Claims (18)
- Dispositif pour distribuer en continu un produit colorant les cheveux sur une chevelure humaine, comportant un réservoir pour le produit colorant les cheveux constitué dans un premier matériau poreux et logé à l'intérieur d'un boîtier, ainsi que pourvu de dents constituées dans un deuxième matériau poreux, implantées dans le premier matériau poreux et en relation capillaire avec celui-ci, ce premier matériau poreux du réservoir s'étendant sur une longueur qui est un multiple de la profondeur de pénétration des dents et étant orienté dans le sens de pénétration de celles-ci, ce dispositif étant caractérisé par le fait que les dents (16), au niveau de la surface de leur extrémités libres (18), comportent des pores fermés (10), et que les pores de ces dents (16), donc du deuxième matériau poreux (5),ainsi que ceux du réservoir (15), donc du premier matériau poreux (4), présentent essentiellement la même orientation principale (8), laquelle est parallèle au sens de la longueur des dents, les pores (7) du premier matériau poreux (4) étant plus gros que les pores (10) du deuxième matériau poreux (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le premier matériau poreux (4) du réservoir (15) et le deuxième matériau poreux (5) des dents (16) sont constitués dans un matériau (1) à fibres non-orientées qui a subi une compression, la compression du deuxième matériau poreux (5) étant plus forte que la compression du premier matériau poreux (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le deuxième matériau poreux (5) des dents (16) est comprimé en le chauffant et en l'agglomérant.
- Dispositif selon l'une uelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les pores (10) situés au niveau de la surface des extrémités libres (18) des dents (16) sont fermés par ultrasons, par chauffage ou par agglomération, ou bien par pose d'un moyen d'obturation, en particulier d'un capuchon de fermeture.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les dents (16) sont disposées les unes à côté des autres dans le boîtier (14) et espacées de 0,5 à 1 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les dents (16c) sont disposées sur au moins deux rangées dans un boîtier (13c) et qu'elles sont décalées les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (13) est pourvu, à distance des racines (17) des dents prises dans le premier matériau poreux (4), de supports (20) dont la section transversale est écartée de manière insignifiante par rapport à la section circulaire des dents (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que les dents (16) ayant une longueur d'environ 25 à 35 mm pénètrent dans le réservoir (15) sur environ 5 mm et ont un diamètre de 1,5 à 2,5 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir (15) présente une longueur d'environ 30-60 mm dans le sens de la longueur des dents (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que le premier matériau poreux (4) du réservoir (15) et le deuxième matériau poreux (5) des dents (16) sont constitués dans du polyester, du nylon ou dans une matière acrylique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le premier matériau poreux (4) du réservoir (15) est recouvert d'une feuille de polyester (26) extrudée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que le boîtier (13) est pourvu d'une fermeture (21) étanche à l'air, amovible, recouvrant les dents (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que la fermeture (21) est pourvue d'un revêtement intérieur (22) réduisant son espace intérieur, constituée dans un matériau flexible et pourvu pour chacune des dents (16) d'une surface d'étanchéité (24) conique qui coopère avec une surface d'étanchéité (25) conique correspondante située sur le support (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 7, 12 ou 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'une partie (19) du boîtier constituant le support (20) pour toutes les dents (16) est située entre le boîtier (13) et la fermeture (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que la face extérieure (13d) du boîtier est pourvue de moyens de fixation (27) permettant à celui-ci d'être relié à d'autres boîtiers.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir (15) constitué dans le premier matériau poreux (4) est engagé dans le boîtier (13) de manière à pouvoir être remplacé.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que des dents (16e) sont implantées des deux côtés opposés dans un ou deux réservoirs (15e) constitué(s) dans le premier matériau poreux (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que plusieurs réservoirs (15a), pourvus de dents (16a) qui y sont implantées, sont disposés les uns à côté des autres dans un boîtier (13a).
