Claims (6)

  1. Machine (1) pour mettre en forme-remplir des sacs ou sachets (3) en matériau flexible pour l'emballage de produits, dans laquelle ladite machine comprend : une première section (2) incluant des moyens de mise en forme de sacs (10) pour mettre en forme lesdits sacs (3) en matériau flexible et un premier assemblage de type carrousel (6) sur lequel sont disposés des premiers moyens de support (9) pour supporter lesdits sacs (3), une deuxième section (4) incluant des moyens de remplissage desdits sacs mis en forme dans ladite première section (2) et des moyens de contrôle pour contrôler le remplissage desdits sacs (3), ladite deuxième section (4) étant disposée latéralement et au fond dudit premier assemblage de type carrousel (6) et incluant un deuxième assemblage de type carrousel à axe vertical sur lequel sont disposés des deuxièmes moyens de support (15) pour recevoir et supporter lesdits sacs (3) provenant dudit premier assemblage de type carrousel (6) dans le but de transporter ou déplacer séquentiellement lesdits sacs vers des stations de remplissage disposées à la périphérie dudit deuxième assemblage de type carrousel, et une troisième section (5) disposée coaxialement sous la deuxième section (4) et incluant un troisième assemblage de type carrousel (30) supportant des moyens de mise sous vide en forme de cloche (〈〈 vacuum bell means 〉〉) (35) pour évacuer lesdits sacs (3) qui sont transportés ou déplacés verticalement depuis lesdits deuxièmes moyens de support (15) de ladite deuxième section (4) vers des moyens de maintien des sacs (34) de ladite troisième section (5), ladite troisième section incluant de plus des moyens de fermeture hermétique (〈〈 sealing 〉〉) (37) pour la fermeture hermétique sous vide des sacs remplis et des moyens de coupe (38) pour égaliser l'extrémité supérieure desdits sacs fermés, et la machine comprenant de plus des moyens d'entraínement (18) pour entraíner de manière rotative ledit deuxième assemblage de type carrousel de ladite deuxième section (4) et d'autres moyens d'entraínement (33) pour entraíner de manière rotative ledit troisième assemblage de type carrousel (30) de ladite troisième section (5), lesdits moyens d'entraínement (18, 33) étant appropriés pour être opérés ou mis en oeuvre de manière indépendante.
  2. Machine pour mettre en forme-remplir selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraínement (18) pour entraíner ledit deuxième assemblage de type carrousel de ladite deuxième section (4) comprennent un disque d'entraínement (16) qui est connecté coaxialement audit deuxième assemblage de type carrousel de ladite deuxième section (4) et un pignon (17) en prise (〈〈 meshing 〉〉) avec ledit disque d'entraínement (16).
  3. Machine pour mettre en forme-remplir selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'entraínement (33) pour l'entraínement dudit troisième assemblage de type carrousel de ladite troisième section (5) comprend un disque d'entraínement (31), coupé coaxialement audit troisième assemblage de type carrousel de ladite troisième section (5) et un pignon (32) en prise avec le disque d'entraínement (31).
  4. Machine pour mettre en forme-remplir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de mise en forme (10) des sacs de ladite première section (2) comprennent une station (10) de mise en forme des sacs, munie d'un mandrin de mise en forme (11) à axe vertical, audit mandrin de mise en forme (11) étant associés des moyens de fermeture hermétique pour fermer hermétiquement les bords verticaux d'un matériau flexible en forme de film (12), enroulé autour dudit mandrin (11) pour former un corps tubulaire continu, et des moyens pour transférer les portions de corps tubulaire vers lesdits premiers moyens de support (9) dudit premier assemblage de type carrousel (6).
  5. Machine pour mettre en forme-remplir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, au fond dudit premier assemblage de type carrousel (6), sont disposés des moyens de fermeture hermétique pour fermer hermétiquement les extrémités inférieures desdites portions de corps tubulaire, afin de mettre en forme un sac (3) à partir de chaque portion de corps tubulaire.
  6. Machine pour mettre en forme-remplir selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de support dudit deuxième assemblage de type carrousel sont prévus en un nombre égal à celui des moyens de maintien des sacs (34) dudit troisième assemblage de type carrousel (30) et sont disposés sur le même diamètre de pas (〈〈 pitch diameter 〉〉) que lesdits moyens de maintien des sacs (34) dudit troisième assemblage de type carrousel (5).
