Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Textilvlies, ausgehend von einer Karde (1) mit Abnehmer (2), einer Aufbreit- oder Ausbreiteinrichtung (6) mit die Faserschicht ablegenden Zylindern (9) oder einer anderen Überlagerungseinrichtung und einer oder mehreren Nadelungseinrichtungen oder anderen Verfestigungseinrichtungen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    Mittel zum permanenten, einem periodischen Gesetz folgenden Verändern des Flächengewichts der von der Karde gelieferten Faserschicht vorgesehen sind, welche die Geschwindigkeit des Ausgangsabnehmers derart steuern, daß am Ausgang der Überlagerungseinrichtung ein Vlies mit über seiner Breite variablem Flächengewicht in einer Weise erhalten wird, daß den von den Verfestigungseinrichtungen hervorgerufenen Verformungen der Flächengewichtsverteilung entgegengewirkt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens gemäß Patentanspruch 1, umfassend eine Karde (1) mit Abnehmer (2), eine Aufbreit- oder Ausbreiteinrichtung (6) mit die Faserschicht ablegenden Zylindern (9) oder einer anderen Überlagerungseinrichtung und eine oder mehrere Nadelungseinrichtungen oder andere Verfestigungseinrichtungen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Aufbreit- oder Ausbreiteinrichtung (6) ein Erfassungsystem (17) der Position der die Faserschicht ablegenden Zylinder (9), ein Berechnungssystem (15) für die Geschwindigkeit des Abnehmers (2) als Funktion der Position der Zylinder (9) und ein Geschwindigkeitsvariationssystem (19) des Abnehmers (2) als Funktion des Resultats des Berechnungssystems (15) umfaßt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erfassungsystem (17) der Position der Zylinder (9) ein optischer Codeumsetzer ist, der in der mechanischen Steuerung der Verlagerung der Zylinder (9) oder in einem zum Durchführen dieser Verlagerung bestimmten Motor (14) eingebaut ist und ein der Position der Zylinder (9) proportionales Signal liefert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Berechnungssystem (15) ein Computer ist, der das der Position der Zylinder (9) entsprechende Signal empfängt, die Variation der Geschwindigkeit des Abnehmers (2) als Funktion dieser Position berechnet, die Verzögerung berechnet, nach welcher diese Variation der Geschwindigkeit stattfinden soll, und ein entsprechendes elektronisches Signal zum Geschwindigkeitsvariationssystem (19) des Abnehmers (2) leitet.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Geschwindigkeitsvariationssystem (19) des Abnehmers (2) einen Gleichstrommotor und einen elektronischen Variator mit Tyristoren und/oder Transistoren umfaßt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Geschwindigkeitsvariationssystem (19) des Abnehmers (2) einen Wechselstrommotor und einen elektronischen Frequenzvariator umfaßt.
