Claims (2)
- Procédé pour sectionner les mèches de bobines de mèche (6) produites sur des bancs à broches (1), qui conduit à des bobines de mèche, dans lesquelles les extrémités libres des mèches reposent au moins partiellement sur les cônes de bobinage (16) et dans lequel le banc à broches (1) est immobilisé dans une position ou ralentit dans une position, dans laquelle les doigts presseurs (5) s'appuient contre les zones cylindriques (18) des bobines de mèche (6); puis le banc de bobines (8) est abaissé jusqu'à une zone dans laquelle les doigts presseurs (5) se trouvent au-dessus des zones cylindriques (18) des bobines de mèche, les bobines de mèche (6) étant simultanément tournées en arrière d'un angle de rotation qui suffit pour dérouler la longueur de mèche nécessaire lors du mouvement d'abaissement (22) du banc de bobines (8); ensuite, les bobines de mèche (6) sont tournées vers l'avant d'au moins un demi-tour; en mettant en marche le banc d'étirage (13), une quantité prédéterminée de matière de mèche est accumulée et à la suite de quoi le banc de bobines (8) est levé et ainsi les mèches (15) sont sectionnées à hauteur de la zone cylindrique (18) des bobines de mèche (6).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le banc de bobines (8) est abaissé après le sectionnement des mèches (15) dans la position d'enlèvement et ainsi les bobines de mèche (6) sont tournées vers l'avant d'un angle de rotation d'au moins 5°.
