Claims (8)
- Pastenbehälter mit Entnahmevorrichtung, bestehend aus einem nach einer Seite offenen Zylinder (7) und einer an der offenen Seite des Zylinders angeordneten beweglichen, dichtschließenden Folgeplatte (2) und einer Entnahmevorrichtung (1) zur Entnahme und zum Transport der Paste, dadurch gekennzeichnet daßA. sich auf der Folgeplatte (2) ein Motor mit Getriebe (3) befindet, an dessen mittig die Folgeplatte (2) durchragender Achse ein mehrflügeliger Rührpropeller (4) derart angebracht ist, daß er sich geringfügig unterhalb der Folgeplatte (2) frei in der Paste drehen kann, undB. die Entnahmevorrichtung (1) mit der Folgeplatte (2) außerhalb deren Mitte und oberhalb des von dem Rührpropeller (4) überstrichenen Bereiches verbunden ist und die Paste, gegebenenfalls über eine Dosiervorrichtung, zu ihrer Anwendung transportiert.
- Pastenbehälter mit Entnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, worin die Flügel des Rührpropellers (4) eine unterschiedliche Länge aufweisen.
- Pastenbehälter mit Entnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, worin der Rührpropeller (4) mindestens vier Flügel aufweist, von denen mindestens zwei einander gegenüberliegende Flügel länger gestaltet sind und den nahezu gesamten Durchmesser des Pastenbehälters überstreichen, während mindestens zwei weitere einander gegenüberliegende Flügel kürzer gestaltet sind, wobei sie beim Drehen zumindest die Entnahmeöffnung der Entnahmevorrichtung (1) überstreichen.
- Pastenbehälter mit Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, worin der Winkel zwischen Propellerachse und Flügel einen Wert von 90° bis 60° aufweist.
- Pastenbehälter mit Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, worin die Entnahmevorrichtung (1) eine Exzenterschneckenpumpe ist.
- Pastenbehälter mit Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, worin der Rührpropeller (4) in einem Abstand von 0,8 mm bis 5 mm, insbesondere in einem Abstand von 1 mm bis 3 mm, unterhalb der Folgeplatte (2) angebracht ist.
- Pastenbehälter mit Entnahmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, worin die Nabe (8) des Rührpropellers (4) als nach unten gerichtete Auswölbung ausgestaltet ist, welche die Achse des Rührpropellers (4) nach unten abschließt.
- Verwendung des Pastenbehälters mit Entnahmevorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zur Förderung beziehungsweise Entnahme strukturviskoser Waschmittelpasten, die bei 25 °C und geringer Scherung eine Viskosität über 100 000 mPa.s, insbesondere von 150 000 mPa.s bis 500 000 mPa.s, und bei hoher Scherung eine Viskosität unter 100 000 mPa.s, insbesondere von 10 000 mPa.s bis 90 000 mPa.s aufweisen.
