Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide zur Veredelung von Druckprodukten in einer Veredelungseinheit (1) an einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, wobei die Veredelungseinheit (1) mehrere, durch mindestens an einer Zuführstelle versorgbare Walzen (2, 3) sowie durch diese versorgbare Zylinder (12, 13) umfaßt und die Zufuhr des Fluides zu lackführenden Zylindern (12, 13) über eine Dosierwalze (2) erfolgt, die aus einem Walzenkeil (26) zwischen der Dosierwalze (2) und einer stationären Zuführwalze (3) versorgbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dosierwalze (2) schwenkbar oder über eine schwenkbare Walze (20) oder über die Zuführwalze (3) aus einer Lackwanne (10) versorgbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dosierwalze (2) entlang eines Stellweges (11) zwischen der stationär angeordneten Zuführwalze (3) und einer Quetschwalze (4) verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß oberhalb eines Walzenkeils (26), der zwischen der Dosierwalze (2) und der Quetschwalze (4) gebildet ist, eine zweite Lackzufuhr (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß unterhalb der Zuführwalze (3) kaskadenförmig Auffangbleche (8, 9, 10) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei in eine Anstellposition (2'') an die Quetschwalze (4) geschwenkter Dosierwalze (2) ein indirekter Lackauftrag über einen Plattenzylinder (13) an einen Lacktuchzylinder (12) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der in der Veredelungseinheit (1) stationär gelagerten Dosierwalze (2) und Quetschwalze (4) eine in ihren Rotationsrichtungen umschaltbare Zuführwalze (3) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die schwenkbare Walze (20), die der Dosierwalze (2) zugeordnet ist, gemeinsam mit einer Lackversorgung (21) in erste Positionen (20', 21') und in zweite Positionen (20'', 21'') schwenkbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die schwenkbare Walze (20) und die Lackversorgung (21) während der gemeinsamen Schwenkbewegungen Schwenkwege (22, 23) beschreiben. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die schwenkbare Walze (20) und eine Lackversorgung (21) bezogen auf die Dosierwalze (2) in ersten Positionen (20', 21') und in zweite Positionen (20'', 21'') umsetzbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Verarbeiten viskoser oder hochviskoser Fluide gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Seitenwänden (18) Keilelemente (7) und Lackwannen (10, 25) stationär montiert sind.
