Claims (7)
- Trenneinrichtung (10) zum Abtrennen perforierter Schlauchabschnitte mit einem Vorzugswerk (14) und einem Abreißwerk (12), die jeweils auf beiden Seiten der zu trennenden Schlauchbahn sich gegenüberliegende Rollen oder Walzen (16, 18 bzw. 20, 22) aufweisen, über die endlose Förderbänder (24, 26, bzw. 28, 30) laufen, wobei die Rollen oder Walzen 16, 18) des Abreißwerkes (12) über ein Steuerelement in Richtung auf die Schlauchbahn bewegbar sind.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Abreißwerk (12) die sich gegenüberliegenden Rollen oder Walzen (16, 18) jeweils in Schwenkarmen (60, 62) gelagert sind, die jeweils um im selben Uhrzeigersinn drehbaren Schwenkachsen (64, 66) schwenkbar gelagert sind, die sich in Transportrichtung der Schlauchbahn so gegenüberliegen, daß die Schwenkarme (60, 62) in die entgegengesetzte Richtung aufschwenkbar sind und daß die Rollen oder Walzen (16, 18) des Abreißwerkes (12) für den Abriß eines perforierten Abschnittes gleichzeitig in Kontakt bringbar sind. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an einem der oberhalb der Transportebene der Schlauchbahn angeordneten Schwenkarme (60) eine Zugstange (68) und an einem der unterhalb der Transportebene der Schlauchbahn angeordenten Schwenkarme (62) eine Druckstange (70) angelenkt sind, die über einen Hebel (72) und eine Kurvenscheibe (76) derart beaufschlagbar sind, daß die Schwenkarme (60, 62) um die Schwenkachsen (64, 66) aufeinander zu und voneinander weg schwenkbar sind. - Trenneinrichtung (10) zum Abtrennen perforierter Schlauchabschnitte mit einem Vorzugswerk (14) und einem Abreißwerk (12), die jeweils auf beiden Seiten der zu trennenden Schlauchbahn sich gegenüberliegende Rollen oder Walzen (16, 18 bzw. 20, 22) aufweisen, über die endlose Förderbänder (24, 26 bzw.28, 30) laufen, wobei die Rollen oder Walzen 16, 18) des Abreißwerkes (12) über ein Steuerelement in Richtung auf die Schlauchbahn bewegbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Vorzugswerk (14) die oberhalb der Transportebene der Schlauchbahn angeordneten Rollen oder Walzen (20) der sich gegenüberliegenden Rollen oder Walzen auf lagerschildfesten Achsen gelagert sind, daß die unterhalb der Transportebene der Schlauchbahn angeordneten Rollen oder Walzen (22) auf Achsen gelagert sind, die mit in den Lagerschilden (84) verschieblich geführten Platten (86) verbunden sind, daß an einem Schwenkpunkt der verschieblichen Platten (86) eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (92) angreift, daß eine Rolle oder Walze auf einer plattenfesten Achse gelagert ist und daß zwei Rollen oder Walzen auf Achsen gelagert sind, die in einer schwenkbar in den Platten aufgehängten Wippe (88) gelagert ist. - Trenneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Steuerbewegung für die Zugstange bzw. Druckstange (68 bzw. 70) des Abreißwerkes (12) über eine Gestängeanordnung auch auf die verschieblich geführten Rollen oder Walzen im Vorzugswerk (14) übertragen werden. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Schubstange (106) des Übertragungsgestänges über eine Feder (118) mit den weiteren Teilen des Gestänges gekoppelt ist. - Trenneinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die oberhalb der Transportebene der Schlauchbahn angeordneten Lagerschilde (120, 122) des Abreißwerkes (12) und des Vorzugswerkes (14) um eine Achse schwenkbar gelagert sind, wobei die Schwenkachse mit der Drehachse (124, 126) jeweils derjenigen Umlenkrolle (32, 40) für das Förderband zusammenfällt, die in Förderrichtung der Schlauchbahn gesehen hinten liegt. - Trenneinrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Förderbänder (24, 26, bzw. 28, 30) des Abreißwerkes (12) und des Haltewerkes (14) über einen motorisch angetriebenen Zahnriemen (56) antreibbar sind, wobei der Zahnriemen (56) jeweils über Zahnriemenscheiben (48, 50, 52, 54) geführt ist, die auf Achsen von Umlenkrollen (32, 38, 40, 46) drehfest angeordnet sind und daß die Zahnriemenscheiben (48, 52), die oberhalb der Schlauchbahn angeordnet sind, auf der Achse (124, 126) angeordnet sind, um die die Lagerschilde (120, 126) schwenkbar sind.
