Abstract

@ Der Deckel (2) des Behälters (1) ist mit zwei Verschlussriegeln (9) in der Schliesslage gehalten. Der Verschlussriegel (9) weist einen Griffteil (12) und ein Steckteil (10) auf. Er ist in einem Schlitz (7) des Deckelflansches (5) unverlierbar gehalten und zwischen einer Schliess- und einer Oeffnungsposition verschiebbar geführt. Bei geschlossenem Behälter durchdringt der Steckteil einen Schlitz (8) des Behälterflansches (6) und hintergreift diesen mit einem Vorsprung (16). Der Steckteil (10) weist ferner einen Federhaken (15) auf, der den Verschlussriegel (9) beim Schliessen federnd einschnappen lässt und ihn in der Schliessposition sichert. Durch den beschriebenen Verschlussriegel erfolgt der Schliessvorgang automatisch und der Deckel kann selbst bei starken Vibrationen beim Transport nicht aufspringen.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter mit Deckel und mindestens einem Verschlussriegel gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • In der CH-PS 530'912 ist ein solcher Kunststoffbehälter beschrieben, dessen anscharnierter Deckel durch einen oder mehrere verschiebbare Verschlussriegel in der Schliesslage gesichert ist. Der bekannte Verschlussriegel ist jedoch in verschiedener Hinsicht nachteilig. Da er nicht einschnappbar ausgebildet ist, muss beim Schliessen des Behälters, d.h. beim Niederdrücken des Deckels, der Riegel manuell in die Oeffnungsposition verschoben werden und nach dem Eindringen des Steckteils in den Behälterschlitz wiederum manuell in die Schliessposition verschoben werden. Es hat sich ferner gezeigt, dass der Verschlussriegel ungenügend gesichert ist, so dass beim Transport, wenn Vibrationen auftreten und der Behälter gerüttelt wird, der Verschluss sich öffnen kann.
  • Die Erfindung stellt sich nun zur Aufgabe, einen Behälter der eingangs erwähnten Gattung zu schaffen, dessen Deckel beim Schliessen automatisch einschnappt und durch Vibrationen nicht lösbar ist. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäss durch die in der Kennzeichnung des Patentanspruchs 1 definierten Merkmale.
  • Nachfolgend wird anhand der Figuren ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Schnitt durch einen Behälter mit Deckel und zwei Verschlussriegeln,
    • Fig. 2 einen Ausschnitt des Behälters im Bereich der Verriegelungsstelle, in grösserem Massstab,
    • Fig. 3 eine Endansicht auf einen Verschlussriegel und
    • Fig. 4 bis Fig. 8 die verschiedenen Funktionen des Verschlussriegels bei Demontage, beim Schliessen und beim Oeffnen des Deckels.
  • Der in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Kunststoff-Transportbehälter 1 weist einen Kunststoffdeckel 2 auf, der an einer Längsseite durch Scharniere 3 mit dem Behälter 1 verbunden ist. Zur Versteifung des Behälters 1 und des Deckels 2 sind mehrere, an sich bekannte Versteifungsrippen 4 vorgesehen. Sowohl der Behälter 1 wie auch der Deckel 2 weisen einen umlaufenden Flansch 5, 6 auf, wobei der Deckelflansch 5 in der dargestellten Schliesslage auf dem Behälterflansch 6 aufliegt. Die den Scharnieren 3 gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten der beiden Flansche des Deckels und des Behälters sind mit je zwei parallel zum Deckel-bzw. Behälterrand verlaufenden Schlitzen 7, 8 versehen, die in der Schliesslage paarweise miteinander fluchten.
  • Um den Deckel 2 in der Schliesslage zu halten, sind zwei verschiebbare Verschlussriegel 9 vorhanden, die in den beiden Schlitzpaaren 7, 8 stecken. Jeder Verschlussriegel 9 weist einen - im Querschnitt gesehen - konisch sich nach unten verjüngenden Steckteil 10 auf, der über einen Hals 11 mit einem Griffteil 12 verbunden ist, wobei der Hals 11 im Schlitz 7 des Deckelflansches 5 geführt und gesichert ist. Der Griffteil 12 ist breiter als der Schlitz 7 und liegt mit zwei Gleitschienen 13 auf der Oberseite des Deckelflansches 5 auf.
  • Das konische Profil des Steckteils 10 bildet beim Uebergang zum Hals zwei Schultern 14, die den unteren Rand des Deckelschlitzes 7 untergreifen. Wie aus der Fig. 4 hervorgeht, wird zum Montieren des Verschlussriegels dieser in den Deckelschlitz 5 gesteckt, wobei die Schlitzränder nach einer elastischen Aufweitung hinter den beiden Schultern 4 in den Hals 11 einschnappen und so den Verschlussriegel 9 am Deckel 2 halten.
  • Der Steckteil 10 weist einen von seinem unteren Ende nach oben ragenden federnden Haken 15 auf, sowie einen Vorsprung 16, der zum Untergreifen des Behälterflansches 6 bestimmt ist.
  • Die Funktion des Verschlussriegels 9 wird nun anhand der Fig. 5 bis 8 beschrieben. Im geöffneten Zustand des Deckels liegt das obere Ende des Federhakens 15 an einem Ende 17 des Schlitzes 7 an, und der Hals 11 berührt das andere Schlitzende 18. Wird nun der Deckel geschlossen, so dringt der Steckteil 10 des Verschlussriegels 9 mit Spiel in den Schlitz 8 im Behälterflansch 6 ein (Fig. 6). Unterhalb des Vorsprungs 16 weist der Steckteil 10 eine schräge Auflauffläche 19 auf, die beim Eindringen des Steckteils vom einen Ende 20 des Behälterschlitzes 8 entgegen der Federkraft des Hakens 15 weggedrückt wird, bis der Vorsprung 16 einschnappt und den Behälterflansch im Bereich des Schlitzendes 20 untergreift (Fig. 7). Durch den Verschlussriegel 9 ist der Deckel 2 sicher in der geschlossenen Lage auf dem Behälter l gehalten. Ein Oeffnen, auch bei starken Vibrationen während des Transportes, ist ausgeschlossen.
  • Der geschlossene Behälter kann plombiert werden, wobei die Schnur 21 der Plombe 22 durch ein Loch im Griffteil 12 und durch die beiden Schlitze 7, 8 geführt wird, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist.
  • Zum Oeffnen des Behälters 1 wird der Verschlussriegel 9 durch Fingerdruck entgegen der Federkraft verschoben, bis der Steckteil 10 aus dem unteren Schlitz entfernt werden kann. Zweckmässigerweise ist der Griffteil geriffelt, damit die Finger bei der Betätigung nicht abrutschen.
  • Es handelt sich bei diesem Verschlussriegel um ein billiges, einstückig aus Kunststoff hergestelltes Verschlusselement mit integriertem Federhaken. Die Bedienung ist sehr einfach, da der Schliessvorgang beim Niederdrücken des Deckels automatisch erfolgt. Das Oeffnen ist ebenso einfach, wobei beim Anheben des Deckels lediglich der Verschlussriegel entgegen der Federkraft verschoben werden muss. Der Verschlussriegel geht nicht verloren, da er am Deckelflansch gesichert ist.

Claims (5)

1. Behälter mit Deckel und mindestens einem Verschlussriegel, der einen Griffteil und einen Steckteil aufweist, in einem Schlitz des Deckelflansches gehalten und zwischen einer Schliess- und einer Oeffnungsposition verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei bei geschlossenem Behälter der Steckteil in einem Schlitz des Behälterflansches eindringt und den letzteren mit einem Vorsprung hintergreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steckteil (10) einen Federhaken (15) aufweist, der den Verschlussriegel (9) beim Einschnappen federnd in die Schliessposition drückt.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussriegel (9) und der Federhaken (15) einstückig aus Kunststoff gefertigt sind.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Vorsprungs (16) eine Auflauffläche (19) angeordnet ist, die beim Einführen des Steckteils (10) in den Behälterschlitz (8) mit einem Ende des letzteren zusammenwirkt, um den Federhaken (15) elastisch zusammenzudrücken.
4. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder des Deckelschlitzes (7) in einen Hals (11) zwischen dem Steck- und dem Griffteil (10 bzw. 12) einschnappbar hineinragen.
5. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des Federhakens (15) an einem Ende des Deckelschlitzes (7) anliegt.
