Definitions

  • the invention relates to a trigger device for automatic handguns with a catch lever, which is designed as a double-armed pivot lever, the rear lever arm cooperates with a slide, the slide is coupled to the trigger and the catch lever the release after the shot against the force of a breech spring breech with released Holding the trigger on a nose in the rear position.
  • Such a handgun has become known from DE-C 421 247, in which a nose is arranged at the front end of the double-arm pivoting lever, which can engage in a nose of the breech and holds it in place.
  • Both lever arms of the pivot lever are spring-loaded, with a stronger spring pressing the nose of the pivot lever against the lock.
  • the disadvantage of this construction is that, in the event of heavy wear, the nose of the pivot lever can only be skipped by overcoming the spring force of the stronger spring and a shot can be triggered unintentionally. It is also not prevented with certainty that the parts exposed to high shock loads are deformed when the breech goes back and forth, which can also lead to an unwanted firing of the shot.
  • an automatic handgun has become known in which a three-armed swivel lever is provided, one rear arm of which is pressed against the barrel by a spring, the second rear arm of which is pivotally connected to a slide interacting with the trigger, and its front arm is supported by another spring against the slide.
  • the three-armed swivel lever has a nose that interacts with a nose on the lock.
  • This construction is also disadvantageous in that, due to the inclination of the nose, it is possible to jump through the closure, the pivoting lever being pivoted clockwise against the force of the spring engaging its rear arm. A deformation of the parts exposed to strong shock loads is also not excluded here, which can lead to an unwanted firing of the shot.
  • a trigger device for handguns with a catch lever which holds the breech on the nose when the trigger is fired against spring force when the trigger is released, has the advantage that the cartridge chamber of the barrel remains empty with every interruption of a firing sequence, i.e. there is no cartridge in it and therefore there is also no danger that after a prolonged firing sequence, the cartridge can self-ignite due to overheating of the barrel.
  • the catch lever is subject to a very high load because it suddenly has to stop the forward closure with its high kinetic energy.
  • the catch lever and the other associated parts of the trigger device or the breech guide are made of high-strength materials, in particular hardened steel, which not only increases the weight of the weapon, but also increases the technical outlay in the production of these parts.
  • the object of the invention is to eliminate these deficiencies and to improve the trigger device described at the outset with simple means so that, despite the deformations which may occur, there is no reduction in the overlap of the catch lever and locking lug, that is to say there is full security and a favorable force distribution is achieved is so that the catch elements can even be made of plastic.
  • this object is achieved in that the front lever arm of the catch lever carries a catch pawl which interacts with the nose of the closure and which is also designed as a double-arm pivot lever, the front lever arm (7) of the catch pawl (6) opposing the force of the lock spring ( 13) is supported on a spring-loaded abutment (8) housed on the housing (1) and the catch pawl is arranged in such a way that when a load suddenly occurs, the catch pawl pivots in the direction of action of the locking spring and thus in the sense of increasing the overlap of the nose of the lock executes a nose cooperating with this nose on the catch pawl in such a way that the necessary overlap is retained despite any elastic deformation of the catch elements (catch pawl and catch lever).
  • the catch catch pivots through the spring-loaded abutment in the direction of action of the locking spring and thus in the sense of an increase in the overlap of the nose on the lock, so that the necessary overlap is retained despite any elastic deformation of the locking lever and the risk of unwanted Gunshot is avoided.
  • the spring-loaded abutment acts as a kind of shock absorber for stopping the lock.
  • the compression spring inserted between the swivel lever forming the catch pawl and the catch lever serves in operative connection with the resilient support on the abutment as a return spring in order to return the catch lever to its starting position after the firing of the shot, in which it is held by a slide connected to the trigger or the like becomes.
  • the drawing shows an embodiment of the parts of a trigger device for an automatic rifle essential to the invention in partial section and simplified representation.
  • the trigger device has a housing 1, in which a slide 2, which can be actuated via a trigger rod 3 by the shooter's finger ren trigger is coupled, is pushed forward and retractable. Furthermore, a catch lever 4 is arranged in the housing 1 so as to be pivotable about the axis 5 and carries a catch pawl 6 at its front end.
  • the catch pawl 6 is designed as a double-armed pivot lever, the front arm 7 of which is supported on a sprung abutment 8.
  • a spreading compression spring 10 is inserted between the rear lever arm 9 of the catch link 6 and the catch lever 4. With 11 longitudinal guides for the closure 12 are designated, which is loaded by a strong locking spring 13 and carries on its underside a cooperating with the catch 6 nose 14.
  • the breech 12 is held against the force of the breech spring 13 by the catch pawl 6, there being no cartridge in the cartridge chamber (not shown).
  • the catch lever 4 is prevented from pivoting by the web 15 of the slide 2 which engages over it. If the trigger is actuated, that is to say the slide 2 is moved backwards via the trigger rod 3, the rear end of the catch lever 4 is released and can pivot upwards under the pressure of the locking spring acting on the catch pawl 6 via the nose 14, so that the lock 12 flaps forward, take a cartridge from the magazine (also not shown) and insert it into the cartridge chamber, after which the shot is fired in the usual way and the breech 12 is moved back against the force of the breech spring 13.
  • the rear part of the catch lever 4 is pivoted downwards so far that, when the trigger 15 is released, the web 15 can reach over this rear end again.
  • the closure 12 is advanced again, its nose 14 abuts the catch 6, whereby due to the resilient support of the lever arm 7 on the abutment 8 there is a certain pivoting movement of the catch 6 counterclockwise, so that the catch 6 engages over the nose 14 rather is enlarged than is reduced by elastic deformation of the catch elements.
