Claims (10)
- Taschenfalzmaschinemit zwei im Abstand parallel zueinander angeordneten Rahmenteilen (A, B), zwischen denen Falzwalzen (W), diesen zugeordnete Falztaschen (1) und gegebenenfalls weitere Falzmaschinenbauteile angebracht sind,mit einem der einen Längsseite jeder Falztasche (1) zugeordneten getriebenen Glied (13), mit dem ein Treibelement (12, 11) in Eingriff steht, das an dem einen Rahmenteil (A) festgelegt und auf dessen Außenseite betätigbar ist,mit einer an der einen Längsseite jeder Falztasche (1) und auf der Innenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) vorgesehenen Schmalführung zur Falztaschenlängsverschiebung, deren Führungselemente (5, 6, 7, 8) in einem zur Falztaschenebene senkrechten Eingriff stehen und in Längsrichtung der Falztasche (1) in einem ein Verkanten der Schmalführung ausschließenden Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind,mit einer jeder Schmalführung zugeordneten Klemmeinrichtung (10), die auf der Außenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) betätigbar ist, undmit einer der anderen Längsseite jeder Falztasche (1) zugeordneten Einrichtung (20 bis 24) zum Arretieren der Falztasche (1) an der Innenseite des anderen Rahmenteils (B), wobei diese Einrichtung ebenfalls auf der Außenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) betätigbar (19) ist.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führungselemente an dem einen Rahmenteil (A) drehbar gelagerte Führungsrollen (6) aufweisen, die in Führungseingriff mit randnahen Führungslängsnuten in der oberen und unteren Fläche der Falztasche (1) stehen unddaß die Klemmeinrichtung (10) für ein Klemmen gegen die Innenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) oder senkrecht zur Falztaschenebene in die Längsnut eingreift.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Führungselement eine auf der Innenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) befestigte Lasche vorgesehen ist, die über einen Führungsvorsprung mit einer Führungslängsnut in der oberen und/oder unteren Fläche der Falztasche (1) in Führungseingriff steht.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führungselemente an dem einen Rahmenteil (A) drehbar gelagerte Führungsrollen (6) aufweisen, in deren Umfangsfläche eine Umfangsnut ausgebildet ist, mit der eine an der einen Längsseite der Falztasche (1) festgelegte Führungsschiene (5) mit ihrer schmalen Ober- und/oder Unterseite in Führungseingriff steht, welche jeweils über die obere bzw. untere Fläche der Falztasche (1) vorsteht, unddaß die Klemmeinrichtung (10) für ein Klemmen gegen die Innenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) oder senkrecht zur Falztaschenebene an der Führungsschiene (5) angreift.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Führungselement eine auf der Innenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) befestigte Lasche (8) vorgesehen ist, die eine Führungsausnehmung hat, mit der eine schmale vorstehende Seite der Führungsschiene (5) in Führungseingriff steht.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, gekennzeichnet durch an dem einen Rahmenteil (A) gelagerte, von seiner Außenseite aus axial verstellbare Rastbolzen (14) für den Arretiereingriff mit in den Führungsschienen (5) vorgesehenen Rastbohrungen (15, 16).
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch in den Führungsschienen (5) vorgesehene Aussparungen (18), die in Zuordnungsstellung zu den Führungsrollen (6, 7) das seitliche Verschieben der Falztaschen (1) zulassen.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungslängsnuten bzw. die Führungsschiene (5) in bzw. an einer Leiste (2) vorgesehen ist, die mit der Falztasche (1) derer Querverstellung (2, 3, 4, 28) zulassend verbunden ist.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für ein Klemmen der Klemmeinrichtung (10) senkrecht zur Falztaschenebene eine auf der Innenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) befestigte Taschenleiste (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Taschenfalzmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der anderen Längsseite jeder Falztasche (1) zugeordnete Einrichtung zum Arretieren der Falztasche (1) an der Innenseite des anderen Rahmenteils (B) eine in beiden Rahmenteilen (A, B) gelagerte Achse (20) aufweist, an der auf der Außenseite des einen Rahmenteils (A) ein Klemmhebel (19) gehalten ist und die am anderen Rahmenteil (B) einen Exzenter (22) trägt, der so durch eine einen Spannklotz (24) tragende Lasche (23) geführt ist, daß bei Verschwenken des Klemmhebels (19) der Spannklotz (24) die Falztasche (1) klemmend gegen eine Taschenleiste (26) an der Innenseite des anderen Rahmenteils (B) drückt.
