Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Verschluß für ein zweiflügeliges Fenster ohne Mittelpfosten, mit einem wenigstens drehbaren Hauptflügel und einem öffnenbaren Nebenflügel, wobei der Nebenflügel an der Innenseite vom Hauptflügel übergriffen und mindestens durch das Übergreifen oder durch einen an ihm befestigten sogenannten Falzhebelverschluß oder dgl. in der Schließlage gehalten ist, und wobei der Hauptflügel in der Schließlage mittels eines Falzgetriebes mit einem festen Rahmen und/oder dem Nebenflügel verriegelbar ist, wobei das Falzgetriebe ein mit einer Mehrkantaufnahme für einen Mehrkantdorn eines drehbaren Bedienungsgriffs versehenes, mit einer mindestens ein Verriegelungsglied tragenden Treibstange antriebsverbundenes, in einem Getriebegehäuse gelagertes Ritzel aufweist. Zweiflügelige Fenster ohne Mittelpfosten haben den Vorteil, daß bei geöffneten Flügeln die Durchtrittsöffnung des festen Rahmens ungehindert in vollem Umfange frei ist. Der Hauptflügel, der vielfach auch als Lüftungsflügel bezeichnet wird, ist der normalerweise betätigte Flügel, d.h. zum Lüften oder zum kurzen Herausschauen aus dem Fenster wird üblicherweise nur er geöffnet. Wenn man jedoch die gesamte Öffnung des festen Rahmens freigeben will, so öffnet man auch den Nebenflügel, der auch als Reinigungsflügel bezeichnet wird. Der Ausfräsung 14 gegenüberliegend ist in Figur 1 mit gestrichelten Linien eine Ausnehmung 23 eingezeichnet, in welche ggf. ein Falzhebelgetriebe eingebaut werden kann, wenn eine separate Verriegelung des Nebenflügels gegenüber dem festen Rahmen gewünscht wird. Außerdem umfaßt das Zwischengetriebe 27 noch ein zweites Zahnrad 30 mit einer Vierkantaufnahme 31 sowie zwei Umkehr-Zwischenritzel 32 und 33. Die beiden Zahnräder 28 und 30 sind gemäß Figur 2 quermittig angeordnet und die vier geometrischen Achsen der Zahnräder 28, 30 sowie der Zwischenritzel 32, 33 markieren die Ecken eines Vierecks. In Figur 2 befinden sich oberhalb der Zwischenritzel zwei Gewindebohrungen 34 und 35 und unterhalb desselben zwei Durchgangsbohrungen 36 und 37. Der Seitenabstand der Gewindebohrungen 34 und 35 entspricht demjenigen der Durchgangsbohrungen 38 und 39 der Rosette 25, so daß beide über Schrauben 40 und 41 miteinander verbunden werden können. Dementsprechend ist der Seitenabstand der Durchgangsbohrungen 36 und 37 des Zwischengetriebes 27 demjenigen der Gewindebohrungen 20 und 21 des Falzgetriebes 15, so daß auch insoweit eine Verbindung über Schrauben 42 und 43 möglich ist. A lock according to at least one of the preceding claims characterised in that the two gears (28, 30) and the intermediate direction-reversing pinion or pinions (32, 33) are mounted in a gear device housing (46) which is divided into two transversely to the geometrical axes of rotation thereof.
  5. A lock according to claim 4 comprising a sheathing bar portion (19) which covers the drive bar (18) of the rabbet gear device (15) characterised in that the first gear device housing portion (47) of the intermediate gear device (27), which is on the rabbet gear device side, bears with a projection (49) or the like centeringly against the sheathing bar portion.
  6. A lock according to claim 5 characterised in that the sheathing bar portion (19) has an outwardly disposed portion (22) in the region of the rabbet gear device and the projection (49) or the like engages centeringly in the outwardly disposed portion (22).
