Definitions

  • the invention relates to a machine for cleaning the ballast bedding Track with a machine frame supported on rail bogies and a screening plant, which by a clearing device with a rotatable Clearing chain is loaded, as well as with a conveyor for dropping of the cleaned ballast on the track.
  • AT 398 096 B is a machine that can be moved on the track, on its elongated machine frame, a clearing device is adjustable in height is attached. This has one in use below the Endless clearing chain led through the track, by means of which gravel the track bed is picked up and transported to a screening plant. In it, the overburden is separated from the ballast and used for disposal Direction of work conveyed to the front end of the machine. The cleaned gravel can be moved back onto the conveyor using a lifting device held up - track are thrown off. Additionally or also instead, new ballast can be obtained from the rear end of this machine (or other bedding material required for track renovation) and delivered and leveled on the exposed formation. At the You must start working this type of cleaning machine first to create a gap in the ballast bedding under the track enable threading of the clearing chain.
  • DE 22 26 612 A discloses a ballast bed cleaning machine, the two each fastened to a long side of a machine frame, trained as a clearing bar with a continuous endless clearing chain Has clearing devices.
  • These clearing beams are one on theirs a vertical swivel axis provided for a longitudinal end is rotatable and height adjustable and are used for clearing ballast in the track bed flanks lowered and then swung in from both sides under the track grate. Now the ballast underneath the track grate becomes closed conveyed to the track flanks and over an incline leading upwards Conveyor arrangement fed to a screening plant for cleaning.
  • ballast from a track bed by suction to remove.
  • a suction machine is for example in the AT 384 446 B and is described with one out of three in the cross machine direction suction arrangement arranged side by side fitted.
  • Each suction nozzle has a rotatable clearing device in order to Loosen up gravel immediately before the suction. The one in a screening plant cleaned ballast is returned to the track.
  • FR-A-2 655 669 there is a track maintenance machine for treatment the ballast bedding especially known in tunnels. To those in work Keeping dust pollution low are especially important the areas of the ballast processing tools arranged suction devices.
  • the object of the present invention is now to create a Cleaning machine of the type mentioned, while maintaining of already proven constructive basic elements more rational and versatile can be used.
  • This task is solved by a machine of the type mentioned above one that can be adjusted in height and laterally via drives, between the rail carriages arranged suction pipe with a suction opening for receiving of ballast and one via the suction pipe in connection with the intake opening standing vacuum system, which is assigned a ballast storage is.
  • the training according to claim 3 enables a particularly rational and time-saving handling of the preparatory work at the start of the cleaning machine.
  • An additional possible use resulting from this arrangement would also be the environmentally friendly suction of the dust created during ballast clearing using the suction pipe.
  • Claims 6 and 7 describe preferred embodiments of the suction pipe, with the features of claims 8 and 9 with simple constructive means a doubling of the work output can be achieved can.
  • the variant according to claim 11 finally allows the ballast storage to be emptied into the screening plant occasionally, thereby removing the ballast to a more complete cleaning or it can also be carried out via the front one Remove the machine end - together with the overburden from the screening plant.
  • a machine 1 for cleaning the ballast bed 2 a track 3 can be seen, which is an elongated, end on rail bogies 4 has supported machine frame 5.
  • One in it Longitudinal center clearing device 6 is rotatable Endless clearing chain 7 equipped and 8 height and based on drives trained cross-adjustable. That - in relation to a working direction 9 of Machine 1 - the front end of the clearing device 6 is fastened with a detachable, perpendicular to the machine longitudinal direction and parallel to the track level running cross chain center 10 for receiving and guiding the clearing chain 7 provided, which is below the track during work 3 located; this is done by means of a height-adjustable lifting device 24 held in place.
  • the opposite, rear The end of the clearing device 6 is above a screening plant 11 for the purpose of this Loading positioned with excavated gravel.
  • a screening plant 11 for the purpose of this Loading positioned with excavated gravel.
  • a conveyor 13 for dropping the cleaned ballast serves on the track 3, which is then based on a height adjustable Leveling device 14 can be leveled.
  • the machine 1 is furthermore provided with two driving cabins 15 arranged at the ends and one in the area of the cross chain center 10 in the machine longitudinal direction equipped from this distant work cabin 16. Between this and the clearing chain 7 or the cross chain center 10 is a suction opening 17 having - arranged end of a suction pipe 18 with a vacuum system 19 mounted on the machine frame 5 in connection stands and intended for receiving ballast from the ballast bed 2 is.
  • the vacuum system 19 is a ballast storage 20 with one above Track 3 located closable opening 21 assigned.
  • an air compressor device 22 is also connected, a blow line 23 for transporting the ballast from the ballast storage 20 leads to the screening plant 11.
  • a movable on rail bogies Drive car 25 coupled, the driving cabin 26, a motor 27 and has a height and side adjustable side plow 30.
  • a conveyor belt 28 is arranged on the drive car 25 in such a way that it ends the conveyor belt 12 of the machine 1 overlaps and so its continuation forms, the front in the working direction 9 section 29 of the conveyor belt 28 telescopically extendable in the longitudinal direction of the car or for transfer travel is retractable.
  • a Bulk goods transport car 31 to see its transfer conveyor 32 a arranged on the screening plant 11 funnel 33 is assigned. This points an outlet opening 34 directed towards the conveyor device 13.
  • the suction pipe 18 is height and side adjustable formed and for this purpose above the suction opening 17th connected to a support frame 35.
  • This is telescopic by a drive 36 height adjustable and together with the drive 36 on a vertical horizontal guide 37 extending to the machine longitudinal direction by means of of a further drive 43 can be displaced transversely on the machine frame 5 stored.
  • there is a lower end section having the suction opening 17 38 of the suction pipe 18 is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis and can be set in rotation by a rotary drive 39.
  • finger-shaped tear-open members 40 are arranged, which the end of the suction pipe 18 protrude downwards.
  • Fig. 4 shows another embodiment of the invention in a similar one View as Fig. 3, with the same reference numerals for functionally identical parts as in the variant already described.
  • the machine frame 5 of the machine 1 two in the cross machine direction spaced apart suction tubes 18, each are attached to a separate support frame 35.
  • the support frame 35 are based on drives 36 formed adjustable in height and on this Machine frame 5 articulated in such a way that the upper ends of the Drives 36 each about an axis running in the machine longitudinal direction 41 are pivoted or suspended.
  • the distance between the two Axes 41 in the cross machine direction corresponds approximately to the track width of the Track 3.
  • Each support frame 35 or each suction opening 17 is based on another, arranged between the machine frame 5 and drive 36 Drive 42 designed to be pivotable in the cross-machine direction.
