Abstract

Ein Grundblatt (11) ist von einem Deckblatt (12) abgedeckt, das in Randbereichen am Grundblatt (11) haftet. Zwischen dem Grundblatt (11) und dem Deckblatt (12) ist eine Beilage (16) vorhanden, die durch Auftrennen einer im Deckblatt (12) vorhandenen Risslinie (17, 18) zugänglich ist. Um die Beilage vor äusseren Einflüssen, namentlich vor mechanischer Beschädigung oder vor Benetzung vor allem bei der Manipulation der mit der Etikette versehenen Gegenstände zu schützen, ist das Deckblatt (12) längs seines gesamten Umfanges mit dem Grundblatt (11) verbunden und beim Auftrennen der Risslinie (17, 18) wird ein Schlitz (20) frei, durch welchen die lose eingelegte Beilage (16) entnommen und wieder eingeführt werden kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbundetikette gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
  • Solche Etiketten werden vorzugsweise an Behältern (Flaschen, Dosen, Kanistern) benützt, insbesondere an solchen für chemische Produkte, wie Pflanzenschutzmittel und dergleichen. Diese Etiketten dienen nicht nur zur Bezeichnung des Produktes und dessen Menge im Behälter sowie allenfalls zur Angabe des Herstellers des Produktes, sondern dienen gewissermassen auch als Umschlag für eine Beilage, die in der Regel eine Gebrauchsanweisung für das Produkt ist und über die Dosierung, Indikationen, Kontraindikationen sowie über übrige gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Angaben über das Produkt Auskunft gibt.
  • Solche Verbundetiketten können aber auch als Adressetiketten zum Versand von unter sich gleichen Gegenständen an eine Mehrzahl unterschiedlicher Adressen Verwendung finden, wobei dann die Beilage beispielsweise durch einen Lieferschein und/oder eine Faktura gebildet sein kann.
  • Solche Verbundetiketten vereinfachen ganz wesentlich die zum Versand bzw. zum Verkauf an den Endkonsumenten erforderlichen Bereitstellungsarbeiten.
  • Eine Verbundetikette der eingangs genannten Art ist beispielsweise aus der US-PS 4,323,608 bekannt. Bei dieser Etikette ist das auf der einen Seite mit einem selbst klebenden Haftmittel versehene, rechteckige Grundblatt längs zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern mit dem Deckblatt verklebt. Das Deckblatt weist entlang einem dieser Ränder eine Risslinie auf. Wird diese Risslinie aufgetrennt, lässt sich das Deckblatt wie die Seite eines Buches vom Grundblatt abheben und umschlagen. Die Beilage ist einstückig mit dem Deckblatt ausgebildet und zick-zack-förmig unter dieses eingefaltet, so dass nach dem Auftrennen der Risslinie diese Beilage herausgefaltet werden kann.
  • Bei einer weiteren, offenkundig gewordenen Verbundetikette der eingangs genannten Art ist die Beilage durch eine dünne, geheftete Broschüre gebildet, wobei das Deckblatt oder das Grundblatt der Etikette zugleich ein Deckblatt der Broschüre bildet.
  • Da bei diesen bekannten Verbundetiketten das Deckblatt mit dem Grundblatt nur längs zwei sich gegenüberliegender Seiten verklebt ist, ist der Zwischenraum zwischen dem Grundblatt und dem Deckblatt auch bei noch nicht aufgetrennter Risslinie äusseren Einflüssen, wie beispielsweise der Verstaubung oder Spritzwasser, ausgesetzt. Ebenso ist keine Gewähr dafür geboten, dass beim Stapeln, beim Transport oder ganz allgemein beim Manipulieren von Gegenständen mit den bekannten Verbundetiketten, deren Risslinie im Deckblatt nicht ungewollt aufgetrennt und dann die Beilage beschädigt, beispielsweise zerknüllt wird. Ist bei der bekannten Verbundetikette die Risslinie einmal aufgetrennt, ist die nicht ohne Abreissen entnehmbare Beilage noch in vermehrtem Masse den genannten äusseren Einflüssen ausgesetzt und kann nicht mehr hineingelegt werden.
  • Aus der EP-OS 0 157 484 ist weiter eine Etikette vergleichbarer Art bekannt, die ähnlich wie ein Briefumschlag ausgebildet ist. Die Beilage ist in einer Tasche untergebracht, die durch einen rechteckigen Vorderteil, zwei Seitenklappen und eine Bodenklappe gebildet ist. Die Seitenklappen und die Bodenklappe bestehen mit dem Vorderteil aus einem Stück und sind nach hinten gegen dessen Rückseite umgeklappt. Der Bodenklappe gegenüberliegend ist am Vorderteil eine Abdeckklappe angebracht, welche über eine Risslinie mit dem Vorderteil verbunden ist.
  • Die Etikette mit in die Tasche eingelegter Beilage wird mit ihrer Rückseite, d.h. mit den zurückgebogenen Seiten- und Bodenklappen und der Hinterseite der Abdeckklappe, auf einen Behälter oder eine Trägerfolie aufgeklebt. Zum Entnehmen der Beilage aus der Tasche wird die Risslinie aufgetrennt.
  • Diese Etikette erfordert für die Herstellung einen gewissen Aufwand und verlangt ein sorgfältiges Aufkleben entlang eines geschlossenen Klebebereiches, damit die Beilage in der Tasche vor der Einwirkung von äusseren Einflüssen wirksam geschützt ist. Ein solches Aufkleben wird durch die Unebenheiten auf der Rückseite der Etikette, die durch die sich überlappenden Seiten- und Bodenklappen bedingt sind, eher erschwert.
  • Es ist nun Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Verbundetikette der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, bei der bei einfachem Aufbau ein weitgehender Schutz der Beilage - solange diese nicht benötigt wird - gewährlei stet ist und die im übrigen eine einfache Handhabung der Beilage ermöglicht.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Merkmale.
  • Die entlang des gesamten Umfanges miteinander verbundenen Grund- und Deckblätter bilden eine abgeschlossene Tasche, in der die Beilage vollkommen geschützt und gegen aussen abgekapselt untergebracht ist. Die Beilage kann durch die durch Auftrennen der Risslinie gebildete Oeffnung der Tasche entnommen, aber auch wieder in diese zurückgesteckt werden. Die Herstellung der Verbundetikette ist vergleichsweise einfach. Die Tasche wird bereits bei der Herstellung der Verbundetikette verschlossen und nicht erst beim Anbringen der Etikette auf einem Gegenstand, so dass sich ein allfälliges unsorgfältiges Aufkleben der Verbundetikette nicht nachteilig auf den Schutz der Beilage auswirken kann.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Verbundetikette sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen umschrieben.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung rein beispielsweise näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 in schaubildlicher Darstellung zwei auf einem Trägerstreifen für eine Etikettiermaschine befestigte, erfindungsgemässe Verbundetiketten, wobei die rechts dargestellte Etikette geöffnet ist und der darin enthaltende Beipackzettel etwas herausgezogen ist, und
    • Fig. 2 in Draufsicht die drei Hauptbestandteile der Verbundetikette
  • Zu Fig. 1 ist vorab zu bemerken, dass die Dicke der Etikettenbestandteile der deutlicheren Darstellung wegen stark überhöht gezeichnet ist.
  • Die in Fig. 1 dargestellten Verbundetiketten 10 bestehen aus einem Grundblatt 11 und aus einem Deckblatt 12. Das Deckblatt 12 ist praktisch deckungsgleich mit dem Grundblatt 11 und mit diesem längs des ganzen Umfanges verbunden, beispielsweise durch Verklebung oder Heissiegelung. Diese Verbindungsstelle ist in Fig. 1 und in Fig. 2 links mit der Schraffur 13 angedeutet. Das Grundblatt 11 trägt auf der dem Betrachter abgekehrten Rückseite 11a beispielsweise einen selbstklebenden Haftstoff, mit dem in diesem Falle die Etiketten 10 in einem vorbestimmten Abstand voneinander auf einem mit einem Trennmittel imprägnierten Trägerband 14 haften. Das Trägerband 14 kann eine Randperforation aufweisen, die mit den gestrichelten Linien 15 angedeutet ist, was ermöglicht, die Etiketten 10 einer nicht dargestellten Etikettiermaschine zuzuführen, wo sie vom Trägerband 14 abgeschält und auf den zu etikettierenden Gegenstand geklebt werden.
  • Da das Deckblatt 12 - wie erwähnt - längs seines gesamten Umfanges mit dem Grundblatt 11 verbunden ist, ist zwischen diesen Blättern ein rundum abgeschlossener Zwischenraum wie in einem geschlossenen Briefumschlag vorhanden. In diesen Zwischenraum ist eine Beilage, hier ein gefalteter Beipackzettel 16, praktisch lose eingelegt.
  • Im Deckblatt 12 sind in der Nähe seiner oberen Schmalseite 12a zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende, beispielsweise durch eine feine Perforation oder durch zwei einkaschierte Fäden gebildete Risslinien 17, 18 vorhanden, die zwischen sich einen Aufreisslappen 19 einschliessen. Dieser endet in einer Zunge 21, die über den Umriss der Etikette 10 vorsteht.
  • Ergreift man nun den Aufreisslappen 19 an seiner Zunge 21 und trennt damit die Risslinien 17, 18 auf, wird, wie in Fig. 1 rechts gezeigt, im Deckblatt 12 ein Schlitz 20 frei, durch den der Beipackzettel 16 entnommen und auch wieder hineingelegt werden kann.
  • Die Risslinien 17, 18 können sich auch über die ganze Breite des Deckblattes 12 erstrecken, so dass bei dem Auftrennen der Aufreisslappen 19 vollständig entfernt werden kann.
  • Das Deckblatt 12 trägt einen Aufdruck, der zur Identifizierung des mit der Etikette 10 zu versehenden Gegenstandes dient. Im vorliegenden Beispiel sind mit A, B ein Produktenamen, mit der Zahl 100 die Menge und mit dem weiteren Schriftfeld 22 weitere Angaben angedeutet.
  • Vorzugsweise trägt auch das Grundblatt 11 auf seiner dem Deckblatt 12 zugekehrten Seite einen dem Aufdruck auf dem Deckblatt 12 entsprechenden, insbesondere deckungsgleichen Aufdruck, wie in Fig. 2 links gezeigt. Damit bleibt der Informationsgehalt der Etikette 10 auch bei entferntem Lappen 19 intakt.
  • Sowohl das Grundblatt 11 als auch das Deckblatt 12 sind vorzugsweise aus einem wasserfesten Material, wie beispielsweise einem nassreissfesten und heissiegelbaren Papier oder aus einer bedruckbaren Kunststoffolie. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Etikette 10 in ihrem in Fig. 1 links erscheinenden Zustand einen vollkommenen Schutz für den Beipackzettel 16 bietet und dass ein ungewolltes Auftrennen längs der Risslinien 17, 18 praktisch nicht vorkommt, obwohl die Zunge 21 einen Angriffspunkt für ein allfälliges Hängenbleiben darstellen kann.

Claims (6)

1. Verbundetikette (10) zur Befestigung an einem Gegenstand, insbesondere an einem Behältnis, mit einem mit seiner einen, hintern Seite (11a) auf den Gegenstand zu befestigenden Grundblatt (11) und mit einem an diesem befestigten und dessen andere, vordere Seite abdeckenden Deckblatt (12), wobei zwischen dem Grundblatt (11) und dem Deckblatt (12) eine Beilage (16) angeordnet ist, welche durch Auftrennen einer im Deckblatt (12) vorhandenen Risslinie (17, 18) zugänglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Deckblatt (12) längs seines gesamten Umfanges mit dem Grundblatt (11) verbunden ist und dass die Risslinie (17, 18) einen Schlitz (20) festlegt, durch welchen bei aufgetrennter Risslinie (17, 18) die lose zwischen Grundblatt (11) und Deckblatt (12) eingelegte Beilage (16) entnehmbar und wieder einschiebbar ist.
2. Verbundetikette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Risslinie (17, 18) im Bereich des einen Randes (12a) des Deckblattes (12) ausgebildet ist.
3. Verbundetikette nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende, den Schlitz (20) begrenzende Risslinien (17, 18), welche zwischen sich einen Aufreisslappen (19) festlegen.
4. Verbundetikette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, mit einem rechteckigen Umriss, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Risslinie (17, 18) in der Nähe einer der kürzeren Seiten (12a) des Deckblattes (12) ausgebildet ist.
5. Verbundetikette nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreisslappen (19) einerends eine über den Etikettenumriss abstehende Zunge (21) aufweist.
6. Verbundetikette nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dass das Grundblatt (11) auf seiner hintern Seite (11a) mit einem Klebstoffauftrag versehen ist.
