Abstract

Гематоэнцефалический барьер (ГЭБ) препятствует прохождению молекул массой более 500 Да из крови в мозг. Рецепторно-опосредованный трансцитоз (RMT) облегчает прохождение через ГЭБ специфических молекул, которые связывают рецепторы на эндотелиальных клетках мозга, образующих ГЭБ. Обнаружено антитело или его фрагмент, связывающее рецептор инсулиноподобного фактора роста 1, которое проходит ГЭБ посредством RMT.
