Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к области пищевых продуктов, в частности пищевых продуктов, помимо основной питательной функции, предназначенных для обеспечения пользы для здоровья субъекта, систематически употребляющего данный продукт, например, ежедневно. Согласно настоящему изобретению производятся яйца, в частности куриные яйца, обогащенные одним или несколькими биологически активными питательными веществами. Яичный желток, полученный из вышеупомянутых яиц, может подходящим образом применяться в больших количествах в качестве компонента функционального продукта питания, обладающего всеми характеристиками, которые обычно требуются для таких функциональных продуктов питания. Предпочтительным примером пищевого продукта в соответствии с изобретением является готовая к употреблению однократная порция напитка, содержащая приблизительно один желток цельного яйца, в объеме до 100 мл.
