Abstract

Резьбовое соединение интегрального типа или муфтовое резьбовое соединение между двумя металлическими трубами, имеющими внутреннее покрытие или не имеющими такого внутреннего покрытия и предназначенными, в частности, для прохождения, в своей внутренней полости коррозионной текучей среды. Один или два охватываемых элемента (1) данного соединения содержат со стороны свободного конца, резьбовую часть (13) и часть, не имеющую резьбы, причем эта не имеющая резьбы часть содержит последовательно металлическую поверхность герметизации (14), поперечную кольцевую опорную поверхность (15) и поверхность кончика (16), которая соединена с внутренней периферийной поверхностью трубы (10) при помощи радиальной кольцевой поверхности внутреннего конца (17). Один или два охватывающих элемента (2) содержат элементы, соответствующие охватываемым элементам и взаимодействующие с ними. Уплотнительное кольцо (40) вставлено между кольцевыми поверхностями внутреннего конца (17, 17') и препятствует просачиванию жидкой среды внутрь соединения. Это резьбовое соединение отличается наличием и расположением охватываемых металлических поверхностей герметизации (14) между резьбовой частью (13) и опорной поверхностью (15), а также выполнением зазора между наружной периферийной поверхностью кончика (16) и расположенной против нее внутренней периферийной поверхностью подкрепления на охватывающем элементе (2). Настоящее изобретение содержит, в частности, технические решения для случаев, когда трубы (10, 10') снабжены внутренним покрытием, например, в виде внутренних труб дублирования.
