Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum kontinierlichen Trocknen und Krumpfen von textilen Maschen- oder Webware mit mindestens einer durch eine Mehrzahl von einander gegenüberliegenden, gegeneinander zu und versetzt zueinander in einen Durchlaufkanal (4) gerichteten Heissluftdüsen (8,9) gebildeten Trocknungsstation (5,6,7), sowie mit mindestens zwei diesen Durchlaufkanal (4) je oben und unten begrenzenden, endlos umlaufenden, luftdurchlässigen Führungsbändern (2,3), wobei zur Durchleitung einer zu behandelnden Warenbahn (1) durch die mindestens eine Trocknungsstation (5,6,7) ein durch den von den Führungsbändern (2,3) begrenzten Durchlaufkanal (4) verlaufender, endlos umlaufender Warenbahn-Spannrahmen (13) vorgesehen und der Vertikalabstand des letzteren vom unteren Trum des mindestens einen oberen Führungsbandes (2) sowie vom oberen Trum des mindestens einen unteren Führungsbandes (3) derart bemessen ist, daß im Betrieb der Vorrichtung die zu behandelnde, mittels des Warenbahn-Spannrahmens (13) gehaltene und hindurchgeführte Warenbahn (1) im jeweiligen Wirkungsbereich einer auf sie gerichteten Heisstuftdüse (8,9), örtlich begrenzt, zur Anlage an das jeweils entferntere Führungsband (3,2) gelangt, und die Zufuhrmittel (A,B) zur Zufuhr der zu behandelnden Ware (1) zum Spannrahmen derart ausgebildet sind, dass die zu behandelnde Ware (1) mit Voreilung auf dem Spannrahmen befestigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trocknungsstation (5,6,7) mit über die gesamte Breite der zu behandelnden Ware (1) sich erstreckenden Heissluft-Schlitzdüsen (8,9) versehen ist, und das untere und/oder das obere Führungsband (3,2) mit einer höheren Geschwindigkeit vorwärtsbewegt wird bzw. werden als der Spannrahmen (13) und dass die links- und die rechtsseitige Warenbahnhalterungen (18,19) des Spannrahmens (13) durch je eine mit Nadeln (16,17) oder Kluppen versehene, endlos umlaufende Kette gebildet werden, und daß beiden Ketten (18,19) im Innern des Durchlaufkanals (4) durch einen in dessen Längsrichtung sich erstrekkenden Führungs- und Abdeckkanal (22,23), weicher in vertikaler Richtung am je mindestens einen oberen und unteren Führungsband (2,3) abgestützt wird, geführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Spannrahmen (13) eine für die zu behandelnde Warenbahn (1) bestimmte Breitdehnvorrichtung (A) vorgeschaltet ist, welche mit mindestens zwei Walzen (14,15) versehen ist, von denen die eine (14) am Umfang ein Relief aus einer Vielzahl von Erhöhungen und Vertiefungen und die andere (15) am Umfang ein mindestens annähernd komplementäres Relief, dessen Erhöhungen in die Vertiefungen der erstgenannten Walze (14) eingreifen, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegenseitige Abstand (K) der beiden den Durchlaufkanal (4) in vertikaler Richtung begrenzenden Führungsbänder (2,3) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausströmrichtung (I) in mindestens einem Teil der Krumpfzone der Vorrichtung entgegen der Warenbahndurchlaufrichtung (D) um einen Winkel (α) im Bereich von 1 bis 40° gegenüber einer Vertikalen geneigt verläuft, und die Blasstärke und der Neigungswinkel (α) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß im Betrieb keine wesentliche Verschiebung der auf den beiden Führungsbändern (2,3) stellenweise aufliegenden Warenbahnbereiche erfolgt.
