Claims (5)
- Commande d'éléments d'aspiration dans des tambours de transfert de feuilles, pour des imprimantes rotatives pour feuilles en plusieurs couleurs, pour tourner la feuille selon le principe du renversement du bord arrière, lors du transfert d'une unité d'impression vers l'autre, dans le but d'imprimer la face arrière de la feuille, comportant un système d'aspiration pour la réception de la feuille, pour la transmission à un premier de deux systèmes de prise de feuilles basculant l'un vers l'autre et pour le transfert de la feuille du second système de prise de feuilles à un système de prise de feuilles du cylindre suivant,
caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'aspiration (6) du système d'aspiration (10) sont fixés à un arbre oscillant creux d'aspiration (7) et celui-ci est fixé à des leviers de commande (11) qui portent des rouleaux de guidage (12), en ce que des rails de guidage (14), présentant des cames de commande (13), sont prévus sur le tambour de transfert de feuilles (2), sur lesquels rails se déplacent les rouleaux de guidage (12), et en ce qu'une commande à cames (8,9,16,18) est prévue pour l'entraînement du système d'aspiration (10), commande à cames qui est couplée, de façon mobile, par l'intermédiaire d'une languette de liaison (15), à un levier d'entraînement (17) fixé sur l'arbre creux oscillant d'aspiration (7). - Commande d'éléments d'aspiration selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que les leviers de commande (11) comportent deux rouleaux de guidage (12.1, 12.2) qui se déplacent sur une came de commande externe (13.1), et en ce qu'une came de commande interne (13.2) est prévue, sur laquelle se déplace un troisième rouleau de guidage (12.3) qui est monté, coaxialement, sur l'axe de l'arbre creux oscillant d'aspiration (7). - Commande d'éléments d'aspiration selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que les cames de commande (13) sont, à chaque fois, formées sur des rails de guidage (14) qui sont fixés au tambour de transfert de feuilles (2), les rails de guidage (14) étant prévus des deux côtés du tambour de transfert de feuilles (2) ou également entre les côtés. - Commande d'éléments d'aspiration selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des rouleaux de guidage (12) est fixé élastiquement. - Commande d'éléments d'aspiration selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
