An beiden Enden der Treibstange 12 der - beispielsweise die Antriebs-Baueinheit bildenden - mittleren Beschlags-Baueinheit 7 befindet sich je ein die wirksame bzw. vorgegebene - ständig gleichbleibende - Formschlußeingriffs-Länge bestimmendes - kurzes - Kupplungselement 16. Andererseits ist an der unmittelbar einen integralen Bestandteil jeder Eckbeschlags-Baueinheit 8 oder 9 bildenden Treibstange 13 oder 14 das die mögliche Verstell-Länge bestimmende - lange - Kupplungselement 17 für eine Kupplungselement-Paarung 15 vorgesehen.
Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Ausstattung der Flügel (1) für Fenster, Türen od. dgl. mit einem Treibstangenbeschlag (5),bei welchem Fenster oder welcher Tür dieser Treibstangenbeschlag (5) an der mit einem, - z.B. durch eine Betätigungshandhabe bewegbaren - Stellantrieb (10) ausgestatteten Bedienungsseite des Flügelrahmens (1 bzw. 31) von drei miteinander bewegungsmäßig zu kuppelnden Beschlags-Baueinheiten (7, 8, 9) gebildet ist,nämlich zumindest aus einer mittleren Antriebs-Baueinheit (7) und zwei Eckbeschlags-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) sowie ggf. wenigstens einer Anschluß-Baueinheit (53, 56, 57) zusammengesetzt wird,wobei die zwei Eckbeschlags-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) an den beiden Ecken der Bedienungsseite des Flügelrahmens (1 bzw. 31) ausrichtbar sind,wobei die zwischen den beiden Eckbeschlags-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) anzuordnende Beschlags-Baueinheit (7) als Antriebs-Baueinheit den Stellantrieb (10) trägt,wobei die wirksame Gesamtlänge aller drei Beschlags-Baueinheiten (7, 8, 9) über feinstufig verstellbar miteinander in sich gegenseitig überlappenden Formschlußeingriff bringbare Kupplungselement-Paarungen (15), insbesondere unmittelbar ineinandergreifende Feinverzahnungen, auf unterschiedliche Längenabmessungen (4a bzw. 41a) der Bedienungsseite des Fensters oder der Tür abstimmbar ist,wobei solche Kupplungselement-Paarungen (15) zwischen den einander zugewendeten Enden der Treibstangen (12 und 13 sowie 12 und 14) der benachbart liegenden Beschlags-Baueinheiten (7, 8 und 7, 9) vorgesehen sowie in deren Bewegungsrichtung zug- und druckfest ausgelegt sind,und wobei jede der Kupplungselement-Paarungen (15) von einem eine wirksame bzw. vorgegebene Formschlußeingriffs-Länge (24) bestimmenden, kurzen Kupplungselement (16) an der einen Treibstange (12) sowie einem auf eine mögliche Verstell-Länge (47) abgestimmten, langen Kupplungselement (17) an der anderen Treibstange (12 bzw. 13) gebildet ist,wobei an beiden Enden der Treibstange (12) der mittleren Beschlags-Baueinheit (7), der Antriebs-Baueinheit, je ein die wirksam vorgegebene Formschlußeingriffs-Länge (24) bestimmendes, kurzes Kupplungselement (16) der Kupplungselement-Paarungen (15) sitzt bzw. ausgebildet ist,während sich an der unmittelbar einen integrierten Bestandteil jeder Eckbeschlags-Baueinheit bildenden Treibstange (13 bzw. 14) jeweils das die mögliche Verstell-Länge (47) bestimmende, lange Kupplungselement (17) für eine Kupplungselement-Paarung (15) befindet,die Beschlags-Baueinheiten (7, 8, 9) mit einer sich zumindest parallel zu der ein Kupplungselement (16 bzw. 17) für die Bildung von Kupplungselement-Paarungen (15) aufweisenden Treibstange (12, 13, 14) erstreckenden Stulpschiene ( 21, 22, 23) ausgestattet sind,und wobei an der Antriebs-Baueinheit (7) die die Kupplungselemente (16) tragende Treibstange (12) eine die Länge (18) der Stulpschiene (12) mindestens um die Formschlußeingriffs-Länge (24) beider Kupplungselemente (16) übersteigende Längenabmessung hat,während an beiden Eck-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) wenigstens die der das Kupplungselement (17) tragenden Treibstange (13 bzw. 14) zugeordnete Stulpschiene (22 bzw. 23) durch Abtrennen an ihrem freien Ende in ihrer Längenabmessung kürzbar (48) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie einzelnen Beschlags-Baueinheiten (7, 8, 9) jeweils an die Falzumfangsflächen (6) des Flügels (1) herangeführt sowie angelegt und nach Eintauchen in die dort befindliche Stufen- bzw. Profilnut, z. B. durch Verschrauben, befestigt bzw. angeschlagen werden, derart,daß zumindest an dem zur Bedienungsseite des Flügels (1) gehörenden Profilholm (2a) zuerst die mittlere Beschlags-Baueinheit (7), die Antriebs-Baueinheit (7), befestigt bzw. angeschlagen wird,und daß nachfolgend die Eckbeschlags-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) jeweils im Bereich einer bedienungsseitigen Eckzone (3a und 3b) des Flügels (1) unter Bildung der Kupplungselement-Paarungen (15), an von den Eckzonen (3a bis 3d) des Flügels entfernten Stellen, mit der mittleren Beschlags-Baueinheit (7) an die Falzumfangsflächen (6) herangeführt sowie dort befestigt bzw. angeschlagen werden,wobei zuvor die Stulpschienen (22 und 23) und die Kupplungselemente (17) der Treibstangen (13 und 14) an den Eckbeschlags-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) durch Anbringen von Trennschnitten (25) relativ zur mittleren Beschlags-Baueinheit (7) auf ihre richtige Einbaulänge (20a, 27 bzw. 20b, 27) gebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die mittlere Beschlags-Baueinheit (7) bereits an einem Flügel-Profilholm (2a bzw. 35a) angeschlagen bzw. montiert wird, bevor mehrere Flügel-Profilholme (2a bis 2d bzw. 35a bis 35d) miteinander zu einem in sich starren Flügelrahmen (1 bzw. 31) verbunden (40a bis 40d) werden. - Verfahren nach einem den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Eckbeschlags-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) am bedienungsseitigen Flügel-Profilholm (2a bzw. 35a) und den daran anschließenden Flügelecken (3a, 3b bzw, 40a, 40b) erst nach der Verbindung mehrerer Flügel-Profilholme (2a bis 2d bzw. 35a bis 35d) zu dem in sich starren Flügelrahmen (1 bzw. 31) angeschlagen bzw. montiert werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Eckbeschlags-Baueinheiten (8 und 9) während ihrer Zustellung zur jeweiligen Flügelecke (3a, 3b bzw. 40a, 40b) hin an den der mittleren Beschlags-Baueinheit (7) zugewendeten Stulpschienen (22 und 23) und Kupplungselementen (17) der Treibstangen (13 und 14) relativ zur mittleren Beschlags-Baueinheit (7) auf ihre richtige Einbaulänge (20a, 27 bzw. 20b, 27) gebracht werden.
