Abstract
Гематоэнцефалический барьер (ГЭБ) препятствует прохождению молекул массой более 500 Да из крови в мозг. Рецепторно-опосредованный трансцитоз (RMT) облегчает прохождение через ГЭБ специфических молекул, которые связывают рецепторы на эндотелиальных клетках мозга, образующих ГЭБ. Обнаружено антитело или его фрагмент, связывающее рецептор инсулиноподобного фактора роста 1, которое проходит ГЭБ посредством RMT. Антитело или фрагмент используют для доставки молекулы груза через ГЭБ, где молекула груза может представлять собой терапевтический или детектируемый агент.
