Definitions
- the invention relates to a tensioning device for conveyor ropes of cable cars and drag lifts with a measuring device for the force with which the conveyor rope is tensioned, and a control device for driving the tensioning device, the drive of the tensioning device being actuated by the control device such that the Basic tension is kept constant in the rope.
- Tensioning devices with an electric motor-driven winch for a tensioning rope have become known, in which the measurement of the force with which the conveyor rope is tensioned takes place by measuring the rope tensioning force in the tensioning rope.
- the force measuring device it is only possible with a tensioning device of the type mentioned at the outset as well as with a weight tensioning device and with a hydraulic tensioning device of the known type, the basic tensioning force in the conveyor cable in the tensioning station, that is to say in the station with a movable drive or deflection pulley, to keep constant.
- the measuring device for the clamping force is arranged in the opposite station (station with the fixed drive or deflection disk).
- This arrangement differs fundamentally from previously known tensioning devices in that, in the tensioning station, the conveyor cable is tensioned by the tensioning device with a variable tensioning force which is dependent on the loading condition of the cable car or the drag lift.
- An advantage of the invention is that the station in which, for reasons of rope dimensioning (course of the rope tension forces, size and location of the greatest and smallest rope tension forces), the basic tension force of the conveyor rope is to be kept constant, is carried out with a fixed drive or deflection sheave can be.
- this may be an operational requirement for chairlifts with a disc exit, or at least an operational advantage, e.g. for chairlifts with window entry.
- structural or topographical conditions for example a size of a station location that is too small for a tensioning station with regard to the required tensioning path, can make the use of the tensioning device according to the invention appear advantageous.
- Another advantage of the invention is that no energy supply is required for a tensioning device of the type mentioned in that station in which the basic tensioning force of the conveyor rope is to be kept constant for reasons of rope dimensioning.
- the invention becomes particularly important when the top station is designed as a tensioning station and the bottom station is designed as a counter station, the conveyor cable being driven in the top station.
- the arrangement according to the invention of the measuring device in the valley opposite station can simulate the known case, which is favorable in terms of cable car technology, according to which the drive in the mountain station with a fixed drive pulley and the cable tension in the valley station are carried out with the aid of a weight tensioning device.
- this avoids the disadvantage of the movable deflection plate in the valley station, which is an issue for entry into the valley station.
- the complex structural measures for the weight tensioning device which disturb the landscape, are unnecessary.
- the invention can also achieve significant advantages if the valley station is designed as a tensioning station and the mountain station as a counter station, the conveyor cable being driven in the valley station.
- This corresponds to the conventional arrangement of the drive in the valley station via a fixed drive pulley, which is also favorable in terms of the course of the rope tensioning forces, and the rope tension in the mountain station with the aid of a movable deflection disk and a weight tensioning device.
- this case is particularly advantageous for mountain and valley support.
- realizing this case according to the invention by arranging the measuring device in the mountain-side counter station brings the additional advantage of a fixed deflection disk in the mountain station, which in particular offers the possibility of using a small mountain-side station location.
- the rope tension can expediently take place with the aid of a rope winch, the electric drive motor of which is controlled by the control device.
- the advantage of a winch tension is that the tensioning path can be freely selected within wide limits, while a hydraulic tensioning device has a narrower stroke limitation.
- the motor of a tension cable winch operates in intermittent mode, so it is not permanently loaded, in contrast to the hydraulic pump of a hydraulic tensioning device that is usually in continuous operation.
- the invention is not limited to a tensioning device with a tension cable winch, but comprises e.g. also hydraulic clamping devices.
- the drive or deflection pulley 2 which is movable in the longitudinal direction of the cable car or the drag lift, for the conveyor rope 3 is connected to an electric motor-driven winch 5 via a tensioning rope 4.
- the tensioning force in the conveyor cable on the fixed drive or deflection pulley 8 is measured by means of a force measuring device 7 arranged in the counter station 6.
- the cable winch in the tensioning station is actuated in such a way that the basic tensioning force of the conveyor cable on the fixed drive or deflection pulley of the opposite station is kept constant.
- the electronic control device 9 consists essentially of an amplifier, which amplifies the signals from the measuring device, and a servo relay, which compares the setpoint and actual value of the clamping force and controls the contactors of the winch motor with a delay (e.g. 4 to 5 s) with a delay.
- a safety shutdown device can be provided, by means of which the system switches off in the event of certain deviations in the clamping force from the nominal value, e.g. B. with deviations of ⁇ 15%.
- the force measurement in the force measuring device 7 can e.g. with the help of strain gauges arranged on the axis of the deflection disk 8 or other resistance sensors or with capacitive or inductive sensors.
- FIG. 2 shows a particularly advantageous application of the solution principle according to the invention to a chair lift in terms of cable car technology.
- the mountain station is designed as a tensioning station 1 with a movable drive pulley 2.
- the drive motor 10 of the conveyor cable 3 is also arranged in the mountain station.
- the valley station is provided as a counter station 6 with a fixed deflection disk 8.
- the rope tension in the mountain station is carried out by the tension rope 4 with the help of the rope winch 5.
- the electric motor 11 of the rope winch 5 is switched by the control device 9, which is connected to the force measuring device in the opposite station 6.
- FIG. 3 shows another application example that is favorable in terms of ropeway technology, particularly for mountain and valley transportation.
- the valley station of a chair lift is designed as a tensioning station 1.
- the conveyor cable 3 is also driven in the valley station, with the aid of the drive motor 10 which drives the movable drive pulley 2.
- a tension rope 4 with winch 5 is again provided, which is operated by the electric motor 11.
- the electric motor is switched via the control device, which is connected to the measuring device 7 for the tensioning force of the conveyor cable 3, the measuring device 7 being arranged in the mountain station, which is designed as a counter station 6 with a fixed deflection disk 8.

Description
- Fig. 1 zeigt in schematischer Form in Draufsicht eine Seilbahn- oder Schleppliftanlage zur Veranschaulichung des erfindungsgemässen Lösungsprinzips;
