Definitions
- the present invention relates to a height-adjustable scaffolding table with a rectangular outline comprising a fixed lower part with four vertical posts and a height-adjustable upper part with longitudinal members, cross members and a walkable horizontal platform.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a scaffolding table for construction site scaffolding, which is a unit that can be transported as a whole on the construction site by crane from one place of use to another place of use, but which, on the other hand, can be compacted in a few simple steps when not in use Can be folded and transported to save space.
- the scaffolding table according to the invention provides a remedy here, since it is a scaffolding unit with transverse side parts, longitudinal side parts and a height-adjustable walk-in work platform which is stable in itself.
- the ladder-like long side parts used to stabilize the lower part of the scaffolding table can be removed if the scaffolding table is to be loaded for transport.
- the transverse side parts of the lower part of the scaffolding table with the vertical corner posts can then be pivoted about a horizontal axis into a position in which they lie parallel to the platform of the scaffolding table.
- the ladder-like longitudinal side parts can then preferably be fastened one above the other and parallel to the scaffolding platform with fastening elements on the lower part of the scaffolding table, so that the scaffolding table is then compact and flat and can be transported in a space-saving manner.
- the ladder-like longitudinal side parts can have tabs with eyelets, for example at the ends of their longitudinal struts, so that attachment using plug bolts or the like is possible on the lower part of the scaffolding table.
- gears that can be driven by means of a crank are preferably used, which engage in rows of holes on the vertical support supports of the upper part of the scaffolding table, similar to a crank scaffold stand.
- the upper part can also be height-adjustable by means of threaded spindles which can be driven by means of a crank, or hole grids can be provided and the upper part can be adjusted by hand and fixed in different height positions by means of bolts.
- a crane is used to lift the upper part while the lower part remains on the floor.
- pivotable corner posts with the transverse side parts of the lower part of the scaffolding table are preferably pivotably articulated on articulated brackets which are located on the underside of cross members of the scaffolding table.
- the scaffolding table 10 has a basically rectangular outline and consists of a lower part 11 standing on the ground with four vertical posts 12 in the corner areas. Suspended from the posts 12 on both longitudinal sides of the scaffolding table 10 are each approximately ladder-like longitudinal side parts 13 which, as can be seen in FIG. 2, can be removed from the lower part 11 of the scaffolding table after a lock has been released.
- the longitudinal side parts 13 each have tabs 16 at the two ends of their upper struts 14 and their lower struts 15. In these tabs there are eyelets 17 which can be hung in bolts, hooks 18 or the like in the area of the corner posts 12.
- the ladder-like longitudinal side parts 13 have transverse struts 19 and diagonal struts 20 for stiffening extending between the upper struts 14 and the lower struts 15.
- the height of the upper part 21 serving as a scaffold can be adjusted relative to the fixed lower part 11 of the scaffolding table 10.
- the lowermost position of the upper part 21 of the scaffolding table is shown in solid lines in FIG. 1, an upwardly moved position of the upper part 21 is shown in dashed lines.
- the height adjustment of the upper part 21 takes place via a crank 22 attached to a shaft on the lower part 11 of the scaffolding table, by means of which a star-shaped gearwheel 24 attached to the shaft 23 is driven whose teeth engage in spaced holes in a row of holes on the vertical support supports 25 of the upper part 21.
- the upper part 21 of the scaffolding table consists of longitudinal beams 26 connected to the vertical support supports 25 as well as a plurality of transverse beams 27 extending transversely to these, which span a plane on which a scaffolding covering board 28 can be placed.
- Figure 2 which also shows the upper part 21 of the scaffolding table in several height positions (dashed lines).
- Figure 2 also shows that the longitudinal side parts 13 are laterally removable from the lower part 11 of the scaffolding table. This removal takes place when the scaffolding table is removed for transport.
- the transverse side parts 29 can be folded in by pivoting inward about a horizontal hinge axis 30 in the direction of the arrow according to FIG. 1 into a position in which they lie parallel to the longitudinal beams 26 of the upper frame part.
- the scaffolding table 10 then takes up the space-saving position which is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
- the transverse side parts 29 with the corner posts 12 lie parallel to the upper part 21 of the scaffolding table.
- the two previously removed longitudinal side parts 13 of the lower part 11 of the scaffolding table are now placed one above the other parallel to the swung-in transverse side parts 29 and connected in this position to the lower part 11 of the scaffolding table by bolts 31 or other suitable fastening elements of this type.
- the scaffolding table is therefore very space-saving and compact, which is favorable for transport.
- the scaffolding table is designed so that it can be transported from one place of use to another on the construction site without being dismantled in the assembled state according to FIGS. 1 and 2 by means of a crane.
- crane eyelets 32 can be attached to the cross members 27 so that the scaffolding table can be lifted and transported as a whole with a crane.

Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a height-adjustable scaffolding table with a rectangular outline comprising a fixed lower part with four vertical posts and a height-adjustable upper part with longitudinal members, cross members and a walkable horizontal platform.
The object of the present invention is to provide a scaffolding table for construction site scaffolding, which is a unit that can be transported as a whole on the construction site by crane from one place of use to another place of use, but which, on the other hand, can be compacted in a few simple steps when not in use Can be folded and transported to save space.
With the work scaffolding used for construction sites so far, it was common for the scaffold to be dismantled and disassembled into its individual parts at first with a relatively high outlay, in order then to be assembled again at a different location on the same construction site, if necessary. The scaffolding table according to the invention provides a remedy here, since it is a scaffolding unit with transverse side parts, longitudinal side parts and a height-adjustable walk-in work platform which is stable in itself. The ladder-like long side parts used to stabilize the lower part of the scaffolding table can be removed if the scaffolding table is to be loaded for transport. The transverse side parts of the lower part of the scaffolding table with the vertical corner posts can then be pivoted about a horizontal axis into a position in which they lie parallel to the platform of the scaffolding table. The ladder-like longitudinal side parts can then preferably be fastened one above the other and parallel to the scaffolding platform with fastening elements on the lower part of the scaffolding table, so that the scaffolding table is then compact and flat and can be transported in a space-saving manner. For releasable attachment to the lower part of the scaffolding table, the ladder-like longitudinal side parts can have tabs with eyelets, for example at the ends of their longitudinal struts, so that attachment using plug bolts or the like is possible on the lower part of the scaffolding table.
For the height adjustment of the upper part of the scaffolding table, gears that can be driven by means of a crank are preferably used, which engage in rows of holes on the vertical support supports of the upper part of the scaffolding table, similar to a crank scaffold stand.
The upper part can also be height-adjustable by means of threaded spindles which can be driven by means of a crank, or hole grids can be provided and the upper part can be adjusted by hand and fixed in different height positions by means of bolts. A crane is used to lift the upper part while the lower part remains on the floor.
The pivotable corner posts with the transverse side parts of the lower part of the scaffolding table are preferably pivotably articulated on articulated brackets which are located on the underside of cross members of the scaffolding table.

First, reference is made to FIGS. 1 and 2. The scaffolding table 10 according to the invention has a basically rectangular outline and consists of a
Instead of ladder-like longitudinal side parts, it is also possible to use those which, for example, simply consist of a cross made of two connected diagonal struts.
As shown in FIG. 1, the height of the
After removal of the
As can be seen from FIG. 4, the
