Definitions
- the invention relates to a stair step consisting of a lost wooden formwork essentially forming the step surface, in the interior of which a reinforcement is arranged, and with a hardened filling compound which is poured into the space between the reinforcement and the wooden formwork and connects the wooden formwork to the reinforcement.
- the lost formwork can consist of thin-walled natural stone, artificial stone, ceramic, wood or the like.
- the individual parts of the formwork are butted together.
- the reinforcement is in the form of rods, strips or mats, preferably glass fiber mats.
- a briefly curing, shrink-free, plastic-bound concrete is used as the filling compound, i.e. not a conventional concrete that would harden with the use of cement.
- the plastic-bound concrete has no water, so that its processing poses no problems, especially with lost wooden formwork.
- this plastic-bound concrete has the disadvantage of a relatively high price.
- the lost formwork can be provided on its inner surface with an adhesive, which forms the binder to the load-bearing element, that is, the plastic-bound concrete with its reinforcement. In most cases, however, this adhesive is not required.
- the invention has for its object to show a staircase with a lost wooden formwork, in which the use of relatively expensive plastic-bonded concrete is unnecessary and which is still in terms of external appearance and in terms of Strength properties of the known step is at least equal. This should also create the possibility of using reinforced concrete and thus step coverings u. To be calculated statically. Furthermore, a method is to be demonstrated with which such steps, coverings or the like can be easily manufactured.
- this is achieved in the step of the type described above in that a separating layer of synthetic resin is provided between the surface of the wooden formwork and the filling compound, with which the mitered slabs of the wooden formwork are glued and stiffened in the miter area that the filling compound consists of cement-bound concrete and that adhesive bridges are provided between the concrete and the wooden formwork.
- the separating layer made of synthetic resin immunizes the lost wooden formwork in the area of the surface of the interior of the formwork, so that the water contained when pouring the normal concrete into the lost formwork is not able to attack or impair the wooden formwork.
- the synthetic resin also represents a connecting layer, namely in the area of the miter joints. The miter surfaces are connected to each other and stiffened by the synthetic resin, so that edges are formed on the step that are particularly designed for stress. In order to achieve good adhesion between the wood and the concrete, it is necessary to provide adhesive bridges in some form.
- the wooden formwork is composed of at least four or five individual panels. Free steps are used, for example, when a staircase is to be built at the For example, the individual steps are suspended from a railing structure and the stairs are largely transparent, ie without the use of risers. Stairs of this type are used in particular when the stairs are intended to open up a higher-lying living space or floor.
- a box is built, as it were, from the individual panels, stabilized with the synthetic resin, whereby - depending on whether the end faces of the steps are also freely visible or not - the filling opening for the concrete is initially left free. Later, in the case of stairs which are visible all around, that is to say those which have six freely visible surfaces, the opening of the wooden formwork serving to introduce the filling compound is also closed by a piece of wood or a wooden plate.
- the wooden formwork is then composed of at least two panels. Steps, angle steps or the like are used in particular in the case of stairs leading downwards, that is to say basement stairs or the like, the steps being placed on a raw staircase with a laying mortar.
- the appearance of a wooden staircase is achieved through the surface of wood, which was not previously possible in this form. Even covering plates, risers or the like can be produced.
- the wooden formwork then only consists of a single slab, which is of course not mitred.
- the wooden formwork is made of veneered wood.
- the wood veneer is expediently chosen to be thick so that it can be reworked on the outer surface to enable if necessary.
- the processing of solid wood is not necessary, but there are also possibilities to process parquet wood. All this has the advantage that the wooden formwork itself can be constructed from such wood, which is largely dimensionally stable, for example using chipboard, so that no damage is to be feared, especially when exposed to moisture or heat from the outside.
- the separating and connecting layer can preferably consist of polyester, acrylic or epoxy resin. What is essential is a plastic resin that is impermeable to water, so that the lost wooden formwork is effectively protected against the water attack by the concrete.
- the adhesive bridges of the individual plates for better anchoring with the concrete can be designed as recesses, in particular dovetail-shaped grooves, arranged on the inside of the plates and having undercuts. This measure can be used alone. But it is also possible that additional holders are inserted into the dovetail-shaped grooves, which anchor themselves with the concrete when it is introduced.
- the holder can be designed as plastic injection molded parts.
- Another possibility, which can also be used additionally, is that the adhesive bridges between the concrete and the wooden formwork can be formed from pebbles, chippings or the like connected to the separating layer of synthetic resin.
- the pebbles, grit or the like are relatively coarse-grained material, that is to say within the range of 1 to 10 mm. This material is sprinkled on the synthetic resin.
- Stair steps, angle steps, covering plates or the like can be produced in various ways.
- a particularly advantageous manufacturing process is characterized in that the slabs forming the wooden formwork are mitred and connected in the area of their miter joints by adhesive tape and at the same time sealed that the miter surfaces and the surface of the wooden formwork delimiting the interior with a connecting and separating layer made of synthetic resin be provided and that adhesive bridges are arranged between the panels of the wooden formwork and the filling compound made of cement-bound concrete.
- the area of the miter joints is then simply connected by an adhesive tape and sealed at the same time. This happens first and where it is possible, in a developed state, i.e.
- the individual plates are placed next to each other on a flat surface in the required assignment and connected to one another with an adhesive tape. If three panels collide in the area of a corner of a step, one of these edges only has to be secured and sealed with the adhesive tape at a later point in the production process.
- the miter surfaces and the surface of the wooden formwork delimiting the interior are expediently provided with the synthetic resin, that is to say, for example, brushed or sprayed. Then the wooden formwork can be erected and the synthetic resin can be hardened while positioning the individual panels at the correct angle. The reinforcement is then inserted and the interior of the wooden formwork - possibly using an auxiliary formwork - is poured with cement-bound concrete and brought to hardening. It is particularly pointed out that the miter joints in the area of the miter surfaces are connected and stiffened by the synthetic resin, so that a perfect edge is formed at the step here. The addition of a phase does not have a disruptive effect either.
- the miter on the individual panels can be cut with a larger angle than 45 0 , preferably 46.5 o , so that the panels can be positioned very precisely in the area of the edges of the stair tread, but inwards the gap between the miter surfaces, that with synthetic resin filled out, gets a little bigger.
- the individual panels of the wooden formwork are bound on the later outside of the step with a slight mutual distance over the adhesive tape, so that the gap between the miter surfaces can extend outwards. This also favors the angular alignment of the plates to one another. At least four plates are connected to one another to form free steps, while at least two plates are connected to one another to form steps, angle steps or the like. If simple covering material or risers or the like is produced, then the cutting of the plates can be omitted with a miter. Otherwise, however, the process steps listed remain.
- the step 1 has a lost wooden formwork 2, which is the surface of the visible surface Stair step forms.
- the wooden formwork 2 is composed of various miter-cut panels 3. As a rule, five plates are used for the production of free steps. If step 1 is to be completely closed, a sixth plate is used.
- the lost formwork 2 consisting of the plates 3 is provided on its inner surface and in the area of the miter joints on the miter surfaces with a separating or connecting layer 4 made of synthetic resin.
- a separating or connecting layer 4 made of synthetic resin.
- pebbles, grit or the like 5 are embedded or anchored, in such a way that their essential surface protrudes from the separating layer 4.
- adhesive bridges are formed between the plates 3 and the concrete.
- the synthetic resin connects the miter surfaces of the plates 3 to one another.
- the remaining space is poured with cement-bound concrete 8, also lightweight concrete, so that the reinforcement 7 is enclosed and the concrete also forms the pebbles, the chips or the like. 5.
- the water contained in the cement-bound concrete 8 cannot attack or negatively influence the lost wooden formwork 2 due to the arrangement of the separating layer 4 made of synthetic resin.
- Fig. 3 shows a partial view of a plate 3 of the lost formwork 2, on which the separating and connecting layer 4 is applied, which holds the pebbles, the chips or the like. 5 firmly anchored.
- the pebbles, the chips or the like have an order of magnitude of approximately 1 to 10 mm.
- Fig. 4 shows an enlarged view for the purpose of illustration.
- the plates 3 of the lost casing 2 are mitered 46.5 0th
- the separating layer 4, which holds the pebbles, the chips or the like 5 firmly anchored, is applied on the inside and in the area of the miter surfaces. These pebbles, grit or the like 5 as well as the reinforcement 7 are firmly enclosed by the concrete, so that a continuous adhesion is achieved.
- FIG. 6 to 8 illustrate the production of a step using the example of a step. It is supposed to be a step that does not need to have wooden end faces, which should be placed on the raw staircase of a basement staircase, for example, between two walls. So only the two plates 3 are required. These are first mitered at the common edge, so that the miter surfaces 11 are formed. These two plates are then facing upwards on a flat surface with a slight surface mutually spaced apart and connected to each other with an adhesive tape 10 along the common edge. Then the structure of the two plates 3 is turned over and brought into the position according to FIG.
- the connecting and separating layer 4 made of synthetic resin being applied such that the surface of the plates 3, which is to form the interior later, as well as that Miter surfaces 11 and the dovetail grooves 9 can be reached or covered by the synthetic resin.
- one of the two plates 3 is erected vertically, as shown in FIG. 7.
- auxiliary and retaining means 12 which are only schematically represented, the angle is kept by 90 0 and brought the resin to cure. So that the plates 3 are connected at an angle and firmly together.
- This wooden formwork 2 arrives in an auxiliary formwork 13, where the reinforcement 7 is inserted and poured out with the concrete 8 or with: lightweight concrete.
- the concrete 8 also simultaneously produces the adhesive bridges in the dovetail grooves 9.
- holders 14 can be inserted into the dovetail-shaped grooves 9 before the concrete 8 is poured in, as can be seen in FIG. 9.
- FIG. 9 shows an application of the step 17 according to FIGS. 6 to 8 in connection with risers 18, in which only a single plate 3 is used. This plate 3 does not have to be mitred.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht der Treppenstufe,
- Fig. 2 einen Schnitt gemäß der Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
- Fig. 4 zeigt eine vergrößernde Darstellung zwecks Verdeutlichung.
