Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новому конъюгату клеточносвязывающего агента и цитотоксического средства, имеющему пептидные линкеры, и, более конкретно, к конъюгатам формулы (I). В настоящем изобретении представлены также новые цитотоксические средства формулы (II), линкерные соединения, представленные формулой (III), и соединения лекарства и линкера, представленные формулой (IV). В настоящем изобретении дополнительно представлены композиции и способы, применимые для замедления патологического клеточного роста или лечения пролиферативного расстройства у млекопитающего с использованием соединений или конъюгатов настоящего изобретения.
