Definitions
- the invention relates to anchoring for tendons, in particular for prestressing strands or tendons, the tendon being anchored in at least one anchor body by means of at least two pressed parts which are penetrated by it and arranged one behind the other.
- a conventional anchor body is designed as a cone ring, in which an at least two-part ring wedge is used, the inner wall of which is serrated.
- the teeth of the inner wall press into the surface of the tendon and create notches.
- the cross-section of the notches can cause the tendon to tear at these points in the event of briefly high static loads or in the case of long-term dynamic loads.
- SU-A-897 999 describes an anchoring in which the tendons are anchored in an anchor body by means of two ring wedges made of the same material. These sit in conical openings, which are both on the side facing the building and on the opposite side. Therefore, the disadvantages listed in the previous paragraph occur unabated in this version.
- the object of the invention is to provide an anchoring and a method for producing the same, by means of which the above risk of premature tearing of the tendon is eliminated or reduced to a minimum.
- the anchoring of the type mentioned at the outset is characterized in that the pressing part which is more distant from the structure is harder or as hard as the tendon and the pressing part which is closer to the structure is softer than the tendon.
- the pressed part closer to the structure is made of plastic or soft metal, whereby soft metal is understood to be a metal which is softer than the tendon, e.g. not hardened steel.
- a layer of plastic or soft metal is provided on the inside in the pressed part closer to the building.
- the anchor body consists of a first anchor body which is further away from the building and a second anchor body which is closer to the building, the pressed parts being designed as anchor wedges.
- the anchor body is designed as a one-piece anchor body, at least the pressed part which is more distant from the structure being designed as an anchor wedge.
- the pressing part closer to the building either has a cylindrical shape or it is designed as an anchor wedge, the cone tip of which is directed away from the building.
- a method for producing an anchor according to the first embodiment is characterized in that the tendon is tensioned first, whereupon the anchor wedge of the first anchor body is pressed in by inserting an intermediate member between the first and the second anchor body, during which the first anchor body is pressed over the intermediate member supports the second anchor body, then the intermediate member is removed and the anchor wedge of the second anchor body is then pressed in via the first anchor body.
- a method for producing an anchor according to the second embodiment is characterized in that the tendon is first tensioned, whereupon the anchor wedge is pressed into the anchor body by inserting an intermediate member between the anchor body and an anchor plate, during which the anchor body is pressed onto the anchor plate via the intermediate member supported, then the intermediate member removed, and then the cylindrical press part or the anchor wedge is pressed over the anchor body.
- Fig. 1 denotes the tendon in the form of a tendon, tension wire or the like.
- 2 denotes a first anchor body in the form of a cone ring, which is supported via an intermediate member 3 in the form of a two-part washer ring on a second anchor body 4, which is also designed as a cone ring and is supported on an anchor plate 5.
- anchor wedges 6 and 7 are used in the form of ring wedges.
- the anchoring is produced in such a way that the tendon 1 is tensioned first, whereupon the anchor wedge 6 is pressed into the first anchor body 2, during which the anchor member 4 is supported on the anchor body 4 via the intermediate member 3. Thereafter, the two-part intermediate member 3 is removed, the tendon 1 being re-tensioned, so that the first anchor body 2 lifts slightly from the intermediate member 3. Then the tendon 1 is relaxed, so that the first anchor body 2 on the anchor wedge 7 of the second anchor body 4 initially rests, as shown in FIG. 2, whereupon the anchor wedge 7 is pressed into the second anchor body 4 via the first anchor body 2 by further releasing the tension member 1 until the first anchor body 2 rests directly on the second anchor body 4, as shown in Fig. 3.
- the pressing in can also be carried out or supported mechanically by means of a pressing device. If necessary, however, a small distance between the two anchor bodies 2 and 4 can also be maintained, ie the first anchor body 2 is supported in the end position on the anchor wedge 7 of the second anchor body 4. When pressed in, the softer material of the anchor wedge 7 penetrates or "flows" into the cavities between the prestressing strands.
- the anchor bodies 2 'and 4' accordingly each have three conical openings, into which the anchor wedges 2 'and 4' are inserted. Accordingly, the intermediate member 3 'has three openings.
- the anchor plate 5 ' has only one opening for the passage of the three tendons 1.
- the anchoring takes place in the same way as in the first embodiment, i.e. the installation phases shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 correspond to those of FIGS. 1 to 3.
- Plastic or soft metal is preferably used as the material for the anchor wedges 7 of the second anchor body 4 or 4 ', whereby soft metal is to be understood as a metal which is softer than the tendon, e.g. not hardened steel.
- soft metal is to be understood as a metal which is softer than the tendon, e.g. not hardened steel.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 it is provided that these consist partly of plastic or soft metal.
- a conical inner part 8 made of plastic or soft metal is provided, which is surrounded by a conical outer part 9.
- a cylindrical inner part 8 'made of plastic or soft metal is provided, which is surrounded by a conical outer part 9'.
- the inner parts 8, 8 'and the outer parts 9, 9' can either be loosely inserted or e.g. be connected by gluing.
- a sleeve made of plastic or soft metal is mounted on the tendon 1, which corresponds to the inner part 8 or 8 ', on which the outer part 9 or 9'
- FIG. 9 shows a diagram of the tension force curve V o along the tendon 1 in its longitudinal axis X.
- I denotes the free area of the tendon 1, II the area within the second anchor body 4, and 111 the area within the first anchor body 2. It is It can be seen that the tension force decreases by AV within the second anchor body 4 and is reduced to zero within the first anchor body 2 (curve a).
- Curve b drawn with a broken line shows the tension force curve if only the first anchor body 2 were present.
- the anchor is particularly suitable for use with cable-stayed bridge constructions.
- the pressing part 7 ' has a cylindrical shape and is located together with the armature wedge 6 in a one-piece armature body 8. Between the armature body 8 and the armature plate 5, an intermediate member 3 in the form of a two-part washer is provided .
- the anchoring is produced in such a way that the tendon 1 is tensioned first, whereupon the anchor wedge 6 is pressed into the anchor body 8, while the latter is supported on the anchor plate 5 via the intermediate member 3. Thereafter, the intermediate member 3 is removed, the tendon 1 being re-tensioned, so that the anchor body 8 lifts slightly from the intermediate member 3. Subsequently, the tendon 1 is relaxed, so that the anchor body 8 initially rests on the end face of the cylindrical pressing part 7 ', as shown in FIG. 11, whereupon by further relaxing the tendon 1, the pressing part 7' is pressed into the anchor body 8 or into the Cavities of the tendon 1 take place until the anchor body 8 rests directly on the anchor plate 5, as shown in FIG. 12.
- the pressing can in turn be carried out mechanically by means of a pressing device, or it can be supported. If necessary, a small distance between the anchor body 8 and the anchor plate 5 can also be maintained, so that the anchor body 8 is supported in the end position on the pressing part 7 'on the anchor plate 5.
- the pressing part is designed as an anchor wedge 7 ′′, the cone tip of which, however, is directed away from the building.
- the anchoring is produced in the same way as in the third exemplary embodiment, so that a description thereof is unnecessary. It goes without saying that the embodiments of the pressed parts or anchor wedges according to FIGS. 7 and 8 can also be used in the embodiments according to FIGS. 10 to 12 and 13 to 15, and that these embodiments also for several tendons, similar to in 4 to 6, can be used.

Description
