Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a composições de óleo de pongâmia adequadas para consumo animal, em particular consumo humano, assim como métodos de produção de tais composições. As composições são comestíveis e de sabor não amargo e possuem certos atributos que tornam tais composições adequadas para uso como e/ou em vários produtos alimentícios e bebida. Também são aqui fornecidos métodos de análise de óleo de pongâmia.
