Claims (26)
- Halteglied (81; 211) für Isolierglasscheiben (54 ; 204), deren äußere Glasscheibe (55; 205) über die innere Glasscheibe (56; 206) übersteht, wobei das Halteglied (81; 211) in Form eines auf und/oder an dem die Isolierglasscheibe (54; 204) aufnehmenden Flügelrahmen (53; 203) auf- und/oder anliegenden zweischenkeligen Winkelstückes ausgebildet ist und zur Abstützung der äußeren Glasscheibe (55; 205) eine deren Rand umfassende vorzugsweise an dem Ende des an dem Flügelrahmen (53; 203) anliegenden Schenkels (81') oder einem Ansatzstück (215) oder an dem auf dem Flügelrahmen (53; 203) aufliegenden Schenkel (81") vorgesehene Aufnahmetasche (82; 212) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem parallel zu den Glasscheiben (55, 56; 205, 206) verlaufenden Schenkel (81'; 214) des Haltegliedes (81; 211) ein Verrastungssteg (91, 91'; 221) angeformt oder mit diesen verbunden ist, der mittels eines vorzugsweise an seinem Ende angebrachten und in Richtung der Glasscheiben (55, 56; 205, 206) abstehenden Ansatzes (93; 223) in einer in den Flügelrahmen (53; 203) eingearbeiteten Nut (60, 60'; 210) derart arretierbar ist, daß die Arretierung ein nachträgliches Ausrichten der Isolierglasscheibe (54) zuläßt. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verrastungssteg (91, 91'; 221) etwa parallel zu dem auf dem Flügelrahmen (53; 203) aufliegenden oder abgestützten Schenkel (81"; 216) des Haltegliedes (81; 211) und mit Abstand zu diesem angeordnet ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verrastungssteg (91; 221) in Richtung der Isolierglasscheibe (54; 204) federnd ausgebildet ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verrastungssteg (91) vorzugsweise in dem dem Ansatz (93) gegenüberliegenden Endbereich mit einer Biegezone (92) versehen ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verrastungssteg (221) im Bereich des Anschlusses an das Halteglied (211) und im Bereich des in die Nut (210) des Flügelrahmens (203) eingreifenden Ansatzes (223) jeweils mit einer Biegezone (222, 222') versehen ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Verrastungssteg (91') mittels eines Gelenkes (92') mit dem Halteglied (81) bzw. dessen parallel zu der Isolierglasscheibe (54) verlaufenden Schenkel (81') gelenkig verbunden oder als in das Halteglied und in die Nut des Flügelrahmens einhängbarer Bügel ausgebildet ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Gelenk (92') zur Verbindung des Verrastungssteges (91) mit dem Halteglied (81) durch eine in diese eingearbeitete im Querschnitt etwa kreisförmige und einseitig offene Ausnehmung (98') sowie durch einen oder mehrere an dem Verrastungssteg (91') angeformte Stege (99) gebildet ist, deren Außenmantelflächen der Innenmantelfläche der Ausnehmung (98) angepaßt sind und in diese eingreifen. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die den Ansatz (93) des Verrastungssteges (91) aufnehmende in den Flügelrahmen (53) eingearbeitete Nut (60) mit einer Hinterschneidung versehen ist und daß der Ansatz (93) unmittelbar und/oder mit Hilfe einer Dichtung (97) in der Nut (60) verspannbar ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ansatz (93') des Verrastungssteges (91) an seinem Ende mit mindestens einem in der in den Flügelrahmen (53) eingearbeiteten Nut (60) verspannbaren Quersteg (96, 96') versehen ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ansatz (93") des Verrastungssteges(91) durch zwei Spreizstege gebildet ist, die in der in den Flügelrahmen (53) eingearbeiteten Nut (60') verspannbar sind. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an dem Ansatz (93) des Verrastungssteges (91) eine mit einem Stockrahmen (2) oder dgl. zusammenwirkende vorzugsweise anextrudierte Dichtung (97) angebracht ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei einem mit einem seitlich abstehenden Ansatzstück (215) versehenen Halteglied (211) das Ansatzstück (215) vorzugsweise im Bereich zwischen der Aufnahemtasche (212) und dem mit Abstand zu dessen äußeren Glasscheibe (204) angeordneten Schenkel (214) auf der Außenseite mit einer Aufnahemnut (217) zur Halterung des Verrastungssteges (221) versehen ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Halterung der Isolierglasscheibe (204) die Aufnahmetasche (212') für die äußere Glasscheibe (205) an dem Verrastungssteg (221") auf der dem Ansatz (223) gegenüberliegenden Seite angeformt ist und daß das Halteglied (211") mit seitlichem Abstand zu der äußeren Glasscheibe (205) mit dem Verrastungssteg (221") fest verbunden ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Halteglied (81'; 211) in zwei diagonal gegenüberliegenden Eckbereichen der Isolierglasscheibe (54; 204) mittels Stützvorrichtungen (101; 231) an dem Flügelrahmen (53; 203) abgestützt ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stützvorrichtungen (101; 231) jeweils aus einem an dem Flügelrahmen (53; 203) ortsfest angebrachten Halter (102; 232) und einem in diesem angeordneten auf das Halteglied (81'; 211) einwirkenden Stützglied (103; 233) bestehen, das in Richtung der Isolierglasscheibe (54 ; 204) verstellbar mit dem Halter (102; 232) verbunden ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Halter (102) der Stützvorrichtung (101) durch eine in eine in den Flügelrahmen (53) eingearbeitete Bohrung (89), beispielsweise mittels angeformter in diesen eingreifender Vorsprünge, drehfest eingesetzten und vorzugsweise mit einem Auflagebund versehenen Hülse gebildet ist, in die ein Innengewinde zur Aufnahme des in Form einer Gewindespindel ausgebildeten Stützgliedes (103), das unmittelbar oder über ein als Wanne ausgebildetes Zwischenglied (104) auf den Rand der Isolierglasscheibe (54) einwirkt, eingearbeitet ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Halter (232) der Stützvorrichtung (231) durch ein Winkelstück gebildet ist, dessen einer Schenkel an dem Flügelrahmen (203) befestigbar und in dessen anderen Schenkel ein Gewinde zur verstellbaren Halterung des Stützgliedes (233) eingearbeitet ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der vertikal verlaufende Schenkel (81') des Haltegliedes (81) bzw. das Halteglied (211) bzw. dessen parallel zu den Glasscheiben (55, 56) verlaufender Schenkel (81') an ihrem Ende oder das Ansatzstück (215) oder der Verrastungssteg (221") unterhalb der Aufnahmetasche (212') jeweils mit einer oder mehreren durch Stege gebildete Ablaufkanten (94; 220; 228)versehen sind. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,

daß das Halteglied (81) sowie der an diesem angeformte Verrastungssteg (91) mit Ansatz (93) einstückig aus einem witterungsbeständigen Kunststoff hergestellt sind. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in das Halteglied (81) auf der an dem Flügelrahmen (53) anliegenden Seiten bzw. in den an oder auf dem Flügelrahmen (53) anliegenden Schenkeln (81', 81") des Haltegliedes (81) auf der dem Flügelrahmen (53) zugekehrten Seiten eine oder mehrere sich in Längsrichtung des Haltegliedes (81) erstreckende Ausnehmungen (88) eingearbeitet sind. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der parallel zu den Glasscheiben (205, 206) verlaufende Schenkel (214) des Haltegliedes (211) mit seitlichem Abstand (a) zu der äußeren Glasscheibe (205) angeordnet ist und daß der Raum zwischen der äußeren Glasscheibe (205) und dem Schenkel (214) mit Silicon oder einem ähnlichen Klebewerkstoff (208) ausgefüllt ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahmetasche (212) des Haltegliedes (211) für die äußere Glasscheibe (205) an einem von dem parallel zu dieser mit seitlichem Abstand (a) verlaufenden Schenkel (214) abstehenden Ansatzstück (215) vorgesehen ist. - Halteglied nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur gelenkigen Verbindung der beiden Schenkel des Haltegliedes in dessen Eckbereich, vorzugsweise auf der Außenseite, eine Freisparung in dieses eingearbeitet ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Freisparung in den auf dem Flügelrahmen aufliegenden Schenkel des Haltegliedes eingearbeitet und in Form eines auf der der äußeren Glasscheibe zugekehrten Seite offenen Rechteckes ausgebildet ist. - Halteglied nach Anspruch 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Tiefe der Freisparung etwa der Materialstärke des auf dem Flügelrahmen aufliegenden Schenkels des Haltegliedes entspricht.
