Abstract

1. Parking apparatus for motor vehicles, comprising devices for lifting and lowering and for laterally displacing the motor vehicles on essentially rectangular pallets (6, 26, 7), the parking places for the motor vehicles being arranged side by side and above one another and the parking places above and below an access plane being accessible by means of lifting appliances for the pallets, and the pallets in the access plane being laterally displaceable at least in one plane, characterized in that at least two lifting appliances are provided for the parking places in each case arranged one above the other, in which arrangement each lifting appliance consists of motor-driven winches (1-4, 11-14) having at least four winch ropes (9), which, in the area of the four corners (5), act on a pallet (6, 7) allocated to the lifting appliance, and each of the two pallets (6, 7) can be moved into the same vertical position allocated to the access plane (8).

Claims (9)

1. Parking apparatus for motor vehicles, comprising devices for lifting and lowering and for laterally displacing the motor vehicles on essentially rectangular pallets (6, 26, 7), the parking places for the motor vehicles being arranged side by side and above one another and the parking places above and below an access plane being accessible by means of lifting appliances for the pallets, and the pallets in the access plane being laterally displaceable at least in one plane, characterized in that at least two lifting appliances are provided for the parking places in each case arranged one above the other, in which arrangement each lifting appliance consists of motor- driven winches (1-4, 11-14) having at least four winch ropes (9), which, in the area of the four corners (5), act on a pallet (6, 7) allocated to the lifting appliance, and each of the two pallets (6, 7) can be moved into the same vertical position allocated to the access plane (8).

9. Parking apparatus according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the winches or winch drums are arranged in recesses (23) of the girders (22) of the parking apparatus, and in particular are enclosed by the flanges of U-girders or T-girders.
