Abstract

Die Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme von zu einer Rolle aufgewickelten Kunststoffbeuteln 14 ist mit einer Verschlußlasche 5 versehen, die die Vorderwand 1 vollständig übergreift. Im unteren Bereich ist die Verschlußlasche 5 mit der Vorderwand 1 fest verklebt. Im mittleren Bereich ist die Verschlußlasche 5 durch einen Aufreißstreifen 8 teilbar, so daß der mit dem unteren Teil der Vorderwand 1 verbundene Bereich von einem oberen Teil trennbar ist, wobei der obere Teil der Verschlußlasche 5 mit dem Deckel 4 verbunden bleibt. Dieser obere Teil der Verschlußlasche 5 kann hinter zwei Haltelaschen 11 der Vorderwand 1 gesteckt werden. Der nach Entfernen des Aufreißstreifens 8 verbleibende Bereich bildet eine Entnahmeöffnung 12 für die Kunststoffbeutel 14, wobei im mittleren Bereich eine Abreißlasche 13 gebildet ist, die etwa einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt aufweist. Durch die Verbindung der Vorderwand 1 mit dem unteren Teil der Verschlußlasche 5 ist nicht nur die Abreißlasche 13, sondern die gesamte untere Begrenzungskante der Entnahmeöffnung 12 doppellagig ausgebildet und somit verstärkt.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme von zu einer Rolle aufgewickelten Kunststoffbeuteln, wobei im Bereich einer Faltschachtelwand eine Entnahmeöffnung freigebender Aufreißstreifen vorgesehen ist und die Entnahmeöffnung im mittleren Bereich ihrer unteren Begrenzungskante eine etwa trapezförmige Abreißlasche für die quer zur Abrollrichtung perforierten und mittig mit einem Fangschlitz versehenen Kunststoffbeutel aufweist.
  • Faltschachteln der vorerwähnten Art sind anfich bekannt.
  • Bei den bekannten Faltschachteln der gattungsgemäßen Art befindet sich der Aufreißstreifen an der Rückwand, d.h. an derjenigen Wand, an der der Deckel mit einer Verschlußlasche gelenkig angeschlossen ist.
  • Die Konstruktion dieser bekannten Faltschachteln hat sich zwar grundsätzlich bewährt, als nachteilig wird aber bislang noch empfunden, daß die Abreißlasche verhältnismäßig schwach ist, da sie lediglich aus dem Material der Rückwand besteht. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bislang bekannten gattungsgemäßen Faltschachteln ist darin zu sehen, daß die Faltschachteln geöffnet werden können, ohne die Abreißlasche zu beschädigen. Insofern ist es erforderlich, die bislang bekannten Faltschachteln der in Rede stehenden Art mit einer zusätzlichen Umhüllung zu versehen, um zu gewährleisten, daß eine unbefugte Entnahme von Kunststoffbeuteln nicht mehr möglich ist bzw. daß sofort erkennbar ist, daß eine unbefugte Entnahme von Kunststoffbeuteln stattgefunden hat.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Faltschachtel der gattungsgemäßen Art so zu gestalten, daß eine Verstärkung der Abreißlasche erzielt wird und gleichzeitig eine öffnung der Faltschachtel nur nach vorheriger Entfernung des Aufreißstreifens möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer gattungsgemäßen Faltschachtel gelöst durch folgende Merkmale:
    • a) Der Aufreißstreifen ist Bestandteil der Verschlußlasche,
    • b) die Verschlußlasche übergreift die Vorderwand bis zum Boden und ist im Bereich zwischen Boden und Aufreißstreifen mit der Vorderwand verklebt,
    • c) der oberhalb der Unterkante der Entnahmeöffnung liegende Abschnitt der Vorderwand ist ausschließlich über eine geschwächte Faltkante mit dem übrigen Vorderwandmaterial verbunden und in das Innere der Faltschachtel abklappbar,
    • d) der abklappbare Teil der Vorderwand ist kürzer als die Gesamtlänge der Vorderwand, so daß stirnseitig je eine Haltelasche für den nach Abtrennung des Aufreißstreifens verbleibenden oberen Teil der Verschlußlasche gebildet ist.
  • Durch eine derartige Faltschachtel-Konstruktion wird eine Reihe von technischen Vorteilen erzielt.
  • Zunächst einmal ist festzustellen, daß durch die Verlegung des Aufreißstreifens in den Bereich der Verschlußlasche ein öffnen der Faltschachtel nur möglich ist, wenn der Aufreißstreifen entfernt wird. Eine unbefugte öffnung der Faltschachtel ist also sogleich erkennbar.
  • Durch die Verbindung des unteren Bereiches der Verschlußlasche mit der Vorderwand wird die Abreißlasche für das Abreißen der einzelnen Kunststoffbeutel wesentlich verstärkt, ohne daß diese Maßnahme zu einem Mehrverbrauch an Material für die Herstellung der Faltschachtel führt.
  • Der nach innen abklappbare Teil der Vorderwand bringt eine zusätzliche Verstärkung der Unterkante der Entnahmeöffnung mit sich. Darüber hinaus wird durch den nach innen abgeklappten Teil der Vorderwand eine gute Führung der im Schachtelinneren befindlichen Rolle sichergestellt.
  • Die seitlichen Haltelaschen für den verbleibenden oberen Teil der Verschlußlasche ermöglichen es, nach öffnen der Faltschachtel diesen verbleibenden oberen Teil der Verschlußlasche ins Schachtelinnere zu stecken, so daß der Deckel mit dem angrenzenden oberen Teil der Verschlußlasche nicht unbeabsichtigt aufspringen kann. Dadurch wird die Handhabung der Faltschachtel bei der Entnahme der Kunststoffbeutel beträchtlich vereinfacht.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
  • In den beigefügten Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, welches im folgenden näher beschrieben wird.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 Einen Zuschnitt für eine erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtel,
    • Figur 2 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer aus einem Zuschnitt gemäß Figur 1 hergestellten Faltschachtel im verschlossenen Zustand,
    • Figur 3 eine perspektivische Darstellung der geöffneten Faltschachtel,
    • Figur 4 eine perspektivische Darstellung der geöffneten Faltschachtel mit einem ins Innere abgeklappten Teil der Vorderwand,
    • Figur 5 eine perspektivische Darstellung der Faltschachtel in Gebrauchsstellung,
    • Figur 6 eine perspektivische Darstellung der Faltschachtel mit einem in Abreißposition gezeigten Kunststoffbeutel,
    • Figur 7 einen Schnitt nach der Linie VII/VII in Figur 6.
  • Der in Figur 1 gezeigte Zuschnitt für eine Faltschachtel ist einstückig hergestellt und umfaßt eine Vorderwand 1, einen Boden 2, eine Rückwand 3, einen Deckel 4 mit daran angelenkter Verschlußlasche 5 sowie Seitenwände 6 -und Klebelaschen 7.
  • Die Verschlußlasche 5 ist mit einem Aufreißstreifen 8 versehen, der im mittleren Bereich etwa trapezförmig abgesetzt ist.
  • Die Verschlußlasche 5 übergreift bei fertiggestellter Faltschachtel die Vorderwand 1 vollständig und ist im Bereich unterhalb des Aufreißstreifens 8 mit der Vorderwand 1 verklebt.
  • Die Vorderwand 1 weist einen oberen Teil 9 auf, der mit dem übrigen Vorderwandmaterial ausschließlich durch eine geschwächte Faltkante 10 verbunden ist. Die Faltkante 10 verläuft parallel zur Unterkante des Aufreißstreifens 8.
  • Der obere Teile 9 der Vorderwand 1 ist insgesamt kürzer als die Gesamtlänge der Vorderwand 1, so daß stirnseitig je eine Haltelasche 11 stehenbleibt.
  • Nach dem Entfernen des Aufreißstreifens 8 kann der Deckel 4 mit dem oberen Bereich der Verschlußlasche 5 angehoben werden, so daß das Innere der Faltschachtel zugänglich wird.
  • Bestimmungsgemäß ist die Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme von Kunststoffbeuteln vorgesehen, die zu einer Rolle aufgewickelt sind. Eine derartige Rolle ist andeutungsweise in Figur 4 dargestellt.
  • Die Rolle wird nach dem öffnen der Faltschachtel zunächst aus der Faltschachtel herausgenommen. Nunmehr wird der obere Teil 9 der Vorderwand 1 ins Innere der Faltschachtel abgeklappt. Die Rolle wird nunmehr wieder in die Faltschachtel hineingelegt, danach kann der Deckel 4 wieder geschlossen werden. Die geschlossene Lage des Deckels 4 wird dabei dadurch gesichert, daß der mit dem Deckel 4 verbunden gebliebene Teil der Verschlußlasche 5 hinter die Haltelaschen 11 der Vorderwand 1 gesteckt wird, sowie dies in Figur 5 und auch in Figur 6 deutlich gezeigt ist.
  • Nach dem Umklappen des oberen Teiles 9 der.Vorderwand 1 ins Innere der Faltschachtel und dem Schließen des Deckels 4 ist eine Entnahmeöffnung 12 gebildet, deren Kontur dem Aufreißstreifen 8 entspricht. Im mittleren Bereich der Entnahmeöffnung 12 ist eine Abreißlasche 13 gebildet, die doppellagig ist, da in diesem Bereich Vorderwand 1 und Verschlußlasche 5 miteinander verklebt sind.
  • Die zu einer Rolle aufgewickelten Kunststoffbeutel 14 sind, was auch Figur 6 besonders deutlich hervorgeht, quer zur Abrollrichtung mit einer Perforation 15 und einem mittigen Fangschlitz 16 versehen, der sich über die Abreißlasche 13 legt, wenn ein Kunststoffbeutel 14 von der Rolle abgezogen und aus der Faltschachtel entnommen werden soll. In dieser gesicherten Lage ist es einfach, den jeweils vorderen Kunststoffbeutel 14 längs der Perforation 15 von der Rolle im übrigen abzutrennen.
  • Wie aus Figur 7 sehr deutlich hervorgeht, ist durch den ins Innere der Faltschachtel abgeklappten oberen Teil 9 der Vorderwand 1 eine gute Führung für die Rolle gegeben, von der die Kunststoffbeutel 14 abgezogen werden sollen.
  • Wie aus Figur 7 sehr deutlich hervorgeht, ist der obere Teil 9 der Vorderwand 1, der ins Innere der Faltschachtel abgeklappt wird, größer als der verbleibende untere Bereich der Vorderwand 1, so daß sich der ins Innere der Faltschachtel abgeklappte obere Teil 9 der Vorderwand 1 unter einer gewissen Schrägstellung am Boden 2 abstützt.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist die Faltkante 10, längs derer der obere Teil 9 der Vorderwand 1 abgeklappt werden kann, etwas höher angeordnet als die Unterkante des Aufreißstreifens 8. Dadurch wird das Einfädeln der Abreißlasche 13 in den Fangschlitz 16 der Kunststoffbeutel 14 vereinfacht.

Claims (3)

1. Faltschachtel zur Aufnahme von zu einer Rolle aufgewickelten Kunststoffbeuteln, wobei im Bereich einer Faltschachtelwand ein eine Entnahmeöffnung freigebender Aufreißstreifen vorgesehen ist und die Entnahmeöffnung im mittleren Bereich ihrer unteren Begrenzungskante eine etwa trapezförmige Abreißlasche für die quer zur Abrollrichtung perforierten und mittig mit einem Fangschlitz versehenen Kunststoffbeutel aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:
a) Der Aufreißstreifen (8) ist Bestandteil der Verschlußlasche (5),
b) die Verschlußlasche (5) übergreift die Vorderwand (1) bis zum Boden (2) und ist im Bereich zwischen Boden (2) und Aufreißstreifen (8) mit der Vorderwand (1) verklebt,
c) der oberhalb der Unterkante der Entnahmeöffnung (12) liegende Abschnitt der Vorderwand (1) ist ausschließlich über eine geschwächte Faltkante (10) mit dem übrigen Vorderwand-- material verbunden undnn das Innere der Faltschachtel abklappbar,
d) der abklappbare Teil (9) der Vorderwand (1) ist kürzer als die Gesamtlänge der Vorderwand (1), so daß stirnseitig je eine Haltelasche (11) für den nach Abtrennung des Aufreißstreifens (8) verbleibenden oberen Teil der Verschlußlasche (5) gebildet ist.
2. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Faltkante (10) im Bereich der unteren Begrenzungskante des Aufreißstreifens (8) befindet.
3. Faltschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeithnet daß der ins Faltschachtelinnere abklappbare obere Teil (9) der Vorderwand (1) höher ist als der mit der Verschlußlasche(5) verklebte untere Teil der Vorderwand (1).
