Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif destiné à séparer ou fendre un élément à couper rigide (10), en particulier du bois, présentant un module d'élasticité environ compris entre 50000 et 400000 kg/cm², pourvu d'un outil étroit présentant des éléments d'enlèvement de copeaux, en particulier une lame de scie circulaire (15), qui réalise une fente de largeur finie dans l'élément à couper (10), avec une vitesse de coupe supérieure à 40 m/s environ, l'outil (15) et l'élément à couper (10) étant déplacés suivant une direction d'avancement (30) l'un par rapport à l'autre, et présentant un élément de séparation (20) qui est disposé dans la direction d'avancement (30) de l'élément à couper (10) directement derrière les éléments d'enlèvement de copeaux, et qui, grâce à la fente, écarte par soulèvement hors du plan de fente (11), un profilé (12) séparé du reste de l'élément à couper (13), caractérisé par
    - un dispositif de déviation (27', 28'), qui est disposé dans la direction d'avancement (30) de l'élément à couper (10) à une première distance (L1) de l'élément de séparation (20), et qui exerce une force (F1) sur la surface (44) de la pièce profilée séparée (12), éloignée du plan de fente (11), et par
    - un dispositif d'appui (40 à 42, 42') qui est disposé à une seconde distance (L2) de l'élément de séparation (20), inférieure à la première distance (L1), et qui exerce une force (F2) sur la surface (45) de la pièce profilée séparée (12), en regard du plan de fente (11).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui (40 à 42) vient en contact avec la pièce profilée séparée (12) en subissant des frictions de roulement.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les couples de forces exercées par le dispositif d'appui (40 à 42) d'une part, et par le dispositif de déviation (27, 28) d'autre part, sur la pièce profilée séparée (12), par rapport à l'élément de séparation (20), s'annulent sensiblement.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'appui (40 à 42) comprend un train de rouleaux (40), qui, dans la direction d'avancement (30) de l'élément à couper (10), est disposé directement derrière l'élément de séparation (20) et qui guide la pièce profilée séparée (12) perpendiculairement par rapport à la direction d'avancement (30), suivant une trajectoire qui correspond à la trajectoire naturelle suivie par la pièce profilée séparée (12), depuis l'élément de séparation (20), en l'absence du dispositif de déviation (27, 28) et du dispositif d'appui (40, 42).
