Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren für die automatische Herstellung eines textilen Trägermaterials mit Dekoreffekten, wonach:
    - auf einem automatischen Webstuhl ein textiles Trägermaterial mit Schußfäden (1) und Kettfäden (2) gefertigt wird;
    - gleichzeitig mit der Bildung des Trägermaterials mindestens ein Dekoreffekt erzielt wird, der durch parallel zum Basismaterial hergestellte Maschen (4) am textilen Trägermaterial fixiert wird;
    - Bindungsnadeln (5) für die Bildung der Riegelmasche durch die Kettfädenbahn des Basismaterials hochgeführt werden;
    - die Bindungsnadeln (5) für die Bildung der Riegelmasche unter das textile Basismaterial (1) (2) eingezogen werden;
    - das Phantasieschußgarn (6) senkrecht zu den Kettfäden (2) des textilen Basismaterials eingetragen wird;
    - die Bindungsnadeln (5) für die Bildung der Riegelmasche versetzt und hochgeführt werden und gleichzeitig das Riegelmaschengarn (4) mit Hilfe kleiner Einziehhaken (23) in einer kreisbogenförmigen Bewegung, welche die Bahn der Nadeln (5) kreuzt, versetzt wird, was dazu führt, daß die Riegelmasche des Phantasieschußgarns gebildet und gegen die Nadeln (5) gedrückt wird;
    - die Bindungshaken (23) für die Bildung der Riegelmasche am Totpunkt (O) in einer Translationsbewegung senkrecht zur Kette versetzt werden;
    - die Nadeln (5) und die Bindungshaken (23) für die Bildung der Riegelmasche gleichzeitig abgesenkt werden, wodurch die Maschenbildungsgarne (4) mitgeführt werden und dabei eine Maschenschlinge bilden, die das Phantasieschußgarn (6) einschließt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - das(die) Phantasieschußgarn(e) (6) an den Maschen (4) des Kettfadens zurückgehalten wird(werden), um parallel zum Kettfaden verlaufende Teile aus Flottier-Phantasieschußgarn zu bilden, wodurch in Abhängigkeit von einem festgelegten Programm Schlingen aus einem in Amplitude und Länge variablen Phantasieschußgarn entstehen.
  2. Vorrichtung für die Umsetzung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit:
    - Vorkehrungen (16) (22) für den Eintrag des(der) Phantasieschußgarns(garne) (6),
    - Vorkehrungen (24) (25) (26), um eine oder mehrere Träger (23) für die Aufnahme des Riegelmaschengarns (4) einer kreisbogenförmigen Bewegung zu unterziehen, die den Weg der Nadeln (5) kreuzt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - sie Vorkehrungen (8) (10) (11) für die Hin- und Herbewegung der Bindungsnadeln (5) für die Bildung der Riegelmasche besitzt, um die Nadeln einer senkrechten und querverlaufenden Bewegung jeweils über und unter dem Kettfaden und parallel dazu zu unterziehen, wobei ein "quadratischer" Zyklus entsteht.
    - sie Vorkehrungen (35) (36) (37) (38) (39) bzw. eine programmierte elektronische Steuerung zur in einer rechtwinkligen Bewegung erfolgenden Verlagerung von Organen (34) besitzt, die geeignet sind, vorübergehend das(die) Schußgarn(e) des Dekoreffekts (6) zurückzuhalten,
    - sie programmierbare Steuereinrichtungen (22) besitzt, die geeignet sind, auf die Eintragsvorkehrungen des Phantasieschußgarns (6) einzuwirken, um dessen Bewegungen beliebig zu ändern.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eintragsvorrichtungen des(der) Phantasieschußgarns(garne) (6) mindestens eine Garnführung (15) für die Auflage des Schußgarns (6) umfassen, wobei diese Garnführung (15) an einen in der Querbewegung verschiebbaren Übergabewagen (16) gekoppelt ist, dessen Steuerung von einer zentralen Programmierung abhängig ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Übergabewagen fest verbundene(n) Garnführung(en) (15) senkrecht zu den Kettfäden des textilen Basismaterials an Führungsschienen verschiebbar sind, wobei der Wagen (16) mit einem Mitnahmesystem (20) (21) zusammenwirkt, das an einen elektronisch gesteuerten Schrittmotor (22) angekoppelt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorkehrungen für die Steuerung der Bindungsnadeln (5) für die Bildung der Riegelmasche aus einer Pendelstütze (8) besteht, welche die in einer Nadelbarre angebrachten Nadeln (5) aufnimmt, wobei diese Stütze (8) mit Bewegungsantriebs- und Bewegungsumwandlungsorganen (9) (10) (11) (12) (13) (14) zusammenwirkt, um sämtliche Nadeln einer Senkrecht-, Quer- und Hin- und Herbewegung durch das textile Basismaterial hindurch sowie darauf und darunter zu unterziehen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorkehrungen, um den(die) Träger (23) für die Aufnahme des Riegelmaschengarns (4) einer kreisbogenförmigen Bewegung zu unterziehen, aus einem System aus Pleuelstange (25) und Kurbel (26) bestehen, das mit der Steuerung der Stütze zur Aufnahme der Bindungsnadeln für die Bildung der Riegelmasche zusammenwirkt, wobei dieses System über ein Nebenpleuel auf einen Achsbolzen (03) einwirkt, an dem die Haken für die Aufnahme der Riegelmasche angebracht sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorkehrungen zur in einer rechtwinkligen Bewegung erfolgenden Verlagerung von Organen (34), welche geeignet sind, vorübergehend das(die) Schußgarn(e) des Dekoreffekts zurückzuhalten, aus einem verformbaren Parallelogrammsystem (36) (37) (38) (39) oder aus einem System mit elektronischer Steuerung und Programmierung bestehen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die programmierbaren Steuervorkehrungen, die geeignet sind, auf die Eintragsvorkehrungen des Phantasieschußgarns einzuwirken, um dessen Bewegungen beliebig zu ändern, aus einem Schrittmotor (22) bestehen, der elektronisch nach zwei Parametern gesteuert wird, nämlich eine Amplitude des Phantasieschußgarns senkrecht zum Kettfaden gemäß einer Bewegung nach rechts bzw. nach links und eine Bewegungsfrequenz (oder nicht) bei jeder Umdrehung des Webstuhls.
