Abstract

Датчик угла поворота имеет подвижную втулку (1), соединенную с вращающимся валом, и муфту (3), соединенную с подвижной втулкой (1) с возможностью вращения. Верхняя часть подвижной втулки оснащена кольцом с резьбой (5). Внутренняя сторона кольца с резьбой (5) оснащена блокирующим механизмом (6), который плотно соединяется с вращающимся валом. Наружный край кольца с резьбой (5) соединен винтами с неподвижным кольцом (7). Подвижная втулка (1), кольцо с резьбой (5) и неподвижное кольцо (7) представляют собой конструкцию соосного разъемного кольца, состоящего из двух или более дугообразных модулей. Зубцы распределены по наружному краю подвижной втулки (1) по окружности. Редукторное устройство, в котором предусмотрено соединение с зубцами и которое оснащено многоступенчатыми зубчатыми передачами, установлено в муфте (3). Редукторное устройство закреплено на монтажной плате, а модуль датчика закреплен на внутренней стороне редукторного устройства.
