Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Faservlieses mit einem Florerzeuger (1) und einem Vliesleger (5), der eine von dem Florerzeuger (1) kontinuierlich abgegebene ein- oder mehrlagigen Florbahn mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit entgegennimmt und daraus eine Vliesbahn mit einer über die Legebreite veränderlichen Dicke erzeugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Florbahn auf ihrem Weg zwischen dem Florerzeuger (1) und dem Vliesleger (5) zyklisch in Abstimmung mit den Legebewegungen des Vlieslegers (5) in einem gesonderten Vorgang längsverstreckt (in 3) wird, wobei vor und/oder nach dem Streckvorgang eine Pufferung (in 4) der Florbahn zur Anpassung der durch den zyklischen Streckvorgang hervorgerufenen Schwankungen der Florbahngeschwindigkeit an die gleichförmigen Zuführ- und Entgegennahmegeschwindigkeiten von Florerzeuger (1) bzw. Vliesleger (5) stattfindet.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Faservlieses mit einem Florerzeuger (1) und einem Vliesleger (5), der aus einer von dem Florerzeuger (1) kontinuierlich abgegebenen ein- oder mehrlagigen Florbahn eine Vliesbahn mit einer über die Legebreite veränderlichen Dicke erzeugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Florbahn auf ihrem Weg zwischen dem Florerzeuger (1) und dem Vliesleger (5) zyklisch in Abstimmung mit den Legebewegungen des Vlieslegers (5) in einem gesonderten Vorgang längsverstreckt (in 3) wird, die Florbahn im Vliesleger (5) ohne Zwischenspeicherung innerhalb des Vlieslegers (5) mit veränderlicher Transportgeschwindigkeit in Anpassung an die Legebewegung fortbewegt wird, und daß nach dem Streckvorgang vor der Übergabe der Florbahn an den Vliesleger (5) eine Pufferung (in 4) der Florbahn zur Anpassung der durch den zyklischen Streckvorgang hervorgerufenen Schwankungen der Florbahngeschwindigkeit an die Transportgeschwindigkeit der Florbahn innerhalb des Vlieslegers (5) und zum Ausgleich der Änderungen der Transportgeschwindigkeit der Florbahn im Vliesleger (5) stattfindet.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Faservlieses mit einem Florerzeuger (1) und einem Vliesleger (5), der aus einer von dem Florerzeuger (1) kontinuierlich abgegebenen ein- oder mehrlagigen Florbahn eine Vliesbahn mit einer über die Legebreite veränderlichen Dicke erzeugt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Florbahn auf ihrem Weg zwischen dem Florerzeuger (1) und dem Vliesleger (5) zyklisch in Abstimmung mit den Legebewegungen des Vlieslegers (5) in einem gesonderten Vorgang längsverstreckt (in 3) wird und daß die Geschwindigkeit, mit der der Vliesleger (5) die Florbahn entgegennimmt, mit der Geschwindigkeit synchronisiert Wird, mit der die Florbahn den Streckvorgang (in 3) verläßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Florbahn durch den Streckvorgang (in 3) auf dem stromabwärts des Streckvorgangs liegenden Abschnitt beschleunigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Florbahn in mehreren hintereinander angeordneten Stufen gestreckt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Florbahn vor dem Streckvorgang (in 3) zur Verminderung ihrer Dicke zusammengedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Streckzone (in 3) in Abhängigkeit von der Stapellänge und der Faserorientierung der die Florbahn bildenden Fasern eingestellt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flächengewicht der Vliesbahn in Einzelabschnitten quer zur Legebreite gemessen und der Streckvorgang (in 3) in Abhängigkeit von den Meßergebnissen geregelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flächengewicht radiometrisch, optisch, akustisch oder mechanisch gemessen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Meßsonde parallel zur Legerichtung des Vlieslegers (5) hin und her bewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Faservlieses aus einer Florbahn, die von einem Florerzeuger (1) kontinuierlich abgegeben wird, und einem mit konstanter Flortransportgeschwindigkeit angetriebenen Vliesleger (5), dem die Florbahn zugeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Florerzeuger (1) und dem Vliesleger (5) ein steuerbares Streckwerk (3) angeordnet ist, durch das die Florbahn hindurchgeführt ist und das in der Lage ist, die Florbahn in Längsrichtung zu verstrecken, und daß Einrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die in Abhängigkeit von den Legebewegungen des Vlieslegers (5) auf das Streckwerk (3) im Sinne einer zyklischen Veränderung der auf die Florbahn ausgeübten Streckwirkung einwirken, und daß Zwischenspeichereinrichtungen (4) vorgesehen sind, die zwischen dem Streckwerk (3) einerseits und dem Vliesleger (5) oder dem Florerzeuger (1) andererseits oder zwischen dem Streckwerk (3) einerseits sowie dem Vliesleger (5) und dem Florerzeuger (1) andererseits angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Faservlieses aus einer Florbahn, die von einem Florerzeuger (1) kontinuierlich abgegeben wird, und einem Vliesleger (5), dem die Florbahn zugeführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Florerzeuger (1) und dem Vliesleger (5) ein steuerbares Streckwerk (3) angeordnet ist, durch das die Florbahn hindurchgeführt ist und das in der Lage ist, die Florbahn in Längsrichtung zu verstrecken, daß Einrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die in Abhängigkeit von den Legebewegungen des Vlieslegers (5) auf das Streckwerk (3) im Sinne einer zyklischen Veränderung der auf die Florbahn ausgeübten Streckwirkung einwirken, und daß Einrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die die Entgegennahmegeschwindigkeit des Vlieslegers (5) mit der Abgabegeschwindigkeit des Streckwerks (3) synchronisieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Streckwerk (3) mehrere Streckzonen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den einzelnen Streckzonen jeweils ein Zwischenspeicher für jeweils einen Abschnitt der Florbahn angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über dem von dem Vliesleger (5) abgelegten Vlies Einrichtungen zum Messen des Flächengewichts der Vliesbahn in einzelnen, quer zur Längserstreckung der Vliesbahn verteilten Abschnitten der Vliesbahn angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßeinrichtungen radiometrische, akustische, optische oder mechanische Meßeinrichtungen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Meßsonde vorgesehen ist, die auf parallel zur Legerichtung des Vlieslegers (5) verlaufenden Führungsbahnen beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Florerzeuger (1) und dem Streckwerk (3) eine Klemmeinrichtung zum Zusammendrücken der Florbahn angeordnet ist.
- Streckwerk für eine Florbahn, in einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wenigstens zwei zueinander parallele Scheibenwalzen (8a, 8b) enthält, deren gegenseitiger Abstand derart eingerichtet ist, daß jeweils die Scheiben der einen Walze (8a) in die Zwischenräume zwischen den Scheiben der anderen Walze (8b) hineinragen, daß den Scheibenwalzen (8a, 8b) jeweils eine Unterlage (2b, 10) gegenübersteht, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die ein Gummiband, ein Siebband, eine Siebwalze und eine Scheibenwalze umfaßt, und daß die Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der erstgenannten Scheibenwalzen (8a, 8b) in Flordurchlaufrichtung zyklisch eine Differenz aufweisen.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 19 in einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuereinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die dazu eingerichtet ist, die Differenz der Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der Scheibenwalzen (8a, 8b) in Abstimmung mit der Legebewegung des Vlieslegers (5) zyklisch zu verändern.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zweier benachbarter, ineinandergreifender Scheibenwalzen (8a, 8b) einstellbar ist.
- Streckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen jeder Scheibenwalze (8a, 8b) und der ihr gegenüberstehenden Unterlage (2, 10) einstellbar ist.
