der Arbeitsbewegungen des Preßstempels, des Vordermessers (36) und der Seitenmesser (32, 34) durch den Steuerrechner in Abhängigkeit der jeweils vorangehenden Arbeitsbewegungen so steuerbar ist, daß die Pausen zwischen aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsbewegungen reduziert werden.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vordermesser (36) und die Seitenmesser (32, 34) durch den Steuerrechner beim Schneidvorgang von der ersten bis zur letzten Blattlage mit optimaler Schneidgeschwindigkeit und während der Leerbewegungen mit gegenüber der Schneidgeschwindigkeit erhöhter Verfahrgeschwindigkeit geführt werden.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Preßstempel durch den Steuerrechner während des gesamten Schneidvorgangs mit konstanter Kraft beaufschlagt wird.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maximalleistung der Servo- oder Schrittmotoren (38, 40) gerade so groß bemessen ist, daß die Summe aus maximaler motorischer Antriebskraft und der beim Schneidvorgang auftretenden Massenträgheitskraft der Messer (32, 34, 36) einschließlich der mit ihnen bewegten Teile gerade größer als die maximal auftretenden Kraftspitzen beim Schneidvorgang sind.
- Dreischneider nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugvorrichtung für Schneidabfälle strömungsoptimiert ist und daß ein zugeordnetes Schnitzelwerk unterhalb eines Schneidtisches (26) der Schneidstation (14) angeordnet ist.
