Abstract

A running gear for drop-frame rail vehicles includes a running-gear frame on which individual wheels are each rotatably mounted through a respective rocker and the rocker is fastened in an articulated manner and supported through primary springs. The connection of the running-gear frame to the carriage body of the drop-frame rail vehicle is provided through two articulated rods which are mounted on a crossmember of the running gear frame and which are fastened to the carriage body. The carriage body is supported on the running-gear frame through secondary springs which are mounted in pockets of the transverse ends of the crossmembers. Transverse stops which are disposed in the crossmember limit the transverse movement of the carriage body in relation to the running gear. Advantageously, the individual wheel and the drive of the individual wheel are mounted in the rocker in such a manner as to be connected to form a structural unit. This structure provides running gears for drop-frame rail vehicles in which the drop-frame nature of the carriage body is completely preserved and only wheel cases are present in the region of the individual wheels of the running gear.

Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Anbindung des Fahrwerkrahmens am Wagenkasten der Niederflurbahn über zwei mit Abstand zueinander an einem Querträger des Fahrwerkrahmens gelenkig gelagerte Anlenkstangen erfolgt, die andererseits ebenfalls gelenkig am Wagenkasten befestigt sind, daß der Wagenkasten über Sekundärfedern auf dem Fahrwerkrahmen abgestützt ist, die in Taschen der Querenden der Querträger gelagert sind und daß im Querträger mit Abstand zueinander angeordnete Queranschläge die Querbewegung des Wagenkastens gegenüber dem Fahrwerk begrenzen. Hierbei ist die in Form eines Winkelhebels ausgebildete Schwinge doppelarmig ausgebildet, wobei ein Ende der Schwinge beidseitig kurze, in Fahrwerklängsrichtung weisende Konsolen an den Querenden des Querträgers des Drehgestellrahmens umgreift und dort gelenkig gelagert ist, das mittlere Ende der Schwinge beidseitig das Einzelrad umgreift und dessen Achse trägt und am dritten Ende der Schwinge deren beide Arme miteinander verbunden sind und gegen die Primärfeder anliegen. Der nicht dargestellte Wagenkasten, der im Bereich des Fahrwerks aus einem kurzen, gelenkig mit Fahrgastmodulen verbundenen Fahrwerkmodul besteht, ist vertikal auf den Sekundärfedern des Fahrwerks abgestützt. An dem Querträger 1 des Rahmens des Fahrwerks sind mit Abstand zueinander gelenkig Anlenkstangen 11 befestigt, die mit ihrem anderen Ende ebenfalls gelenkig am Wagenkasten angelenkt sind. Die Lager 12 der Anlenkstangen 11 sind dabei sphärisch ausgebildet. In Fahrwerkquermitte sind weiter mit Abstand zueinander im Querträger 1 Queranschläge 13 vorgesehen. Diese Queranschläge 13 wirken mit entsprechenden Gegenlagern des Wagenkastens zusammen und begrenzen den Querausschlag des Wagenkastens gegenüber dem Fahrwerk. In dem in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung lagert das Einzelrad 5 drehbar auf der Achse 6 der Schwinge 3. Das Einzelrad 5 ist dabei mit seinem Antrieb 16 zu einer Baueinheit verbunden und drehbar auf der Achse 6 der Schwinge 3 gelagert. Der Antrieb 16 kann dabei erfindungsgemäß aus einem Direktantrieb oder einem Motor mit nachgeschaltetem Getriebe bestehen. An der Schwinge 3 ist weiter das in dem Ausführungsbeispiel als Scheibenbremse ausgebildete Bremsgestänge 17 mit Bremszylinder 18 gelagert. Die Bremse 17, 18 wirkt dabei direkt auf das entsprechend ausgebildete Gehäuse des Antriebs 16. Gemäß einem anderen, nicht dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung kann die Bremse 17, 18 auch als Klotzbremse auf den Mantel des Antriebs 16 oder das Einzelrad 5 wirkend, ausgebildet sein.In the exemplary embodiment of the invention shown in the drawing, the individual wheel 5 is rotatably supported on the axis 6 of the rocker 3. Claims (6)

  1. Running gear for drop-frame rail vehicles, having a running-gear frame, on which individual wheels are rotatably mounted via a respective rocker and the rocker is fastened in an articulated manner and in a manner supported via primary springs, characterised in that the connection of the running-gear frame to the carriage body of the drop-frame rail vehicle is made via two articulated rods 11 which are mounted at a distance from one another in an articulated manner on a crossmember (1) of the running-gear frame and which are fastened at the other end to the carriage body likewise in an articulated manner, in that the carriage body is supported on the running-gear frame via secondary springs (10) which are mounted in pockets (9) of the transverse ends of the crossmember (1), and in that transverse stops (13) arranged at a distance from one another in the crossmember (1) limit the transverse movement of the carriage body in relation to the running gear.
  2. Running gear according to Claim 1, characterised in that the rocker (3) designed in the form of an angle lever is made double-armed, one end of the rocker (3) engages on both sides around short brackets (2), pointing in the longitudinal direction of the running gear, at the transverse ends of the crossmember (1) of the bogie frame and is mounted there in an articulated manner, the middle end of the rocker (3) engages on both sides around the individual wheel (5) and carries the axle (6) of the latter, and at the third end of the rocker (3) its two arms are connected to one another and bear against the primary spring (7).
  3. Running gear according to Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that a bracket (8) is arranged on the crossmember (1) of the running gear for each rocker (3) and forms the abutment for the primary spring (7).
  4. Running gear according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the individual wheel (5) and drive (16) of the individual wheel (5) are mounted in the rocker (3) in a manner connected to form a constructional unit.
  5. Running gear according to Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the brake (17, 18) of the individual wheel (5) is mounted on the rocker (3) and is designed to act as a block brake or disc brake on the housing of the drive (16).
  6. Running gear according to Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the articulated rods (11) are spherically mounted.
