Abstract

1415947 Spinning machine AUTOMATIK APPARATE-MASCHINENBAU H HENCH GmbH 4 Sept 1973 [11 Sept 1972] 41416/73 Heading B5B A spinning machine comprises at least one row of spinning units1 and 2 in Fig. 1, comprising one or more rows 3 of spinnerets 4 arranged in conjunction with a blowing channel 8, a spinning channel 10 and treatment, stretch and windup rolls 12 to 18 such that the row of spinnerets 3 lie in a plane transverse to the longitudinal direction of the maching X-X but parallel to the blowing channel and roller axles. Further rows of spinning units may lie alongside the first row, the drive for the spinneret melt pumps being taken across the machine in a transverse direction from the first row to each pump or set of pumps in the second and subsequent rows.
