Claims (8)

1. Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes de moteur à combustion interne se composant d'une cloche (1) de soupape, d'un élément (4) d'équilibrage amené au centre de la cloche de soupape et d'une membrane (8) en elastomère s'étendant depuis la cloche (1) de soupape jusqu'à l'élément (4) d'équilibrage dont les extrémités (11, 12) d'assujetissement sont épaissies en forme de bourrelet et coopèrent avec des parties métalliques (13, 14), caractérisé en ce que les parties métalliques sont des bagues (13, 14) de serrage à section angulaire qui sont disposées mécaniquement dans les extrémités (11, 12) d'assujetissement de la membrane (8) de sorte que les bras axiaux de chacune des bagues (13, 14) de serrage exercent une contrainte radiale sur la couche d'élastomère se trouvant entre bagues (13, 14) de serrage et cloche (1) de soupape, respectivement élément (4) d'équilibrage, qu'au moins le bras radial de chacune des bagues (13, 14) de serrage présente une surface dépourvue d'élastomère du côté d'un outil (20) de montage et que les bagues (13, 14) de serrage présentent chacune une contre-dépouille (17) dans les extrémités d'assujetissement (11, 12) de la membrane (8) élastique, la contre-dépouille (17) coopérant avec les extrémités d'assujetisse- ment (11,12) de la membrane (8) élastique de telle sorte que les bagues de serrage (13, 14) ne peuvent ressortir par glissement axial.
2. Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités d'assujetissement (11, 12) de la membrane (8) sont munies de lèvres d'étanchéité (18, 19) recourbées radialement dans la direction de l'élément (4) d'équilibrage.

Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la première bague de serrage (13) à section angulaire est munie d'un fond (16) en vue d'un appui axial de l'élément (4) d'équilibrage, le fond (16) étant repoussé dans la direction de l'élément d'équilibrage.
4. Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la soconde bague de serrage (4) est pliée en U dans la zone de son extension (22) axiale, radialement extérieure et dans la direction de la cloche (1) de soupape.
5. Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone repliée en U de la seconde bague de serrage (14) jouxte la cloche de soupape dans la zone de sa surfsce (9) périphérique intérieurs.
6. Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la zone repliée en U de la seconde bague de serrage (14) pénètre dans une gorge complémentaire de la cloche (1) de soupape.
7. Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des saillies (23) séparées et disposées radialement à la périphérie intérieure de la cloche (1) de soupape sont prévues, saillies permettant, lors du montage, à la facon d'une rampe, un glissement et un verrouillage axial de la seconde bague de serrage (14).
8. Dispositif de rattrapage de jeu pour soupapes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des saillies (23) radiales sont disposées de facon à entourer la périphérie (9) intérieure de la cloche (1) de soupape.
