Description
Transferpressen, Großteilstufenpressen, Pressen-Anlagen sind Umformmaschinen, in denen Blechteile durch Verfahrensschritte wie Ziehen und Stanzen geformt werden. Die Fressen weisen hierfür zumindest einen Stößel auf, an dem ein Werkzeug oder Werkzeugsatz (Oberwerkzeug) befestigt ist, das mit einem Werkzeug oder Werkzeugsatz (Unterwerkzeug) im Pressentisch oder auf einem Schiebetisch zusammenwirkt. Die Stößel sind über Antriebsmittel der Presse auf- und abbewegbar. In Bereichen zwischen den Ständern zu nachgeordneten Fressen, den sogenannten Leerstufen, sind Zwischenablagen angeordnet. Das Wechseln der Werkzeuge bzw. Werkzeugsätze erfolgt vermittels Schiebetischen, die aus der Presse hierfür herausfahrbar sind.

Claims (3)
- Umsetzvorrichtung in einer Umformmaschine, insbesondere einer Transferpresse, Großteilstufenpresse oder Pressen-Anlage, mit einem über Antriebsmittel auf- und abbewegbaren Stößel für die Umformung von Blechteilen, mit einem Kurvenantrieb für eine Transferbewegung von Schubstangen, an denen Laufwägen angelenkt sind, die auf Transferschienen laufen, wobei jeweils zwei gegenüberliegende Laufwägen mittels wenigstens einer Quertraverse miteinander verbunden sind und wobei die Quertraverse (12) auf jeder Seite über eine Heb- und Senkeinrichtung (1) mit den jeweiligen Laufwägen (2, 15) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Quertraverse (12) eine Längenausgleichseinrichtung (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Umsetzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längenausgleichseinrichtung als Teleskoprohr (24) ausgebildet ist.
- Umsetzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Quertraverse (12) an ihren Enden jeweils über wenigstens ein Gelenk (25, 26) mit einem Kulissenstein (5) oder einem Zwischenglied verbunden ist.
