Die Lösung dieser Aufgabenstellung durch die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützbock zur wahlweisen Aufnahme des Königszapfens eines normalen oder eines übergroßen Sattelanhängers zwischen zwei Endstellungen in der Höhe verstellbar ist und daß an den Außenlangträgern des Untergestells zwei Auflageelemente. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Weiterbildung des bekannten Eisenbahngüterwagens wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, neben normalen Sattelanhängern mit einer Breite bis zu 2,50 m auch übergroße Sattelanhänger mit einer Breite bis zu 2,60 m innerhalb des vorgegebenen Lademaßprofils zu transportieren. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Stützbock zwischen zwei Endstellungen in der Höhe verstellbar. Zum Transport eines normalen Sattelanhängers wird der Stützbock in die obere Stellung gebracht. Der in dieser Stellung am vorderen Ende am Eisenbahngüterwagen festgelegte Sattelanhänger steht hierbei mit seinen Rädern auf der gegenüber den Außenlangträgern des Güterwagen-Untergestells tieferliegenden Tasche auf. Soll dagegen ein übergroßer Sattelanhänger mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Eisenbahngüterwagen transportiert werden, wird der Stützbock in seine untere Stellung abgesenkt. Hierdurch erfolgt eine Absenkung des vorderen Endes des übergroßen Sattelanhängers, der auch am hinteren Ende dadurch abgesenkt wird, daß seine mit einem Achslift ausgestattete Achsaufhängung entlastet wird. Gleichzeitig wird das hintere Ende des übergroßen Sattelanhängers durch die an den Außenlangträgern des Untergestells des Eisenbahngüterwagens angeordneten Auflagelemente, die am hinteren Ende des übergroßen Sattelanhängers angreifen, am Eisenbahngüterwagen definiert festgelegt. Hierdurch wird nicht nur erreicht, daß die Räder des übergroßen Sattelanhängers somit maximal mit dem Eigengewicht der Achsen auf dem Boden der am Eisenbahngüterwagen ausgebildeten Tasche aufliegen, sondern auch eine exakte mittige Ausrichtung des hinteren Endes des übergroßen Sattelanhängers auf dem Eisenbahngüterwagen erzielt, so daß die bisher zu berücksichtigenden seitlichen Toleranzen bezüglich des hinteren Endes normaler, nicht am Güterwagen-Untergestell fixierter Sattelanhänger entfallen.The further development of the known railway freight wagon according to the invention creates the possibility of transporting, in addition to normal semitrailers with a width of up to 2.50 m, also oversized semitrailers with a width of up to 2.60 m within the specified loading dimension profile. In der Nähe des einen Ende des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 ist zwischen den Außenlangträgern 3 eine tieferliegende Tasche 7 zur Aufnahme der Räder 8 von Sattelanhängern 2a bzw. 2b ausgebildet. Das Fahrgestell dieser Sattelanhänger 2a und 2b umfaßt Langträger 9a bzw. 9b, an denen die auf der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Achsaufhängungen für die Räder 8 angeordnet sind. Im vorderen Bereich der Sattelanhänger 2a und 2b ist mittig zwischen den Langträgern 9a bzw. 9b ein Königszapfen 10 angeordnet. Mit diesem Königszapfen 10 liegt der Sattelanhänger 2a bzw. 2b auf einer Tragplatte eines Zugfahrzeugs auf, wenn der Sattelanhänger 2a bzw. 2b auf der Straße verfahren wird. Beim Transport der Sattelanhänger 2a bzw. 2b auf dem Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 wird der Königszapfen 10 von einem Stützbock 11 aufgenommen, der in Längsrichtung des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 auf mittleren Langträgern 12 verfahrbar ist, wie insbesondere aus den Fig. 3 und 7 hervorgeht.In the vicinity of one end of the
Wenn gemäß Fig. 1 ein normaler Sattelanhänger 2a auf dem Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 transportiert werden soll, wird dieser Sattelanhänger 2a mittels eines Kranes derart auf den Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 aufgesetzt, daß sich seine hinteren Räder 8 innerhalb der Tasche 7 des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 befinden. Um hierbei die erforderliche Ausrichtung der Räder 8 in Längsrichtung des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 zu erzielen, sind in der Tasche 7 Radvorleger 13 angeordnet, die entsprechende Mulden zur Aufnahme der Räder 8 bilden. Zur Festlegung des vorderen Endes des Sattelanhängers 2a wird der Stützbock 11 entlang der mittleren Langträger 12 in die erforderliche Position gebracht. Er befindet sich in seiner oberen Endstellung und nimmt den Königszapfen 10 des Sattelanhängers 2a auf. Auf die voranstehend beschriebene Weise ist ein Transport von Sattelanhängern 2a bis maximal 4,00 m Höhe und 2,50 m Breite möglich.1, a
Wenn mit dem Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 übergroße Sattelanhänger 2b mit einer Höhe von 4,00 m und einer Breite bis zu 2,60 m transportiert werden sollen, wird der wiederum in die erforderliche Stellung auf den mittleren Langträgern 12 verschobene Stützbock 11 in seine untere Stellung abgesenkt. Der übergroße Sattelanhänger 2b wird anschließend wiederum mittels eines Kranes auf den Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 abgestellt, wobei die mit einem Achslift ausgestattete Achsaufhängung des Sattelanhängers 2b entlastet wird. Hierdurch gelangen seine Räder 8 zwar ebenfalls in die durch die Radvorleger 7 vorgegebene, den Sattelanhänger 2b in Längsrichtung des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 ausrichtende Stellung, jedoch liegen bei übergroßen Sattelanhängern 2b dessen Langträger 9b auf Auflageelementen 14a,14b auf, die an den Außenlangträgern 3 des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 angeordnet sind und am hinteren Ende der Langträger 9b des Sattelanhängers 2b angreifen.If
Beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 bis 5 werden diese Auflageelemente durch Riegelzapfen 14a gebildet, welche das hintere Ende des übergroßen Sattelanhängers 2b mittig am Untergestell des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 festlegen, so daß die bisher zu berücksichtigenden Toleranzen von 50 mm nach beiden Seiten auf nunmehr 10 mm verringert werden. Außerdem fällt die bisher zu berücksichtigende Möglichkeit einer Seitenneigung des auf dem Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 aufstehenden Sattelanhängers gegenüber dem Untergestell des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 weg, so daß der übergroße Sattelanhänger 2b trotz seiner um 10 cm größeren Breite zuverlässig innerhalb des vorgegebenen Lademaßprofils bleibt. Die Riegelzapfen 14a greifen in am hinteren Ende des Sattelanhängers 2b angeordnete Beschläge ein. Hierbei handelt es sich beispielsweise um Corner-Castings im hinteren Bereich der Langträger 9b des Sattelanhängers 2b. Die Riegelzapfen 14a können Twist-Lock-Zapfen sein. Diese Riegelzapfen 14a können aus der in den Fig. 2 bis 4 dargestellten Arbeitsposition herausbewegt werden, so daß gemäß Fig. 1 auch normale Sattelanhänger 2a auf dem Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 transportiert werden können.In the first embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 5, these support elements are formed by locking
Beim zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 6 bis 8 werden als Auflageelemente Stützplatten 14b verwendet, auf denen das hintere Ende des Sattelanhängers 2b mittels Blechprofilen 16 aufliegt, die an den Langträgern 9b des Sattelanhängers 2b angeordnet sind. Diese Blechprofile 16 sind jeweils mit einer nach unten weisenden Einführschräge 16a versehen, wie dies aus Fig. 8 hervorgeht. Obwohl in diesem Fall keinerlei Aushebsicherung für das hintere Ende des Sattelanhängers 2b vorgesehen ist, reicht im Normalfall das Gewicht des Sattelanhängers 2b aus, diesen auch bezüglich seines hinteren Endes zentriert auf den Außenlangträgern 3a des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 festzuhalten. Sollte im Fall von Auflaufstößen der Sattelanhänger 2b mit seinen am hinteren Ende angeordneten Blechprofilen 16 von den korrespondierenden Stützplatten 14b abheben, wird durch die beschriebene Konstruktion sichergestellt, daß der Sattelanhänger 2b anschließend wieder ordnungsgemäß in seine mittige Lage auf dem Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 zurückfällt.In the second embodiment according to FIGS. 6 to 8,
Die übergroßen Sattelanhänger 2b sind - wie bereits voranstehend erwähnt - mit in der Höhe verstellbaren Achsaggregaten ausgestattet. Um auf den voranstehend beschriebenen Eisenbahngüterwagen 1 außer normalen Sattelanhängern 2a und übergroßen Sattelanhängern 2b auch Container und Wechselaufbauten transportieren zu können, kann der Stützbock 11 gemäß Fig. 5 und 7 in eine unterhalb der durch die Oberseite der Außenlangträger 3 vorgegebene Ladefläche liegende Ruhestellung überführt werden, die gestrichelt in Fig. 5 eingezeichnet ist. Damit steht die gesamte Ladefläche des Eisenbahngüterwagens 1 zur Beladung mit Containern oder Wechselbehältern zur Verfügung. Claims (11)
- Railway goods wagon (1) for transporting craneable road vehicle semitrailers (2a) and/or containers and also interchangeable containers, having at least one pocket (7) lying at a lower level than the outer longitudinal members (3) of the goods wagon undercarriage for the reception of the wheels (8) of a semitrailer (2a) and at least one support rest (11) adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the wagon for the reception of the king pin (10) of a semitrailer (2a, 2b), characterized in that the support rest (11) is adjustable in height between two end positions for the selective reception of the king pin (10) of a normal or an oversize semitrailer (2a, 2b), and in that two support elements (14a, 14b) to support and at least laterally fasten the rear end of an oversize semitrailer (2b) in a loading position are arranged on the outer longitudinal members (3) of the undercarriage, so that in the loading position the axle suspension, which is equipped with an axle lift, of the oversize semitrailer (2b) can be relieved of load.
- Railway goods wagon according to Claim 1, characterized in that the support elements are in the form of locking pins (14a), which can be changed between a position of rest and a working position, for engagement in fittings provided at the rear end of the oversize semitrailer (2b).
- Railway goods wagon according to Claim 1, characterized in that the support elements are in the form of support plates (14b).
- Railway goods wagon according to Claim 3, characterized in that the support rest (11) can be changed to a position of rest situated beneath the loading surface formed by the upper face of the outer longitudinal members (3).
- Railway goods wagon according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that in a manner known per se additional locking pins (15) are arranged on the outer longitudinal members (3) in order to fasten containers and/or interchangeable containers.
- Transport system consisting of railway goods wagons (1) and craneable road vehicle semitrailers (2a) and/or containers and also interchangeable containers which can be laid thereon, wherein- each railway goods wagon (1) has at least one pocket (7) lying at a lower level than the outer longitudinal members (3) of the goods wagon undercarriage for the reception of the wheels (8) of a semitrailer (2a), and- at least one support rest (11) adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the wagon for the reception of the king pin (10) of a semitrailer (2a), characterized in thata) on the railway goods wagon (1)- the support rest (11) is adjustable in height between two end positions for the selective reception of the king pin (10) of a normal or an oversize semitrailer (2a, 2b), the lower end position being provided for oversize semitrailers (2b),- two support elements (14a, 14b) are arranged on the outer longitudinal members (3) of the undercarriage,b) at least the oversize semitrailers (2b) have, at their rear end, coacting elements which, in a loading position of the semitrailer (2b) - in which the king pin (10) of the latter is received by the support rest (11) of the railway goods wagon - can be laid and at least laterally fastened on the support elements (14a, 14b) in order to relieve of load the axle suspension, which is equipped with an axle lift, of the semitrailer (2b).
- Transport system according to Claim 6, characterized in that the support elements of the railway goods wagon (1) are in the form of locking pins (14a) which can be changed between a position of rest and a working position, and the coacting elements on the semitrailer (2b) are in the form of fittings into which, in the loading position, the locking pins (14a) in the working position engage.
- Transport system according to Claim 6, characterized in that the support elements of the railway goods wagon (1) are in the form of support plates (14b) and the coacting elements on the semitrailer (2b) are in the form of sheet-metal sections (16) which can be laid on the support plates (14b).
- Transport system according to Claim 8, characterized in that the sheet-metal sections (16) have a downwardly pointing insertion bevel (16a) in order to hold the semitrailer centrally centred on the outer longitudinal members (3a) of the railway goods wagon (1).
- Transport system according to one of Claims 6 to 9, characterized in that the support rest (11) on the railway goods wagon (1) can be changed to a position of rest situated beneath the loading surface formed by the upper face of the outer longitudinal members (3).
- Transport system according to one of Claims 6 to 10, characterized in that in a manner known per se additional locking pins (15) are arranged on the upper face of the outer longitudinal members (3) in order to fasten containers and/or interchangeable containers.
