Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for spinning of at least two thermoplastic filament yarns on at least two godet duos, each consisting of two rotatable. Godets, of which at least one godet is driven and whose axes of rotation lie skewed to one another and are arranged such that the axis of rotation of one godet is pivotally arranged within one plane and forms an intersection angle ⁇ with the parallel to the non-pivotable axis of rotation and this plane with another Plane that is determined by the non-pivotable axis of rotation and the center of the pivotable axis of rotation and forms an intersection angle.
  • thermoplastic filament yarns such as polyesters, polyamides and the like
  • generic stretching devices with two or more roller or godet duos are used (DE-A-1 907 782).
  • the axes of rotation of the rolls within the godet duo units are slightly inclined towards each other to produce a certain winding pitch of the thread.
  • the two axes of rotation lie within a common plane. Any necessary change in the winding pitch can be easily made by changing the angle that the two axes of rotation form with one another.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a device for spinning of two or more filament yarns, which ensures the maintenance of a sufficient spatial separation between the individual yarn wraps on the godet duos.
  • intersection angle ⁇ formed between the two planes is 10 ° -60 °.
  • the axes of the godets belonging to a godet duo are arranged so that they can be pivoted relative to one another in such a way that the pivoting plane of a godet axis with the plane of connection of the godet axes, which contains both the center point of this axis and the other godet axis, forms the intersection angle ⁇ .
  • a working width of the godets from 250 mm to 400 mm, in particular from 250 mm to 350 mm, has the advantage that several threads can be treated at the same time and several turns can be placed on the godet duo. Such large working widths can only be meaningfully exploited using the arrangement of the axes of rotation of the godets according to the invention
  • reference numerals 1 to 1 ' represent a first godet of two godet duos.
  • the second godet of the godet duo is labeled 2 to 2 '.
  • a filament yarn 3 is passed over the godet duos 1, 2 and 1 ', 2'.
  • Peg pairs 4-4 'and 5-5' are provided for pivoting suspension of the godets in the drafting system.
  • FIG. 2 the godet duos 1, 2; 1 ', 2' shown in side view, wherein only the godet 1 of the godet duo 1, 2 and the godet 1 'of the godet duo 1', 2 'are visible.
  • a filament yarn group 3 consisting of the filament yarns 3 ', 3'',3''' and 3 '''', is placed on the godet 1 coming from below and leaves the godet 1 'after each winding of the two godet duos five times.
  • B o means the width of the thread sheet when entering gallet 1,
  • B1 the width of the thread sheet when leaving the godet 1 and B2 the width of the thread group when leaving the godet 2.
  • Galette 1 is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 7.
  • Galette 2 is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation 8.
  • the axes of rotation 7 and 8 are skew to each other, i.e. they also have no intersection in their extension.
  • a plane 10 is determined by the axis of rotation 7 and the center 9 of the axis of rotation 8.
  • the parallel 11 to the axis of rotation 7 through the center 9 is the intersection between the plane 10 and a plane 12.
  • the two planes 10 and 12 intersect at an angle ⁇ below. Within the plane 12, the axis of rotation 8 forms an intersection angle ⁇ with the parallel 11.
  • the godets 1 and 1 'and 2 and 2' are pivotably mounted on a pair of pins 4 and 4 'and 5 and 5'.
  • the pairs of pins 4 and 4 'and 5 and 5' are arranged with each other but not parallel to each other. It is thereby achieved that the pivoting planes of the godets 1 and 1 'form an intersection angle with the connecting planes. This could be achieved just as well by vertically displacing the godets belonging to a godet duo. A vertical arrangement of the godets would significantly increase the overall height of the machine and would make it disproportionately difficult to operate.
  • the suspension of the godets shown on pairs of pins is exemplary and only one of the possible technical solutions for realizing the invention.
  • the spatial orientation of the axes of rotation of the godets relative to one another is essential for the invention.

Then the threads of the thread group 3 of the godet 1 'of the godet duo 1', 2 'are fed, which is looped five times in the same way.

  • the axes of the two godets are not skew to one another, but lie within one plane, ie planes 10 and 12 are coplanar, the intersection angle ⁇ is 0.

  • Two rotating godets 300 mm in length and 190 mm in diameter are looped five times over their entire working width as in Example 3 by four filament yarns.
  • the axes of the two godets are skew to each other. Their mutual orientation is varied in such a way that the intersection angle between planes 10 and 12 takes on different values between 10 ° and 80 °.
  • the influence of the cutting angle ⁇ on the width of the thread sheet B0 at the inlet and B1 at the outlet of the godet duo was determined and the degree of separation SW was calculated.
  • Table 1 together with those of Examples 3 and 4. It can be seen from this that the values for the degree of separation SW do not change monotonically with the cutting angle, but run through a maximum. This curve is shown graphically in FIG. 5, curve a.
  • the separation effect SW depends in a non-monotonous manner on the angle ⁇ of the suspension of the godet duo.
  • an angle range of 10 ° ⁇ ⁇ 60 60 ° was found in the investigations, within which the separation effect SW runs through a maximum.
  • the resulting distance between threads with a width of 5 mm after the passage of four godet duos is at least twice as large as known.
  • the higher level of operational safety achieved thereby results in a better guarantee of the quality of the filament yarn produced, and on the other hand it enables or at least facilitates the transition to the simultaneous treatment of two or more threads.
  • the result is a significant increase in the productivity of the spin-stretching process compared to the one-end process.
