Claims (14)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Zerstäuben eines flüssigen Erzeugnisses in feine Tröpfchen, insbesondere zum Zerstäuben eines Haarbehandlungsmittels, mit einem Behälter, der im oberen Bereich einen Abgabekopf, der durch Niederdrücken betätigbar und um eine Achse parallel zur Eindrückrichtung drehbar ist, und eine Kappe aufweist, die den Abgabekopf und den Behälter bedeckt, wobei die Kappe ein hebelartiges Betätigungsmittel umfaßt, das im Vorderteil der Kappe angelenkt ist, ferner ein Auflagemittel aufweist zur Einwirkung auf den Abgabekopf, wenn ein Benutzer Druck auf den hinteren Bereich des Hebels ausübt, wobei der Abgabekopf, bezogen auf die Behälterachse, nach vorne verschoben ist und, in einer zur Eindrückrichtung des Kopfes im Wesentlichen senkrechten Richtung, einen Ausgang für das Erzeugnis in die Atmosphäre umfaßt, wobei die Kappe in ihrer Seitenwand eine Öffnung zum Durchlaß des zerstäubten Produktes aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    zwischen der Kappe (12) und dem Behälter (2) Orientierungsmittel vorgesehen sind, um den Zusammenbau der Kappe (12) und des Behälters (2) in einem bestimmten Winkel zu bewirken, so daß sich die Öffnung (26) in Verlängerung des Ausgangs (8) des Abgabekopfes (4) befindet und die Auflagemittel (P) auf den Kopf einwirken können, wenn die verschiedenen Bauteile in der richtigen Winkellage zusammengesetzt wurden, wobei der Abgabekopf (4) Winkelpositioniermittel umfaßt, die mit den Auflagemitteln (P) des Hebels (14) zusammenwirken können, wobei die Auflagemittel (P) so angeordnet sind, daß eine bestimmte Winkellage zwischen dem Abgabekopf (4) und der Kappe (12) festgelegt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Orientierungsmittel zwischen der Kappe (12) und dem Behälter (2) von der Form des Querschnitts des Behälters (2) gebildet werden, der bezüglich der Längsachse (A) des Behälters asymmetrisch ist, so daß die Kappe (12) nur in einer einzigen Winkellage auf dem Behälter angebracht werden kann.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelpositioniermittel des Abgabekopfes (4) seitlich am Kopf eine auf der Oberseite des Kopfes vorgesehene Stufe (9) und neben dem Betätigungsmittel ein Auflagemittel (P) umfassen, das aus mehreren Bauteilen (24,25) besteht, die so unterschiedlich weit unter dieses Betätigungsmittel hinabragen, daß sie nur in einer bestimmten Winkelstellung zwischen dem Kopf (4) und der Kappe (12) richtig mit dem Kopf (4) zusammenwirken können.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stufe (9) von einer Wand begrenzt ist, die zur Eindrückrichtung des Kopfes (4) und zur, zur Eindrückrichtung des Kopfes (4) im wesentlichen senkrechten Achse der Austrittsöffnung (8) des Kopfes (4), parallel ist, wobei die Stufe (9) bezüglich der Achse (B) des Kopfes verschoben ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unter dem Betätigungsmittel vorgesehenen Auflagemittel zwei unterschiedlich hohe Flügel (24,25) umfassen, wobei der niedrigste Flügel (24) auf dem Abgabekopf aufliegt, während der höchste Flügel (25) an der Wand der Stufe (9) anliegt, damit dem Abgabekopf (4) die geeignete Winkellage aufgezwungen wird.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Zerstäuben eines flüssigen Erzeugnisses in feine Tröpfchen, insbesondere zum Zerstäuben eines Haarbehandlungsmittels, mit einem Behälter, der im oberen Bereich einen Abgabekopf, der durch Niederdrücken betätigbar und um eine Achse parallel zur Eindrückrichtung drehbar ist, und eine Kappe aufweist, die den Abgabekopf und den Behälter bedeckt, wobei die Kappe ein hebelartiges Betätigungsmittel umfaßt, das im Vorderteil der Kappe angelenkt ist, ferner ein Auflagemittel aufweist zur Einwirkung auf den Abgabekopf, wenn ein Benutzer Druck auf den hinteren Bereich des Hebels ausübt, wobei der Abgabekopf, bezogen auf die Behälterachse, nach vorne verschoben ist und einen Ausgang für das Erzeugnis in die Atmosphäre umfaßt, wobei die Kappe eine Öffnung zum Durchlaß des zerstäubten Produktes aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Abgabekopf ein zum Kopf (104) coaxiales und zur Eindrückrichtung des Kopfes paralleles Austrittsrohr (28) aufweist, während die Öffnung (126) der Kappe in dem, den Hebel bildenden Betätigungsmittel (114) ausgespart ist und von dem nach außen ragenden Austrittsrohr (128) durchquert wird,
    und dadurch, daß
    Orientierungsmittel zwischen der Kappe (112) und dem Behälter (102) vorgesehen sind, um einen Zusammenbau von Kappe (112) und Behälter (102) in einer bestimmten Winkellage zu erzwingen, so daß die Öffnung (126) in Verlängerung des Ausgangs (108) des Abgabekopfes (104) angeordnet ist und Auflagemittel (P) auf den Kopf einwirken können, wenn die verschiedenen Bauteile in der richtigen Winkellage zusammengesetzt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die Orientierungsmittel zwischen der Kappe (112) und dem Behälter (102) von der Form des Querschnitts des Behälters (102) gebildet werden, der bezüglich der Längsachse (A) des Behälters asymmetrisch ist, so daß die Kappe (112) nur in einer einzigen Winkellage auf dem Behälter angebracht werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (28) an seinem Sitz einen Kragen (29) aufweist, der das Rohr umgibt und gegen den das Betätigungsmittel (114) mit Hilfe von Flügeln (124,125) in Anlage kommt.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (29) Führungsmittel (30,31), insbesondere Nuten, umfaßt, die mit den Flügeln (124,125) des BetätigungsmittelS (114) zum Festhalten des Kragens und des Austrittsrohrs in einer Winkellage zusammenwirken können.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (29a) im wesentlichen kreisförmig und seine Oberseite glatt ist, wobei der Kragen (29a) so angeordnet ist, daß er mit den Flügeln (124,125) des Betätigungsmittels unabhängig von der Winkellage des Austrittsrohrs und des Abgabekopfes um seine Achse zusammenwirkt.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (12,112) ein Einhakmittel (C) im hinteren Bereich (16,116) des Hebels (14,114) umfaßt, um den Hebel in der Ruhelage zu blockieren und eine Betätigung des Abgabekopfes (4,104) zu verhindern, wobei das Ausklinken des Hebels (14,114) aus dem Einhakmittel (C) durch eine leichte Verformung der Rückwand (16,116) des Hebels (14,114) erreicht werden kann.
  12. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einhakmittel (C) aus einem auf der Innenwand der Kappe (12,112) vorgesehenen Schnabel (27,127) besteht.
  13. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (14,114) die Form eines geradlinigen, von zwei nach hinten leicht zusammenlaufenden Wänden (18,19; 118,119) umfaßten Dieders aufweist, wobei die Oberseite des Dieders mit einem Filmscharnier (23,123) vorne angelenkt ist, während die andere, rückwärtige Seite, die im wesentlichen senkrecht ist, wenn der Behälter (2,102) senkrecht steht, mit ihrer Unterkante in das Einklinkmittel (C) der Kappe (12,112) einklinkt.
  14. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (12,112) einen bogenförmigen Ausschnitt umfaßt, der den größten Teil des Druckhebels (14,114), der auf Höhe dieses bogenförmigen Ausschnitts den Umriß der Kappe (12,112) im wesentlichen vervollständigt, freiläßt.
