Description
ein Schüttgutbehälter zum Trocknen von Schüttgut in einer Schnittdarstellung.
Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Schüttgut (19) mit wenigstens einem Schüttgutbehälter (10), der in einem geschlossenen Luftkreislauf mit einer Lufttrocknungseinrichtung (11) und einer Heizeinrichtung (15) verbunden ist und wobei die trockene, erwärmte Luft oder trockenes, erwärmtes Gas mittels eines Gebläses durch das Schüttgut bewegt wird, um dem Schüttgut Feuchtigkeit zu entziehen, anschließend die Abluft aus dem Schüttgutbehälter wieder getrocknet und mittels der Heizeinrichtung aufgeheizt und dann erneut dem Schüttgutbehälter zugeführt wird, wobei im oberen Bereich des Schüttgutbehälters ein Anschluß (16) für die Zuführung der trockenen Luft oder Gas vorgesehen ist und dieser Anschluß in ein im wesentlichen mittig im Behälter angeordnetes Rohr (17) mündet, dessen unteres Ende mit einem Luftverteiler (18) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (17) wenigstens innerhalb des Schüttgutbehälters (10) mit einer Wärmeisolation versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Schüttgut nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (17) als Doppelrohr ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Schüttgut nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (17) mit einem innen liegenden flexiblen und temperaturbeständigen Schlauch versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Schüttgut nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (17) am oberen Abschluß des Behälters (10) konzentrisch angeordnet ist oder konzentrisch durch den Behälter geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Schüttgut nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung (15) zum Aufheizen der Trockenluft innerhalb des im Behälter (10) verlaufenden Rohr (17) oder unmittelbar am Eingang des Rohres (17) in den Behälter (10) angeordnet ist.
