Claims (8)
- Elektropneumatischer Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer (10) mit einem frei fliegenden Schlagelement, das unter dem Einfluß der Druckschwankungen eines Luftkissens (27) in einem Führungszylinder (14) hin und her schwingt und einem Werkzeug (11) oder Werkzeughalter rhythmische, axiale Schläge erteilt, sowie mit einer Abfangeinrichtung, die ein elastisch verformbares Fangelement aufweist, das im Führungszylinder (14) unter elastischer Vorverformung eingespannt ist und bei leerschlagendem Werkzeug das Schlagelement unter axialer Verschiebung in Richtung der Werkzeugachse (a-a) abfängt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abfangeinrichtung von dem das Werkzeug (11) oder den Werkzeughalter selbst beaufschlagenden Schlagelement durchgriffen ist und wenigstens ein Fangelement (Fangring (15,15') aufweist, das bei leerschlagendem Werkzeug das Schlagelement an einem zur Werkzeugachse (a-a) koaxialen Führungsbereich (14a) des Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammers abbremst.
- Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als einziges Fangelement ein längsgeschlitzter Fangring (15,15') zur Erhöhung der Bremskraft an der Stelle, an der das Schlagelement bei leerschlagendem Werkzeug auf den Fangring aufläuft, einen Konus (15a,15a') mit einem Winkel von vorzugsweise mehr als 5° aufweist, der mit Abkantungen (12b,13b') des Schlagelements zusammenwirkt.
- Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schlagelement ein von einem Schlagkolben (13) beaufschlagter Döpper (12) ist, der in Arbeitsposition innerhalb eines zylindrischen Abschnittes (15b) des Fangrings (15) frei hin und her -schwingend gehalten ist, wobei der Döpper (12) an seinem Kopfteil (12a) Abkantungen (12b,12c) aufweist, die mit entsprechend geformten Anschlägen (15c, Konus 15a) des Fangrings zur Begrenzung des Maximalweges des Döppers (12) innerhalb des Fangrings (15) zusammenwirken.
- Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fangring (15) mit einem Gleitbereich (15d) seiner äußeren Mantelfläche am Führungsbereich (14a) des Führungszylinders (14) teilweise anliegt und im übrigen Bereich der äußeren Mantelfläche werkzeugseitig eine Freisparung (15e) aufweist.
- Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Feder (16) werkzeugseitig vor dem Fangring (15) zu dessen Abfederung gelagert ist.
- Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlagkolben (13) eine Nase (13a) aufweist, deren Länge (l) größer ist als der maximal mögliche Weg (s) des Döppers (12) innerhalb des Fangrings (15).
- Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als Schlagelement ausgebildete Schlagkolben (13) in einer Führungsbuchse (26) geführt ist, die gemeinsam mit dem Fangring (15') die Abfangeinrichtung bildet und ebenfalls axial zwischen einem Anschlag (31a) der Werkzeugaufnahme (31) und dem an einem Anschlag (14b) des Führungszylinders (14) anschlagbaren Fangring (15') axial verschiebbar ist.
- Schlag- oder Drehschlaghammer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbuchse (26) werkzeugseitig einen Anschlag (26a) besitzt, der mit Abkantungen (11a) des Werkzeugs (11) zur Rückstellung des Fangelements zusammenwirkt.
