Abstract
Claims (12)
- Procédé de fabrication de porte-gabarits (11) flexible et de dimensions stables, dans lequel un modèle de base (1,7) en matériau de forme stable reçoit, dans sa surface (15) des rainures (2,3) reliées les unes aux autres, dont la largeur libre correspond à la "largeur de maille" souhaitée (a) et la largeur maximale (c), aux largeurs de gradin maximales désirées (b) du porte-gabarits (11), les rainures (2,3) de ce modèle de base (1,7) étant remplies au moins un partie d'un matériau synthétique liquide mais durcissable, à durcir encore pendant son séjour dans les rainures (2,3) et à séparer en suite du modèle de base (1,7), procédé caractérisé par le fait qu'on emploie comme modèle de base un cylindre tournant (7) dans lequel les rainures (2,3) courent respectivement en sens périmétral et le long des génératrices.
- Procédé selon revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins les rainures (2) courant en sens périmétral sont équipées d'une armature (9) constituée de fibres ou de fils sujets aussi peu que possible à l'allongement en sens longitudinal.
- Procédé selon revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'armature (9) est insérée dans les rainures (2,3) alors qu'elles sont remplies de matériau synthétique liquide.
- Procédé selon revendication 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur (d) du porte-gabarits (11) est réglée moyennant variation de la quote-part de constituants solides dans le matériau synthétique liquide.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins les rainures (2,3) courant dans une direction comportent une section s'élargissant conique.
- Procédé selon revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les rainures (2,3) reçoivent une section en V.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les rainures (2,3) reçoivent une section asymétrique.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les rainures (2) courant en sens périmétral peuvent présenter un espacement, une forme et une profondeur différant de ceux des rainures (3) courant le long des génératrices.
- Modèle de base pour la réalisation du procédé selon l'une des revendication ci-dessus, caractérisé par le fait d'être un cylindre (7) possédant une surface latérale métallique présentant des rainures (2,3) en sens périmétal et le long des génératrices.
- Modèle de base selon revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les zones marginales présentent un évidement (10) en forme de gradin au moins sur deux cotês opposés.
- Modèle de base selon revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'une armature (9) est insérée dans les évidements (10).
- Porte-gabarits pour sérigraphie, fabriqué selon le procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 8.
