Claims (13)

1. Tambour de transfert pour presses à imprimer feuille à feuille, notamment pour presses à carton, comprenant des pinces de serrage montées élastiquement dans le sens du serrage, sur un arbre de pinces (41), et des portées de pinces (8) pouvant être réglées sur différentes épaisseurs de papier, l'arbre de pinces, étant réunis aux pinces de serrage et aux portées de pinces pour former une barre de pinces (5), et dans lesquelles les portées de pinces (8) de chaque barre de pinces (5) sont montées réglables dans une direction au moins approximativement radiale, caractérisé
- en ce qu'au moins deux barres de pinces (5) sont montées dans le tambour de transfert (1), réparties uniformément sur la périphérie de ce tambour,
- en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'ajustement blocables (11; 30, 57), qui attaquent les portées de pinces, et qui servent à aligner et à régler chaque portée de pinces individuelle (8) indépendamment des autres, et
- en ce que des moyens de réglage (12, 18, 21, 22, 23; 33, 34, 36, 39; 30, 45, 45, 47, 48) agissent sur les moyens d'ajustement (13, 40; 34) en réglant simultanément les portées de pinces (8),
- moyens de réglage qui peuvent être actionnées simultanément par un dispositif de réglage centralisé (17) monté sur le corps (6) du tambour dans une position facilement accessible.
2. Tambour de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé
- en ce que la portée de pinces (8) est montée sur une poutre élastique (5).
3. Tambour de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé
- en ce que la portée de pinces (8) est montée pour pouvoir osciller autour d'un arbre de pinces (41) s'étendant dans la direction axiale, parallèlement à l'axe de rotation du tambour de transfert (1).
4. Tambour de transfert selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
- en ce que la portée de pinces (8) peut être réglée par deux disques de réglage (12) qui sont montés en position frontale sur le corps (6) du tambour, et par l'intermédiaire de biellettes (11).
5. Tambour de transfert selon la revendication 4, caractérisé
- en ce que, dans la région centrale de l'une des barres de pinces (5), est prévu un dispositif de réglage (17) qui actionne les deux disques de réglage (12) prévus en position frontale, par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission à vis sans fin (20, 21), d'un arbre de réglage (22) et de pignons de réglage (23).
6. Tambour de transfert selon la revendication 4, caractérisé
- en ce que la portée de pinces (8) est réglable en hauteur par déplacement de la biellette (11).
7. Tambour de transfert selon la revendication 1, caractérisé
- en ce que la portée de pinces (8) est constituée en elle-même par une poutre élastique en ce sens
-qu'une fenêtre (25) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de la portée de pinces (8) divise la portée de pinces (8) en une barre de serrage mince flexible (27) et un support de portées de pinces rigide (28),
- cependant que, dans la région centrale de la barre de serrage (27), la portée de pinces (8) est fixée au corps (6) du tambour par des vis (29).
8. Tambour de transfert selon la revendication 7, caractérisé
- en ce que le dispositif de commande centralisé (17) est prévu sur l'un des côtés frontaux du corps (6) du tambour,
- dispositif qui, par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission à vis sans fin (17, 38) actionne des disques de réglage (12) portant des cames, qui sont réunis l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire de traverses (34),
- les cames (33) des disques de réglage (12) agissant sur les extrémités de vis d'ajustement (30),
- qui sont vissées dans les deux régions d'extrémités de la portée de pinces (8).
9. Tambour de transfert selon une des revendications 1, 2 et 3, caractérisé
- en ce que la portée de pinces (8) montée oscillante peut être déplacée à l'encontre d'une force élastique par l'intermédiaire des vis d'ajustement (30),
- les vis d'ajustement (30) pouvant être actionnées par le dispositif de réglage centralisé (17) monté sur le corps (6) du tambour, à un côté frontal de ce corps, par l'intermédiare d'un disque de réglage (12), d'arbres de réglage (22) et de transmissions à pignons coniques (47, 48).
10. Tambour de transfert selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
- en ce qu'on peut faire osciller la portée de pinces (8) autour d'un palier d'oscillation (50)
- qui est agencé sur le corps (6) du tambour, en arrière de l'arbre de pinces (41), vu à partir de la portée de pinces (8), et
- dont l'axe de rotation s'étend parallèlement à l'arbre de pinces (41).
11. Tambour de transfert selon la revendication 7, caractérisé
- en ce que la portée de pinces (8) présente plusieurs vis de serrage (53),
- qui relient une poutre supérieure (59) et une poutre inférieure (60) l'une à l'autre, en traversant la fenêtre (25), et
- permettent l'alignement de la portée de pinces (8) en coopération avec des écrous de serrage doubles (55) vissés sur les vis de serrage (53) dans la fenêtre (25).
12. Tambour de transfert selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
- en ce que le dispositif de réglage centralisé (17) est entraîné au moteur et
- peut être commandé à partir d'un pupitre de commande.
