Claims (13)

- Rollenwechsler nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderkörper (17) gegen eine Elastizitätskraft einer Rückstelleinrichtung quer zu seiner Längsachse bewegbar gelagert ist, wobei die Elastizitätskraft einer Kraft entgegenwirkt, die von der Arbeitsbahn (A) auf den Zylinderkörper (17) wirkt.
- Rollenwechsler nach einem der zwei vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Pendelwalze die transversal zu der Arbeitsbahn (A) bewegbar, vorzugsweise schwenkbar, gelagert ist, den Zylinderkörper (17) bildet.
- Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (10) der in einer Fügeposition befindlichen Vorratsrolle (R2) gegenüberliegend angeordnet und an die Vorratsrolle (R2) anstellbar gelagert ist.
- Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (21) ein Zugelement (22) für eine Förderung der Arbeitsbahn (A) umfasst oder bereits allein durch das Zugelement (22) gebildet wird.
- Rollenwechsler nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (21) ein gegen das Zugelement (22) pressbares Klemmelement (23) für die durch Klemmung zwischen dem Zugelement (22) und dem Klemmelement (23) bewirkte Fixierung der Arbeitsbahn (A) umfasst.
- Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zugeinrichtung, die im Bahnweg der Arbeitsbahn (A) vor einer dem Rollenwechsler nächstfolgenden Be- oder Verarbeitungseinrichtung der Maschine angeordnet ist, die Halteeinrichtung (21) bildet.
- Rollenwechsler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Motor (Ml) für einen Drehantrieb der Arbeitsrolle (R1) als Bremsgenerator ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren für einen automatischen Rollenwechsel in einer Bahnbearbeitungs- oder - verarbeitungsmaschine, bei dem:a) eine Vorratsrolle (R2) einer Vorratsbahn (V) bis in eine Fügeposition in Bezug auf eine in der Maschine eingezogene Arbeitsbahn (A), die von einer Arbeitsrolle (R1) abwickelt, bewegt wird,b) die Arbeitsbahn (A) an einen Bahnanfang der Vorratsrolle (R2) gedrückt und mit dem Bahnanfang verbunden wird,c) Die Arbeitsbahn (A) bahnabwärts von dem Bahnanfang der Vorratsrolle (R2) fixiert wird,d) auf die fixierte Arbeitsbahn (A) an einer Stelle zwischen dem Bahnanfang der Vorratsrolle (R2) und der Stelle der Fixierung eine Zugkraft ausgeübt und die Arbeitsbahn (A) von der Arbeitsrolle (R1) gezogen wird,e) die Vorratsrolle (R2) bei dem Ziehen der Arbeitsbahn (A) durch Andrücken der Arbeitsbahn (A) oder durch einen eigenen Antrieb gedreht wird,f) und die Arbeitsbahn (A) nach Herstellung der Verbindung an einer Stelle zwischen der Arbeitsrolle (R1) und dem Bahnanfang der Vorratsrolle (R2) durchtrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an die Vorratsrolle (R2) gedrückte Arbeitsbahn (A) durch Abbremsen oder kontrollierten Antrieb der Arbeitsrolle (R1) gespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorratsrolle (R2) nach dem Durchtrennen der Arbeitsbahn (A) bei noch bestehender Fixierung entgegen der Förderrichtung der eine neue Arbeitsbahn bildenden Vorratsbahn (V) zurückgedreht wird, um die neue Arbeitsbahn zu spannen.
