Claims (3)
- Pulver-Sprühpistole für Beschichtungspulver, mit einem Pistolenkörper (2), einem durch den Pistolenkörper (2) hindurchgehenden Pulverkanal (18), Mittel (12, 45) zum austauschbaren Anschluß eines Mundstücks (14, 16) an das stromabwärtige Ende (10) des Pistolenkörpers (2) und seines Pulverkanals (18) zum Zerstäuben des Beschichtungspulvers aus dem Pulverkanal (18), einem im Pistolenkörper (2) untergebrachten Hochspannungserzeuger (30) zur Erzeugung einer Hochspannung für mindestens eine Elektrode (24, 26, 56, 62, 63) zur elektrostatischen Aufladung des Beschichtungspulvers,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Rotationszerstäuber-Mundstück (14) vorgesehen ist, welches am dem extern frei zugänglichen stromebwärtigen Ende des Pistdenkörpers (2) austauschbar befestigbar ist und zum Zerstäuben des Beschichtungspulvers einen Rotationskörper (48) aufweist, welcher im Rotationskörper-Mundstück (14) drehbar gelagert und durch einem im Mundstück vorgesehenen Antrieb antreibbar ist und das Beschichtungspulver durch Zentrifugalkraft abschleudert und dadurch zerstäubt. - Pulver-Sprühpistole nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rotationskörper-Mundstück (14) elektrische Kontaktmittel (58) zur Übertragung der Hochspannung vom Hochspannungserzeuger (30) auf mindestens eine Elektrode (56) aufweist, die vom Rotationskörper-Mundstück (14) getragen wird. - Pulver-Sprühpistole nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil des Rotationskörpers (48) als Elektrode (56) ausgebildet ist.
