Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anlegen von platten- oder bogenartigen Werkstücken (F), für eine Einführstation einer Verarbeitungsmaschine, zum Beispiel zum Stanzen, Fassonieren, Prägen, Drucken und so weiter, zur Herstellung von Verpackungen, die :
    - einen Anlegetisch (M) mit einem horizontalen Durchgang, entlang welchem die Bogen (F) nacheinander durchfahren können und dessen Länge sich in der Durchlaufrichtung über eine Distanz erstreckt, die wenigstens gleich gross ist wie diejenige des maximalen Verarbeitungsformats;
    - wenigstens zwei Rollenpaare (P1 - P3) mit unterer Rolle (1) und oberer Rolle (2) zum seitlichen Anlegen, von welchen die eine (1) unterhalb des Durchgangs angeordnet ist und auf welcher der Bogen (F) eine Abstützung findet, und von welchen die andere (2) oberhalb des Durchgangs eine Ruhestellung, in welcher sie nicht mit dem Bogen in Berührung steht, und eine zweite Arbeitsstellung, in welcher sie den Bogen in Richtung untere Rolle (1) drückt, einnehmen kann, wobei die Drehachse der Rollenpaare (P1 bis P3) mit den Rollen (1, 2) so ausgerichtet sind, dass sie, wenn die untere Rolle (1) gedreht wird, den Bogen (F) in einer sozusagen lotrechten Richtung zu derjenigen des Durchlaufs bewegen, damit ein seitlicher Rand des Bogens (F) gegen ein seitliches Anlegelineal (100) auf dem Anlegetisch (M) anschlägt, während die Rollenpaare (P1 - P3) mit den Rollen (1, 2) auf die ganze Länge des Anlegetisches (M) verteilt sind und die oberen Rollen (2) mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit gedreht werden, die gleich ist wie diejenige der unteren Rollen (1), mit den Zweck, den Bogen (F) in der Durchlaufrichtung zu bewegen, umfasst
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    - der Antrieb der unteren Rollen (1) so erfolgt, dass die Richtung ihrer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit sozusagen parallel zu derjenigen des Durchlaufs des Bogens (F) für einen kontinuierlichen Transport während des seitlichen Anlegevorgangs liegt;
    - die besagte Ausrichtung der einzelnen oberen Rollen (2) von einer zur anderen Rolle unabhängig ist und so sein kann, dass ihre Umfangsgeschwindigkeit in einer ersten Stellung leicht schräg verläuft, das heisst, einen Winkel von ungefär 5° bis 10° in bezug auf die Durchlaufrichtung bildet, und die besagte Geschwindigkeit in einer zweiten Stellung sozusagen parallel zu derjenigen des Durchlaufs erfolgt.
    - elastische Mittel (V2) vorgesehen sind, um alle oberen Rollen (2) gegen die Kraft, die vom durchlaufenden Bogen (F) entgegengesetzt wird, von der besagten Ausrichtung parallel zur Durchlauf auf die besagte Schrägausrichtung einzeln zurückzuführen, und;
    - Antriebsmittel (V3) um alle oberen Rollen (2) entweder von der besagten zweiten Arbeitsstellung in die besagte erste Ruhestellung, wenn der Vorderrand des Bogens (F) in die Nähe des entsprechenden Rollenpaars (P1 - P3) gelangt, oder von der besagten ersten Ruhestellung in die besagte zweite Arbeitsstellung zu bringen, sobald der besagte Vorderrand in das Rollenpaar eingelaufen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Rollenpaare (P1 - P3) mit den Rollen (1, 2) in zwei Gruppen unterteilt sind, deren eine auf der Bedienungsseite und die andere auf der Gegenbedienungsseite angeordnet sind, wobei die unteren Rollen (1) einer Gruppe auf einer seitlichen Stange (10) angeordnet sind, die auf einer horizontalen Achse so drehbar ist, dass die unteren Rollen (1) eine erste Stellung, in welcher sie als Trag- und Transportmittel für den Bogen (F) dienen, und eine zweite Stellung, in welcher ein beschädigter Bogen (F) aus dem Auslegetisch (M) herausfallen kann, einnehmen können.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Gruppe der Rollenpaare (P1 - P3) mit den Rollen (1, 2) auf einen Halter (10, 200) montiert sind, der quer verschiebbar ist, damit die Breite des Anlegetisches (M) an die Formatbreite des Bogens (F) angepasst werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorerwähnten Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Anlegetisch (M) verlassende Bogen (F) gleichzeitig mit einer Geschwindigkeit (v1), das heisst, unter Einwirkung wenigstens eines Rollenpaars (P1 - P3) des Anlegetisches (M) in die Vorrichtung zum frontalen Anlegen einläuft, und :
    - einen horizontalen Durchgang (80) in der genauen Verlängerung des aus den unteren Rollen (1) und oberen Rollen (2) des Anlegetisches (M) bestehenden Durchlaufwegs;
    - wenigstens eine bewegliche Vordermarke (9) auf einem Riemen (90), einer Kette oder ähnlichen Mitteln, die einen geschlossenen Umlauf beschreiben, von welchem ein Teil parallel zum horizontalen Durchgang (80) liegt, wobei die Geschwindigkeit (v2) der beweglichen Vordermarke (9) und mithin der Riemen (90) geringer ist als die Geschwindigkeit (v1) des Bogens (F) am Eingang der Vorrichtung zum frontalen Anlegen, damit der Vorderrand des Bogens (F) an eine Seite (9a) der Vordermarke (9) anschlagen kann, umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum frontalen Anlegen zwei bewegliche Vordermarken (9) umfasst, die beide auf je einen Riemen (90) montiert sind, der seinerseits einen geschlossenen Umlauf mit Rücklauf oben und Vorwärtslauf unten, der parallel zum Durchgang (80) liegt, beschreibt, wobei der Riemen (90) vorn durch eine Umlenkriemenscheibe (90c), die durch eine koaxiale Rolle (93) ergänzt wird, und durch eine obere Riemenscheibe (90d) zum Antrieb des Riemens (90), dessen Unfangsgeschwindigkeit gleich ist wie diejenige (v2) der Anlegemarke (9) oder des Riemens (90) geführt wird, und der in Zusammenwirkung mit einer Pressrolle (94) unterhalb des Bogens (F) denselben aus der Vorrichtung zum frontalen Anlegen herausbefördert.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäss einem der vorerwähnten Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle oberen Rollen (2) des Anlegetisches (M) auf einen ersten Halter (20) mit vier Flanschen montiert ist, die paarweise zwei Bügel (20a, 20b) bilden, die einander lotrecht gegenüberstehen, dass zwischen den vertikalen Flanschen des ersten Bügels (20a) eine obere Rolle (2) so angeordnet ist, dass ihre Drehachse sozusagen lotrecht zur Bogendurchlaufrichtung liegt, dass ein zwischengelagerter Halter (21) durch das freie Ende in das Innere der beiden horizontalen Flansche des zweiten Bügels (20b) eindringt, dass der erste Halter (20) frei drehend auf dem Hilfshalter (21) entsprechend einer vertikalen Achse (22), die sich im zentralen Teil zwischen den beiden Bügeln (20a, 20b) befindet, angeordnet ist; dass der Hilfshalter 21 mit einem hohlen zylindrischen Teil (21a) versehen ist, der auf das Ende eines zylindrischen Halters (25) montiert und zentriert ist, wobei der letztere um seine horizontale Achse frei drehend auf dem Anlegetisch (M) an einen Stab (23) montiert ist, der als Verbindung für die einzelnen Flansche des zweiten Bügels (20b) dient und auf welchen das Ausgangsende (24) eines im Innern vorgesehenen ersten Druckzylinders (V2) auf die Achse des zylindrischen Drehhalters (25) einwirkt, wobei der erste Druckzylinder (V2) zum Zweck hat, die besagte Schrägstellung der Rolle (2) elastisch zu regulieren, und dass der zylindrische Halter (25) mit zwei winkelmässig auseinander gehaltenen Radialarmen (27a, 27b) versehen sind, an deren Ende ein Anschlag (29) und ein zweiter Druckzylinder (V3) zur Ausrichtung der oberen Rolle (2) in bezug auf die entsprechende untere Rolle (1) einwirken.
