Abstract
Проблема: предоставление соединения, которое обладает действием по ингибированию переносчика кишечного фосфата (NPT-IIb) и является применимым в качестве активного ингредиента агента для лечения и/или предупреждения гиперфосфатемии. В результате они разработали производное аминоалкилзамещенного N-тиенилбензамида, которое обладает ингибирующим NPT-IIb действием, тем самым завершив настоящее изобретение. Производное аминоалкилзамещенного N-тиенилбензамида настоящего изобретения обладает ингибирующим NPT-IIb действием, и его можно применять в качестве агента для предупреждения или лечения гиперфосфатемии.
